I decided to get microblading done due to my eyebrows being quite sparse, and because I have a few areas which don't grow in at all, plus I felt my brows were too short. I did a lot of research before deciding who to go to, and I am happy that I did all the research I could. Make sure you go to someone who also has examples of what their healed work looks like. Anyways, as for the actual procedure, it took about 2 hours or so. I was happy with the first set of brows that my artist drew for me so we didn't have to spend a lot of time in the drawing stage. I was comfortable during the procedure, there was numbing cream used before we got started so the process was 100% bearable. After my first appointment for Ombre Powder Brows, I was initially happy -- but when I came back for a touch-up, the service felt incredibly rushed. The technician barely consulted with me, and the results looked uneven. I brought up my concerns, but they were brushed off as "normal healing." Spoiler: it wasn't. I also tried their needleless lip filler service later, thinking maybe it was just a one-off bad day. Big mistake. The lip plumping results were inconsistent -- one side of my lips looked fuller than the other, and when I asked about it, I was told to "wait a few weeks" for it to settle. Weeks later, the imbalance was still there. Whatever was in it broke my lips out bad, I developed cold sores too I don't know if they properly disinfect their material. Overall, the quality, care, and attention to detail just aren't consistent if you're planning to be a loyal client. They seem more focused on cycling through new customers than building real, lasting relationships with the ones they already have. I wish I hadn't wasted so much money trying to "give them another chance." There are too many better, more professional places out there -- don't make the same mistake I did!
