This is a new location and it is just breathtaking. The Studio is nice and spacious. There is a waiting area and a snack and beverage counter. Everything is color coordinated. The chairs are the most comfortable ones yet. The chairs recline you back and left your legs up automatically. The studio is clean and smell so fresh. The customer service is outstanding. I had brow enhancement services. I would recommend Halo for the following reasons: Professional Staff - Starr knows what she's doing and you can tell. She ensured I was numbed to reduce my discomfort. She explained the process and made recommendations. She was always available when I had a question about after care. Cleanliness of Facility - great atmosphere. Wasn't uncomfortable in waiting area or during procedure. Quality Service - I absolutely love the results. I have received several compliments from others and because of the quality, they want there's touched up or done by Halo. Timeliness of appointment - once booked, you are not sitting and waiting for your service to begin. read more

This was my first time here and it was such a pleasant experience. Starr was extremely kind and friendly. I had a scheduled appointment and we started on time. For my first time, I decided to go with semi-permanent lashes and threading my brows. Threading hurts but Starr assured me that the more I get it done, the pain will minimize. I hope so! The results were wonderful, exactly what I wanted. They're natural looking but still have a dramatic flair. However, it's not just her work that'll have me returning. It is an inviting atmosphere and since they've recently moved to a new location, they are still sprucing it up but it looks nice as it is! Starr and Kareemah are hilarious and made me feel welcome. I felt like I'd known them forever even though we had just met. I left in such a pleasant mood and I'm glad that I found them. You come out looking like a new person! read more

I went to Kareemah and OMG!!! First off the place is absolutely adorable and Kareemah is a sweetheart! It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and Kareemah was super informative. I told her that I didn't want anything TOO dramatic, just something to add a little oomph so I don't have to wear mascara everyday and she did a FANTASTIC job! I was so comfortable during the whole process. I will definitely be returning to Kareemah for all my eyelash and brows needs! read more

Halo Studio - Classic Set done by Kareemah. I for natural lashes that looked like I had just applied a coat of mascara to my lashes my she did FANTASTIC! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

When I saw someone who had brows done by Star, I had to call her. Sent her pictures of my brows and had several phone calls with her then made an appointment and paid a deposit to get my brows done. Arrived on time for the appointment. She had forms to fill out and she wanted to know what creams I used on my face which I didn't know. {no forms were emailed in advance as per her custom} Star told me to go home and call her in a couple of days and let her know what products I used. The 1st time I called Star acted I was bothering her and to call the next morning. When that phone call was made at her requested time Star again acted like we were bothering her and to call back. A 3rd.call was made again Star said she was with a client and to call back 1hour after she closed and she would answer all the questions but Star never answered her phone or didn't replay to left to message. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your potential client's time. Just be honest and say you don't to do something. Will be looking for my deposit to be refunded. read more

Love love love Halo Brown Studio. Starr has a way of making you feel very comfortable with your procedures. Getting both of these techniques done has made me look 20 years younger.. thanks for making me look like a queen. Also love your new location read more

The best hands down.... Love my work and it looks natural. She outdid herself. ..I'll be back soon for more work.

I can't rave enough about the experience I had with Star! I called her Sunday morning to see if she could fit me into her schedule same day due to another lash expert cancelling on me at the last minute. Although she didn't have her book open for that day, she fit me in and was so accommodating. Beyond her being so accommodating, she is very thorough and does an amazing job at educating. Great customer service + very skillful and talented! She has gained a lifetime customer. I would recommend times 100! read more

Went today for lash extensions with my friend. Starr did my lashes and Alex did my friend's. The whole place is super cute and very clean. Both appointments started on time. I decided to let Starr do what she thought suited me best. She looked at my face, eye shape, made some marks and started. The chairs recline all the way back and a pillow is placed under your neck. We all made small talk, but they said we were welcome to just sleep. I've had lash extensions in the past and could feel the lashes being placed, but that was not the case here. The whole process was very comfortable. If you become a member for a fee each month you get discounted services and money off retail products. We both prebooked our next appointments and can't wait to return. read more

