I've been a halo doll for two years now and I've seen this business grow tremendously. Starr and Kareemah are awesome with the art of eyelash extensions ! This is a new location and it is just breathtaking. The Studio is nice and spacious. There is a waiting area and a snack and beverage counter. Everything is color coordinated. The chairs are the most comfortable ones yet. The chairs recline you back and left your legs up automatically. The studio is clean and smell so fresh. The customer service is outstanding. Starr and Kareemah are very courteous and polite with each one of your their clients. The prices for my eyelash extension are very reasonable. I try to come get a refill every two weeks. This was my first time here and it was such a pleasant experience. Starr was extremely kind and friendly. I had a scheduled appointment and we started on time. For my first time, I decided to go with semi-permanent lashes and threading my brows. Threading hurts but Starr assured me that the more I get it done, the pain will minimize. I hope so! The results were wonderful, exactly what I wanted. They're natural looking but still have a dramatic flair. However, it's not just her work that'll have me returning. It is an inviting atmosphere and since they've recently moved to a new location, they are still sprucing it up but it looks nice as it is! Starr and Kareemah are hilarious and made me feel welcome. When I saw someone who had brows done by Star, I had to call her. Sent her pictures of my brows and had several phone calls with her then made an appointment and paid a deposit to get my brows done. Arrived on time for the appointment. She had forms to fill out and she wanted to know what creams I used on my face which I didn't know. {no forms were emailed in advance as per her custom} Star told me to go home and call her in a couple of days and let her know what products I used. The 1st time I called Star acted I was bothering her and to call the next morning. When that phone call was made at her requested time Star again acted like we were bothering her and to call back. A 3rd.call was made again Star said she was with a client and to call back 1hour after she closed and she would answer all the questions but Star never answered her phone or didn't replay to left to message. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your potential client's time. Just be honest and say you don't to do something. Will be looking for my deposit to be refunded. read more

Went today for lash extensions with my friend. Starr did my lashes and Alex did my friend's. The whole place is super cute and very clean. Both appointments started on time. I decided to let Starr do what she thought suited me best. She looked at my face, eye shape, made some marks and started. The chairs recline all the way back and a pillow is placed under your neck. We all made small talk, but they said we were welcome to just sleep. I've had lash extensions in the past and could feel the lashes being placed, but that was not the case here. The whole process was very comfortable. If you become a member for a fee each month you get discounted services and money off retail products. She explained the procedures I wanted and helped me make the right choices based upon her observations and experience. During my lash procedure, Starr talked to me about the condition of my lashes and what to expect during aftercare. Just had my lashes done today and I absolutely love them! I've been wearing lashes for about a year now but Starr is the first person to put lashes in the inner and outer corners of my eye. I know this sounds weird but other people would ignore the inner and outer areas of my eye. I think she's able to do a better job because of the medical loupes (binoculars) she uses. I visited the Ellenwood location which is a cute, quaint country farmhouse that houses her lash studio. If you're into HGTV's "Fixer Upper" show then you know exactly what I mean - beautiful shiplap. If you don't get it, then don't worry about it. It's over your head and I apologize. She also has a midtown location that is swanky and sheik for all you urban dwellers as well.
