Do not use a cash app their to provide a tip. They used my app after I left to add $5 in drinks. How they were able to do so I am not clear. I reported the fraud to city of decatur police and provided the nail salon worker's name to them. Cash app would not refund. The chargers appeared 45 min after I left. Cash app is horrible but the salon worker knew exactly what she was doing and has probably done this before. $5 is nothing but at the end of the day you can have a nice bump by scamming. I just got basic gel fill with NO tips . The total was $70 . When I heard my total to pay my mouth dropped. I wanted to get my nails before I ran errands and decided to stop by for a manicure and pedicure  I was greeted, chose my nail color, and was seated. After reviewing the services I decided on the allure pedicure and allure manicure. My nail tech did a great job. She cleaned up my cuticles nicely and the whole experience was relaxing. The only thing I wished she would've done better is the polish on my fingers. It could've looked a little better and she could've sealed it so it didn't start chipping right away. I've frequently visited this nail salon for 3 years. The nail techs are generally nice and accommodating. There is a mean girl work culture. Techs are jealous of coworkers with high paying customers. Yesterday one one confronted me about a design and attempted to antagonize me. She seemed inebriated since they do serve "beverages." She was rude and disrespectful-attempting to cause a scene over a sticker for my large toe. I spent $115 for that pedicure. I will find an actual salon and move on. Covid review --- first time here since my Reginald place down the street isn't open. Everyone had masks on, you were asked to sign a waiver on the way in{false security but ok}, they placed me a few chairs away from anyone else, and they even had some plastic barriers up. I felt very safe. I only got a pedicure so there was still some distance but they took good care did a great job and the color selection for gel was outstanding. Will definitely come back. Didn't leave a five star review because just a pedicure I couldn't fully tell the quality of the nail technician but when I get my normal stiletto shaped manicure in the next month or so I'll definitely update with how that goes. read more

I've been going to Allure nails since the day it opened and I love them. Initially I saw the manager T but he has moved up within the company and now for the last 4 years I've been seeing Nikki. I joke with them all the time that I came back after COVId shut everything down and even after Nikki had her baby because she is definitely the best nail technician I have ever had. At least three times I chose a dip color, but what was applied was waaaaay different from the sample. If you get gel or SNS on your fingers do not expect a match for your toes even if they tell you they have it. Another time I was waiting for a manicure while the staff was attending to each other's nails. I went today, left at 4:30pm and at 10pm chrome polish has already chipped on four fingers. I was in the area and Allure Spa Nails bar had the highest ratings within a 5 mile radius so I figured it would be a safe choice. I walked in with no appt around 11am and the place was not very busy so they fit me in right away. I typed my name in the computer to check in and they told me which station to go to. I decided on a pedicure and SNS nails. Once seated they offered me a drink, they had wine, water, and soda. The place was very clean they use liners in each pedicure bowl. They gave me this long list of pedicure options ranging from $27 to $46 I chose the Charcoal Powder Detox. I also asked for a French Manicure with Sns nails, pink and white. Both of my services were done at the same time. I ended up getting gel polish on my toe nails which was not the plan but they are good at convincing you of what is better so I went for it, keep in mind it's an extra $15. Gel on finger nails makes more sense I won't get it on my toes again. I was very pleased with both of my services and I'm glad I chose Allure Spa nails Bar. My total was a whopping over $100 after tip. In this case you definitely pay for what you get. The entire staff is amicable and they do a great job quickly. The lady doing my nails didn't even allow me to wash my hands after she put the gel on them. She didn't even file down underneath my nails. So I went here for a pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure was awful! I had selected a red polish and her painting skills were terrible. When she was done and I took a look I was not happy and asked to see a manager. The manager came over and I said "take a look at my toes-does this look like a professional job?" He said "No-it does not!" So he immediately came back and fixed it! He told me he was happy I let him know and didn't just walk out unhappy! That he needs this kind of feed back to make his employees better and that customer satisfaction is his top priority! I hope when you look at my picture you love my manicure! Wait, I don't have one? Here's why: I walked in and asked for a gel manicure. I picked out my color and had a gentleman escort me to a table. As he looking at my nails he comments that gel is not good for your nails and causes damage and that I should do SNS instead. He LIED and told me it was only $5 more. I said ok. He starts filing my nails and I noticed immediately how crooked they all were. I asked him to fix them and he did a couple and then said he would file them more once the powder was on. Once he started coloring my nails with the powder I realize that he had not done any cuticle cleaning or lotion. I asked about the manicure part and he said the five dollars more does not include a manicure and for a manicure with SNS it's "very very expensive." He offered to clean my cuticles and I asked him if he would then fill in the empty space with SNS powder. He said no and then said "you know what let's just do gel." I told him that after filing down my nails wants to get the SNS powder on and buffing the surface with electronica buffer I did not want to remove the polish with the buffer, and then do a new polish and I asked him to just take the polish off my nails. A woman, I can only assume