From decor to service, this place is nothing less than 5 stars. I received eyelash extensions by Kareemah. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and my lashes came out great. She worked quickly but that certainly did not affect the quality of her work. And to top it off, Kareemah is a complete sweetheart. I've definitely found my new lash home. read more

I am from California and Halo Lashes has been the only place I get my lashes from in ATL. Initially when I first booked an appointment I was worried about having to take out my current ones and re-doing a whole new set. But I didn't have to because Starr filled them in perfectly. I always get the volume set from Halo Lashes and they stay good during my travels. Starr is very professional, accommodating and really good at what she does. Starr works from two locations to help accommodate clients so my drive to her is always easy depending on where I am at. I alway get my eyebrows threaded the same time as well..super convenient. read more

I was previously a faithful individual lash girl, but I really disliked the fact that they fell out in chunks and always at the worst times. I removed my individuals and went in search of a lash service with Sunday hours. I saw all the great reviews on Yelp for this business and decided to give her a try. When I arrived I was happy to see that her lash lounge was neat, clean and very relaxing. I actually fell asleep a few times during the process. Starr did NOT disappoint and I am a lash extension convert!!!! My lashes look so amazing and I couldn't be more satisfied. Starr was very professional and courteous and I will definitely be back. read more

Starr is amazing and her personality is even better. I needed some lash extensions removed and the process was quick and painless. I think we talked longer than it took to get the extensions removed. She is very knowledge and gave me some great advice about my own business. We need more positive and uplifting women like her. I would definitely recommend her. read more

This was my first visit with Starr and I am so incredibly impressed. The studio is very clean and well decorated. Starr is very professional. She explained the procedures I wanted and helped me make the right choices based upon her observations and experience. During my lash procedure, Starr talked to me about the condition of my lashes and what to expect during aftercare. This process does take a long time yet Starr makes it completely pleasant and well informed in its entirety. Immediately afterwards we headed to the eyebrow room for my Ombre Brow service. Starr took her time constructing my perfect brow shape and length based upon the shape of my face and my preferences. She is the consummate professional when it comes to great satisfactory service. Once we found my perfect brow shape and color, Starr began the process. She numbed my brow area for comfort and the process was not painful - definitely not as painful as my other tattoos. Once she finished and was satisfied with her work, she revealed it to me and I was so impressed with what she had done. I walked in the door very apprehensive and afraid of what I did not know. I left happier and more satisfied than ever. I'm planning my next bucket list service as soon as possible. Later during the evening when it was time for me to change my ointment, Starr sent a text reminding me. Now how is that for "5 Starr" service! read more

Just had my lashes done today and I absolutely love them! I've been wearing lashes for about a year now but Starr is the first person to put lashes in the inner and outer corners of my eye. I know this sounds weird but other people would ignore the inner and outer areas of my eye. I think she's able to do a better job because of the medical loupes (binoculars) she uses. I visited the Ellenwood location which is a cute, quaint country farmhouse that houses her lash studio. If you're into HGTV's "Fixer Upper" show then you know exactly what I mean - beautiful shiplap. If you don't get it, then don't worry about it. It's over your head and I apologize. She also has a midtown location that is swanky and sheik for all you urban dwellers as well. Also, I like the fact that Starr stresses the importance of keeping the lashes clean from dirt and makeup and she gives you a cute aftercare kit with lash cleaner and brushes. read more

I suffer with alopecia and was very self conscious of my hairless eyebrows. My daughter found Miss Starr online and suggested I go see her. I was very nervous and called her several times before actually going. Starr talked to me like a sister and made me feel so comfortable. When I got there, she was pleasant and sweet. She held my hand through the entire procedure and talked to me to help me to relax. I am extremely pleased with the job she did. She's helped to boost my confidence level again. Thank you Starr for doing an amazing job on my eyebrows. read more
