Very disappointing. The owner contacted me almost 1 hour after my appointment was supposed to be to "confirm" my appointment. I waited outside for over 30 mins. UPDATE: as I said the owner is unprofessional! Clearly she does not see that she contradicts herself in the text that she sent to me. Also, I have already received my money back through my bank after explaining the situation to them. As previously stated, I would not waste my time here. I scheduled an appointment for 6/5, when I arrived there was only 1 person there. She advised me that I was not on the schedule, and that there was no one there. She told me she would change my appointment to 6/6. I called around 3pm to confirm my appointment so that I did not waste my time driving there again. I was again told that I was not on the schedule, and the person that does the service was gone for the day, but that they would call her to see where she was and give me a call back. I never received a call back. I called today to request a refund. The owners assistant advised me that the owner stated she would not give me a refund due to them waiting around yesterday for me. The owner is completely unprofessional and fails to take accountability. I advised them that me asking for a refund was a courtesy and that I will dispute through my bank instead. I will NEVER EVER return to this place!!! I wish I had read these reviews before I went to this place. I went to a guy named Quay. First - he was 1 HOUR and 3 MINS late!!! After 20 mins late, he comes to the front dancing and goofing off with some of the other techs as though he had not already waisted 20 mins. Not to mention, you have to pay for parking on a timed parking app. So all this time he is lolly-gagging, it is costing me. So he tells me he will be 15 more mins with the previous client. That turned into 45 minutes longer!! So when I finally get to the lash table, he decides to get on his phone! He did this at least 3 of 4 times!!!! I hate that I even put up with such unprofessionalism, but it was too late for me to book with someone else, as I had a flight to catch the next morning. I booked a new customer offer for $85. It was supposed to be ANY SET of lashes. I came for individuals and that's what he claimed I was getting. I got damn CLUSTERS!!!! I didn't notice it until l got home and could really see them in the mirror close up! Then he claimed he would pay $2.00 for the extra hour parking time. When I went to pay, he STILL charged me the full price eventhough HE WAS OVER A WHOLE HOUR LATE!!!! Then he tried to make me pay the deposit all over! He tried to pretend something was wrong with the app.... but I couldn't even book without the damn deposit! Then I had to remind him TWICE that he was to take care of the extra time on the parking. His WORK was horrible! I lied and said "Oh it's nice" because I don't like to be in confrontation, but my lashes are super stiff!!! The glue began to burn immediately! That is a sign of CHEAP ASS GLUE! Oh yea I almost forgot... when I was about to lay on the pillow, it was filthy! I had to ask "You want me to lay on that?" so he could realize he needed to change it or cover it or something! The experience for me was super ghetto. He also was rude. As I was trying to decide what style and length I wanted (I usually like a more natural look), he said "Oh you'll be wasting your money." Then he said "I'll just give you the same length and style I normally give my mom!! I don't even think he was smart enough to realize how rude that comment was. My lashes were inconsistent because he kept texting on his phone in between each CLUSTER. This was the absolute worst place I have a ever been for lashes.Trust me, save your money and spend it where they will be professional and actually install individuals vs. clusters. read more

I know many businesses are doing the best they can during this pandemic but I felt compelled to write this review since there were not many current reviews for this establishment. I took a chance and visited here because I had a positive experience the last time I went over TWO years ago. I am not a person who regularly gets their lashes done so if I do get them done, it is definitely for a special occasion. I was in desperate need to get my lashes done for a wedding trip the following day. I am not familiar with lashes places especially those that accepted walk ins during this covid time. I called earlier in the day to confirm they were taking walk-ins and spoke with Tiffany who advised they were. I drove over 25miles to secure a spot since I confirmed they accepted walk ins. Upon arrival, there was about 4 workers (and friends) there and no one was practicing social distancing and no one had masks on except my technician. The first worker did not greet me but was aggressive and asked if I had an appointment. Once I told her no, she said "well we don't have anyone available to help you." I then explained that I called earlier and spoke with Tiffany and she said fine and walked away. Another girl (Ashli) who was much more pleasant came over and advised she would assist me after she finished eating. At this point I was ready to leave because of the poor customer service but I was desperate. If I could describe my experience in one word, it would be GHETTO. My entire experience was soooo unprofessional. The workers were discussing their personal business, my technician (ashli) kept stopping to check her phone, call friends and talk to her colleagues. they were discussing clients and personal business, Plans for the night after they left work and other irrelevant nonsense. There was a feminine guy there doing lashes too and he was loud and unprofessional. They all were so concerned about their relationship status and which "lil durk" song to play that they paid little attention to the clients. How do I know this? One girl was discussing how her baby father waited outside for her while she was in a club enjoying herself. She also discussed how nice of a guy he is and him being a scammer and not being from ATL. Of course my eyes were shut so I don't know which person was talking but I could tell the feminine guy's voice, my tech Ashli voice and another worker who was on the phone trying to calm an angry customer who was unsatisfied with her tinted brows. The final straw for me was that my lashes started to fall off the NEXT day. yes the very NEXT day. My technician Ashli did a HORRIBLE job. She was sweet but her work was terrible. If I did not live so far I would've went back and requested a refund because I am unsatisfied with my services and the entire experience. I try to support small businesses as much as possible but when you lack basic services such as quality and customer service, how can I continue to support? I am highly disappointed in the service I received and won't be returning. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time AND money going here like I did. I am beyond disappointed. My lashes should not be falling off after ONE day. Also, I forgot to mention... I was explaining which size lashes I wanted and my tech took it upon herself to try to use another size and when I questioned it, she said she didn't have the size. I wasn't happy with that response so she went to another work station and borrowed theirs . Imagine if I did not question it, she would've continued with a different size. She also started cutting the lashes she already attached to mine so I'm not even sure she used the correct size. I am almost certain my natural lashes are ruined. I am undoubtedly disappointed with the service. Please please please for the sake of not wasting your money and damaging your lashes, go some place else. your lashes will thank you. One more thing I forgot to mention... my technician also said she "gave me the flirty lashes and ordinarily another tech would charge more but she did me a favor by charging the classy price." Now this would be nice if I asked for flirty and hot charged classy price. However, I asked for classy because I specifically told her I wanted to look as natural as possible especially since I cannot have exaggerated lashes due to my field of work so she didn't do me a favor because that's not something I asked for to begin with. Where to start I mean I just LOVE my lashes all the time. They last FOREVER. Through ANYTHING !! Everybody is really professional and very friendly and will go out there way to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. They even will accommodate a call in or walk in appt.( I hate making appts). Yes sometimes the appt may not start when you expected or scheduled but it well worth the wait And your patience (especially if you booked with typ- she's the best, and the fastest). I called to confirm my appointment a day ahead of time. I show up to my appointment early and am told it'll only be a minute. After 10 minutes of waiting (past my scheduled time) a customer walks in after me and is serviced before me. I was then told it'd be another 30 minutes until I could be serviced. I understand appointments can run late, but there's no reason why someone should walk in after me and be serviced before me when I had an appointment. I had also already paid in full prior to my appointment. Poor management. It has now been 2.5-3 weeks after I was promised a refund by the owner. I have yet to receive a refund AFTER calling every day over the past few weeks asking for one. I now have my attorneys involved. read more

