My mom came in the room while she was first working on my eyes and gave me this look like "yikes, half your eyelid is blue and the other half is pink!" She was knowledgeable about the latest technology and demonstrated outstanding customer service. At the start of the service she asked me lots of questions about what I wanted. She was so gentle that I did not know she had begun to apply the extensions until she was halfway done with one eye! She made sure to check on how I was doing throughout the service and offered snacks when it was over. She also walked me through when to come back and how to care for these lashes, educating me on how lash glue has evolved.
