    I have been coming here for years but the last few times I feel like I am rushed through and apparently only get 1 "fix" every 6 months even when you can within 2 days. I was in for a refill and in less than 2 days all of corner lashes came out. I am getting frustrated because I pay for a master lash artist but yet she says same as last time and it is different every time. I called to have this fixed and because I came in 1 other time in the last 3 years I now have to pay. I have referred multiple to people as well. But I guess it's time to take my business elsewhere. There will probably be an automated response from the owner like all the others. I am really just annoyed with the inconsistent service.

    This was my first time getting my lashes lifted and tinted and while that was ok the woman doing my lashes mentioned a sale on eyebrow tints so i agreed thinking it would lightly fill in some spaces in my light brown eyebrows...i was wrong. When she gave me the mirror my eyebrows were almost solid black and brushed and trimmed going straight up, below you will clearly see the before and after. I'm embarrassed to say I still paid and tipped the woman

    I highly recommend Blanca at the Roswell location. She was doing my refill on my lashes but she did an amazing job! I have been to the Cumberland location, Hamilton location, Marietta location, Johns creek location, and I found the one in Roswell to be the best!! Blanca really outdid herself! She was super sanitary and careful with my eyelashes. Even though I have been a member for a while, she still went over the "Do's and Don'ts" list, which I appreciated. I will return to the Roswell location for Blanca to do my eyelashes again!!

    Please don't waste your money here. Deka lash seems like a professional place to get your lashes done until you realize a majority of the workers are in training. I got my lash service done by Tatiana who not only talked to her coworkers throughout my process but also got up several times during my service. At first glance my lashes looked fine. When I got home I had already lost two lashes and started investigating closely. My lashes were so far from my lid that they looked like I had them for two weeks. I immediately contacted them to tell them of the lash loss and quality. I sent pictures over the course of a few days only to have them request me to get the lashes fixed at very last minute and inconvenient times. I requested a refund or a credit to get them done over by someone else at my convenience ans was denied. I literally took pictures and sent them daily of my lash loss. By the end of the week (one week after service) I had no lashes remaining. I was unable to speak to someone because their service is totally automated and communication is entirely through text message only. No one reached out to me to resolve my issue after I escalated my complaint. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The lack of professionalism, customer service and horrible quality of work is astonishing. I wasted money on this service as well as time as money on my Uber ride to and from this place.

    I wish there were negative -5 stars. I'd gladly give them that. Their policy is to take your credit card number to make an appointment.... ok.... but if you bought a Groupon you've already paid for the service!!!. And the instructions on Groupon don't state that, why would you give out your credit card number to some Ashley person?!?!?!? This day and age of credit card fraud, and they are asking for a credit card on a fully paid for service! I'd rather lose that Groupon than go to this dishonest misleading and RUDE business! Both women I spoke with were incredibly rude and constantly repeated the same thing! Even tho I have the small print of the Groupon that states- give this voucher number when making an appointment! MISLEADING. DISHONEST. RUDE. AND PROBABLY TERRIBLE AT WHAT THEY DO .

    So as much as this pains me, I have to update this review. While the tech Jessica seems nice and is non confrontational, my second and third visits were not as good. Basically she gave me a curlier, less full look today rather than allowing me to reschedule later to do them right. A lot of my lashes fell out from the last set (actually most fell out in the first 7-9 days...not my fault), so I almost needed a full set. When she told me that an hour was not enough time to make them full, I asked about openings for later in the day and she said she thinks she has openings but that she would need "approval" to book me for later , however seemed reluctant to do that even though I expressed that as my preference. Instead she replied "let's see" and decided to use a "fuller" lash (I assume to get the look in a shorter time) that she also said initially was a curlier lash than she's used on me before, but when I reminded her that I don't like my lashes curly, she then said they were not any curlier, and then said "a little curlier on the ends"...the whole interaction seemed dishonest. Of course when I saw them they were curlier and not as full as before. On top of that, the prices had gone up since the last fill (3 weeks prior) with no warning so I paid more ($105) for a subpar refill...sigh. And of course when I called DEKA, they refused to compensate me in any way, even though I was clearly mislead in this instance and tried to convince me that the lashes that were used were no curlier (mind you the person I spoke to isn't local, and of course hasn't seen my lashes...was just basing this on what the tech told her). The whole thing was quite exhausting. Giving 2 stars because Jessica was polite but, please just give me what I ask for, and if you can't or just don't want to, then say so and I can decide whether to leave or stay.

