Shadia is THAT girl!!! Been going to amazing lash studio for years now and I'm so glad to have found an amazing master lash artist/stylist like her . She is by far the best and always makes my experience 10/10. If you're thinking about booking, make sure you book with her. After being inconvenienced three times and not causing any scene no compensation of any form was offered but they want their masters fees. Love this studio- the front staff is always friendly and facility clean and bright. My stylist is Alisha Safford and she is AMAZING! I had tried at least 4-5 others and her works is just simply the best. My lashes stay on longer when she does it, they always look great and mainly- they make ME feel good without having to put on as much make up. I get the classic and EVERYONE compliments me that they love my lashes- what mascara as I using?!?! They don't know that my lashes were professionally done and when I tell them, they had no idea lash extensions could be made to look so natural! read more

She explained every step of the service, and shared her best practices for future care. Ive never been one to leave reviews, but i left this place in tears because of how awful my lashes look, this would be my second time getting a lash lift and tint and I am so disappointed that I didn't read the reviews before I booked with this place. They look nothing like what is presented in the pictures or how i got them done previously at a different place. I even spent an extra $30 unknowingly because I was worked on by a master stylist, but the looks of my lashes do not represent that. They are uneven, and they look as if they were done incorrectly. When I went back in and asked why my lashes looked the way they did and if she could fix them, she told me no, and that it was just my natural lash pattern and they would hopefully relax in a few days. Walked in today to have lashes tinted, was told there was only an appointment at 12pm, even though the online booking said there was at least 2 other spots. Arrived 5 mins early, waited 25 minutes, told the person behind the desk I could only wait for another 5 minutes. The person returned and said that that technician wasn't on property and that I wouldn't be charged to reschedule another appointment. The person I spoke with seemed to not take any initiative. To hear the technician not even be there is really unprofessional I am in the last stage of my pregnancy, am disappointed and will not return. 0 out of 10 for service read more

I came in to get my lashes serviced today. Came in early enough to wash my lashes. The master stylist came in late for work. I have masked on bc I am asthmatic and suffer from sinus allergies . That was on my profile. As I lay on the table and coughed one time and asked if I was sick, to my reply...I said no. I told her it's on my profile. She persisted that maybe I should reschedule. How she told me that she was sick for 3 weeks due to a cold. I told her I completely I understand but I assured her that I wasn't sick. I just went for once a year check up and shots. I got negative vibes from her. Kindly told her let's reschedule...got to the front desk and told her that I would call, needless to say that I not ever coming back. This is the same stylist that serviced me last time, took almost 3 hrs bc she was watching and listening to a video while she's working on my lashes. I didn't complained about until now. Plus she got some white stuff on her forehead like for acne. She didn't look clean, like she jumped out of the bed in hurry and didn't have time to get ready for work. I travel all over the country and been in hundreds of amazing lash studios. This is by far the first worst experience I have ever been to. Definitely, won't be back at this place. Never had such an unprofessional and rude master stylist. I feel sorry for the owner who's not aware of one staff her staff needs to work on personal hygiene. This studio is the best in the Atlanta area! Any of their master stylist are better than others I tried in other studios! My lashes are fuller and last longer when done in this location. I started coming here cuz it's closest to home and saw recommendations to go to Maddie. I did until she left. Now Alisha is awesome!!! Hard to get an appointment with her but worth the wait. I gave 4 stars cuz I also had bad experience with appointments (hence tried out and went to other studios): did not get my booked appointment online, booked Appt with Alisha but was given another stylist (they overbooked her), arrived on time but stylist running late. However, I got around the above by: calling to book or booking right after my appointment, asked to call me if Alisha is not available that day, and just went shopping next door at White Black market. read more