the manager, came over and said I misunderstood. I explained that what I wanted was a manicure and what I had was not a manicure. She informed me that he must've just "forgotten" to explain. After buffing the surface of my nails a SECOND TIME and dipping them in acetone, she offered me a travel sized free lotion. I got the Tropical pedi $27 and the girl was so quick, but very efficient. Her massage was amazing as well. I got an SNS mani also for $35. I popped in yesterday for the first time for a full set SNS and pedicure. I am looking for a new nail salon closer to my house as I'm currently driving over an hour to get mine done. I chose this location because it's nearby and had two referrals-no names of technicians were given, just that they had been pleased with their nails and liked that is was a newer, CLEAN, establishment. I arrived at 11am and was immediately taken back to a spa chair, which was nice not having to wait. There were two other women getting their toes done. They had a ton of SNS colors to pick from and on the outside the store did look clean. Lynn did my toes and May did my new set and SNS. Neither of the women spoke English very well. I had not been in the chair more than 15 minutes if that when May was using her nails to separate the skin and nail on my left thumb when she cut me. Before she cut my I must have made a "ouch that hurts face" because she commented something to the extent of oh yes, it hurts sometimes. Just real quick. I pulled my had away and my thumb was bleeding like crazy. It continued to bleed my entire stay. She brought me a tiny piece of paper towel that was saturated within minutes and didn't bring me anymore even though I asked. She also tried taking care of it herself, without gloves and WITHOUT washing her hands after the fact. Y'all she touched my bloody finger and DIDN'T wash her hands. But wait...it gets better. She proceeded to continue with my nails, DIPPING my bloody finger in the container of SNS powder. I literally just sat their in utter shock. No I'm not happy about being cut or having to pay full price for the services, but that's the least of my worries. After seeking first hand the lack of sanitary means taken by May at this shop I will not be returning. read more

I went into this salon on my one day to treat myself. Spring time manicure and pedicure. I walked in and was immediately seated but rushed to select a color. I think a part of the self care treat is being able to relax. No time for soaking and relaxing despite the fact that there were only a few other customers in the salon. I should have taken a cue from the customer seated across from me as she was having trouble getting the technician to follow her request. That tech ended up doing my pedicure. After leaving and getting outside in the full daylight I could see that both my manicure and pedicure were jacked up. The gel polish was jacked up and lumpy on my hands and my toe polish was two toned because I think that they dilute the polish to extend it's use. I walked back in and pointed this out to what I assume was the manger on duty "Jackie ". She said I'll get it fixed but being that it was my day off I had other errands to attend. I told her I did not have anymore time and could return on Saturday after work. Initially she said "No". She pointed out that they had a three day policy and fixes. I told her this was my day off and had other things to do and the service was not right and needed to corrected. She finally agreed to Saturday afternoon. I was unhappy about going to work the next day with the horrible manicure but figured it would at least be re done on Saturday. The next day at work my co-workers continually commented on how crazy my nails looked. I then found out I had to be at event on Saturday. UGH! I could not could not see showing up looking dismantled! I had to make my way back over there on Wednesday evening after work. I was quite aggravated wasting time, gas and energy. I walked into the salon on Wednesday evening and was once again greeted by "Jackie". I began to express my dissatisfaction with the service and the time I had wasted . She in a very hostile way shooed me the waiting chairs and said "I told you I would tare care of it on Saturday." I was shocked as I am not used to being spoken to that way when I have spent my whole hard earned $71. I did tell her I thought I was entitled to a refund since the service rendered was not the Service I paid for. This set her off and she said that she was "doing me a favor by offering to give the service I paid for on Tuesday on Saturday " I was floored and the salon was full other customers when she openly referred to the frustrated customer who was there the day before struggling to get the technician to follow her request as a "bitch". She then told my to get out! She would not allow me to the service I paid for and drove over there twice for. I was shocked. I asked her for manager and she she was the manger and when I asked her named she said "Jackie". I then asked the name of the owner and she immediately said he was never there and only gave me a one word nickname. I told her I would handle the matter on my end and left. I'd give a zero if possible. The girl at the front is extremely rude. I explained that I was there 3 days ago for a full set and three of my nails had broken off for no apparent reason. I asked to have them repaired for free, which I have done in the past. She replied with the snarkiest attitude--"oh baby that must have been you because every mail would've broken if it was on us". You could clearly tell that they were extremely thin and my own finger nails were intact. The nails had broken well beneath my own nails. Never have I lost nails 3 days after a fresh full set. Today I went in to get a full set and the nail tech split my finger nail down to the flesh as he was taking off my old set. He then proceeds to ask me to soak my hands to soften the nails which burned like hell so I couldn't get them soaked off. I ended up not getting a full set after all because my natural nail was completely ruined. I asked for some kind of compensation after paying for the removal service and the manager told me that my nail was already cracked since plastic nails cannot crack natural nails.