When I say the absolute most horrific GHETTO experience I've ever experienced I mean top 2. I get in I call first to let them know I was running a few minutes behind my appointment was at 6 PM I got there 610, the girl at the desk said it's OK we're running behind when I called her, so I get in there again my appointment was at six I'm sitting there for a whole hour. no one greets you no one says anything to you & it's dirty in there like a trap house. A hour rolls by no one still says anything A girl who came in after me is sitting there and a lady from the back finally comes out and tells her that she'll be with her shortly. baffled because I've been there for an hour I stand up and ask her how much longer it's going to be she asked me what I'm there for. even though she should've asked me that when I first got there I tell her my lashes a classic set. she then walks away to try and find someone who can do them. She then comes back out and tells me oh well the girl in the back can do it at 8:20 mind you again my appointment was at six. I I asked her who was I booked with she says that's not how it works but I'm really confused because if I'm not booked with a specific person I'm trying to figure out how the girl who got there after me was booked with a girl to get ahead of me if I've been here for an hour. I then tell her that I can't wait that long because that's ridiculous and ask for my deposit back because I'm clearly not going to be seen. & on top of that she says she has to tell her boss to give me my deposit back so i couldn't even get my money back right then..when I say that was one of the worst ghetto, raggedy, mud duck shop experiences Iv ever had & will never return. and it's so sad because it's black owned and I try to support black owned but some black owned businesses you can't do nothing with smh. read more

Tiffany the owner does not retain her employees. You never have the same technician twice. She does not guarantee your satisfaction. Be willing to accept what you get-good or bad. My last visit was disappointing the extensions didn't even last a week and the owner has ignored my complaint. I've been a regular customer for the past 5 months. The owner Tiffany Powell doesn't care, my emails have been ignored and calls not returned. All I asked for was a credit or refund for the service for another time. I booked hybrid lashes and described to the tech what I wanted (which afterwards she let me know that I wanted natural). I still ended up with thick heavy lashes to which I wasn't fully satisfied. Within less that an hour of leaving the clusters of fan lashes began falling out. I called back to ask for a revision and she was willing to see me later that evening to remove a few but after removing the ends which was her recommendation, my lashes looked half done so I opted to simply have her remove them altogether. Midway through the removal my eyes begin burning so bad that we had to stop and rinse several times. So she completed the removal to the best of her ability but there were still a few lashes left and a lot of glue in my natural lashes. She told me to go wash my lashes in the bathroom and to go home and use oil to try to remove the rest of the glue because it would take her too long to do it and she would have to try and pick it up with tweezers. My tech was very professional and friendly but I will not be returning. I paid a lot of money to have them done, start falling out same day, removed, and sent home with swollen lids with lashes full of glue that I now have to figure out how to get out or pay another company to get out for me. I had a terrible experience here. I had an 11am appointment with the owner who charges significantly more than the other technicians . I'm very disappointed, i had an appointment scheduled for 11am i arrived to see staff standing outside because no one had the key. After standing outside for 20 mins I asked where Tiffany (TYP) was and would she be arriving soon. The girls contacted her and said she had a meeting that ran over and she would be in route in an additional 20 mins. I'm furious. No call, no text no notification that she would be late PLUS we are waiting outside. After an hour wait and the door being unlocked one of the technicians FINALLY was able to open the door. I then was asked if I could return in an ADDITIONAL hour (2 hours from my appointment) i said no I can't and could one of the technicians do my lashes. After reluctantly agreeing my service was performed. I'm pleased with the job that Tommie did. However the entire experience was sour.I'd also like to note a lot of the technicians were NOT wearing face coverings serving during COVID. Bad initial experience and I'm very disappointed. Clients time and money should be valued and i did not feel like my time was here. read more