The worst experience at this location . Appointment was at 8am (which I had to email to get the appointment due to the online booking being down for all Atlanta studios for the last two weeks). I work healthcare (and travel for my job) therefore I'm not always available to call during business hours. I arrived at 8:14 am, the stylist notified the front desk that she wouldn't have time to complete my full set because I was late and there was an appointment coming soon . The late policy is 10 mins. The policy isn't the issue, it was the customer service of the lady working the front. I am member and curious how close another appointment was booked when I was getting a full set. I explained I live an hour away and ran into traffic . I was offered to come on Friday which I said okay and discussed times . I stated I wasn't happy because I had been trying to book an appointment for weeks but I would reschedule . She continued with the week is crazy etc. I was told the online booking isn't accurate anyway that I should always call, which is funny because that's the only way I have booked since I got my membership (auto draft $139.99 per month) and this is the first issue I have had (started with studio in Clifton NJ). Then told it's better to just call, then why have online booking as an option doesn't make much sense. read more

I had a great experience at Amazing lash studio. I arrived right on time and quickly filled out the new client paperwork and was taken back to begin my appointment. My stylist, madison, was great and definitely listened to what I wanted. My appointment had to be cut short due to a personal emergency and the whole staff was very accommodating to get me rescheduled to finish (luckily I was able to just run right back that same day) I had a few concerns about lash length and madison helped me with ideas for changes at follow up appointments to get the exact look I want. The studio is clean and everyone is masked up and I did feel safe getting my lashes done there (I am also vaccinated so that helped) I just moved to the area from Philly and have been looking for a new lash place and it looks like I've found it! I have been to other lash studios to get my eyebrows and eyelashes done and I haven't been to any place that has done my eyebrows so perfect. I naturally have wacko eyebrow hair so it's hard to get it all, but Millie managed to shape them perfectly and chose the perfect tint! After moving from NC I was in search of a stylist like back home. Luckily I found Jazmen-Glory she's awesome! I went in for a lash lift and tint. Walked out with my lashes tinted but the lift did not lift at all and actually my lashes are now pointing downward. Flash forward a week later after following all of the instructions (no oil based products or serums) and my lash tint is gone but unfortunately my lashes are still pointing the wrong direction. $120 later (with tip) and it was a complete waste of money and time. read more

I've never more felt like I was a middle school girl being bullied to put it into an emotion. Disappointed is an understatement. A lash tech (Hailey) spent 17 mins on my lash during an hour appointment and spent a couple minutes checking her phone as well. She than proceeded to charge me $100 for the hour long appointment that was utilized so I stood up for myself and instead of finding a resolution she talked back to me and was completely rude. Telling me everything I did wrong. I use to work in the service industry and even on a bad day I never spoke to a client like that and a client your charging $100 for nothing. I've been a member here since August or so but I've had a horrible taste in my mouth after an experience I had a few months ago. I called an hour ahead of time to let them know I would be 5-10 minutes late and they said okay. I showed up only to be mysteriously whisked away to a random lash tech who I wasn't scheduled with who also had no idea what was going on when I asked where my regular tech was. After she went to ask she came back and brushed it off, proceeded to take an hour and a half to do a refill and was only 60% done (when I had to run because this ordeal made me late for a meeting) and THEN they had to get someone else in there because she glued so many of my lashes together. Then the girl at the front desk was extremely sassy with me as I checked out and even gave me a sarcastic "have a nice day maam" as I was walking out the door because she could tell I was annoyed. After that I didn't go back here regularly (like I had before) for two months or so and in the meantime SOMEHOW they happened to get even worse. Imagine how sour of a mood I get into when sitting in the waiting room 15-20 minutes consistently while knowing the circus they put me through previously for barely being late. Taking me late, people texting while doing my lashes, having me sit in the waiting room for too long AFTER my appointment because the staff are doing God knows what and not checking me out efficiently like they used to. This establishment frankly is not a good look for this whole shopping center and I hope The Lash Lounge considers opening a location nearby because it sucks that this is the one closest to home. Why zero stars is not an option. This business should be why Yelp changes to zero star option. The turnover here is incredible. The front desk person is beyond rude. Not the manager (she is ver my nice) but has yet to respond to any of my complaints. This is the second time I have shown up for an 8 am appointment and not been in the system even though they see where I was supposed to be in the system. They were unable to do anything about it but offer me a $10 discount the next time I came in. The technician told me it was the first time tinting lashes. Then she blamed me for squinting too much because she was burning my eyes. The lashes looked like nothing was done , and I was blamed for it. She kept saying she had no idea how this will turn out. If they do not how to do the job is better not to take customers.