    First off the comfortability of this place is great. Anyone who gets lashes on the regular basis knows it takes a good while so the chairs/loungers that they had were incredible. The lashes look good as well, but the major issue I have here is the pricing. They have a "new client" special for 70$ which is a great price, but the full ins are also 70 as well. How are you going to have the same price for a full set and a fill? It doesn't matter if you decide to come get a fill 4 days after your full set, it will still be 70$. I think if you have the extra money to spend this place is great, but otherwise pick somewhere else. They try to upcharge you in their "special" products...like makeup remover....no just buy the oil free at Kroger. Also another thing that does not make any sense...they don't provide you with the little spoolie/eyelash comb....why? Oh because corporate realized these things were getting bacteria in them by using them every day to comebutttttt you can buy our 15$ sparkly brush with a cap on it so you can put in in your purse. How convenient! Because putting a free one in a plastic baggie is too mainstream. All in all this place is a perfect representation of Milton/Alpharetta pricing. Update: thanks for the response and condescending tone too I might add! Lovely. I have not been a member at any of your locations since July 2018. That is a lie. I have been there twice, the second time (this past Saturday at the Johns creek location 4/27) i decided to sign up for the membership, which I am now in the process of cancelling. I've attached a screen shot of my receipt that clearly states NON MEMBER.

    I wish I would have read the reviews, so I was warned. I received my last services on 12/24, on a last minute appointment prior to the holidays. The tech that provided my service was nice and accommodating, and my lashes looked great upon initial completion. I explained that sometimes I have irritation from lashes during my consultation. She proceeded to use sensitive glue to apply my lashes, mixed with regular glue. The manager informed me they don't usually use sensitive glue because they don't last (which I didn't know at the time). Over the next few days I noticed a large amount of lashes falling out. On the fourth day I reached out because I only had about 10 lashes left on both eyes. My friend who is an esthetician actually encouraged me to me reach out because of how bad my lashes looked after 4 days. I reached out to customer service in which they responded via text. They offered to fix the lashes the same day. Unfortunately, I am leaving today to go on a flight to Miami until January 6th. I'm working during the day, until 5 pm and my flight is at 9:00 pm. I went in the location on my lunch break to show them what poor condition they were in, because I wasn't sure if my photos were conveying the message because I already have long lashes. I requested to have a refund for my $140 (including tip) due to a fix being an impossible option. The manager was nice and accommodating, she informed me that she had to reach out to the owner but she didn't have authority to provide a refund. The owner basically provided me with no resolution, so now I'm SOL. Because I have a flight that has been preplanned for weeks, and now I'm going on vacation with about 3 short lashes one side and some scragglers on the other eye. It's unfortunate that they know that my lashes are falling out due to the weak product that was used, but I'm not available the same day at the time of their choosing I will be out of even more money. Hopefully I can find a reputable company in Miami that can apply a new set. But then I will be out around $300 for lash extensions. It's just unacceptable. This location does not care about quality or customer service. It's all about the bottom line. They've taken my money, knowing that I'm not satisfied with the results after 4 days, and provided me with no reasonable options. 7:30 pm appointment at a different location, when I have a 9:00 pm flight is not offering a reasonable solution. I'm disappointed and needless to say I won't be back, and I felt it my duty to inform that the buyer be aware.
