This is an update review. I started coming to this nail salon years ago and there is one particular technician that does my nails every time. She has been awesome until today. I am going to give her grace because perhaps it was an off day however, I do not have to patronize a visit with my hard earned money if I'm not going to be respected. Allow me to say that the salon is not the most elegant is it the most clean. Certain things I have overlooked however, now I see that they are starting to add up charges for services when they did not before. If I am going to be subjected to premium prices, then I expect to be indulged in an atmosphere to where I am not seeing supplies in the bathroom or smelling the lunch of the technicians prepared in the back that fuses throughout the salon. To add to this the services offered are limited. The color choices or from cat eye or chrome or subpar compared to other salon however, the pricing is equivalent. Although the salon is fairly close and proximity, I will be seeking another salon for services moving forward. read more

Honestly, I am beyond pissed at this establishment! I've been waiting over an hour to just get a FILL IN!!!!! People were taken before me and I am not sure why!!! Then when I ask what is going on and why am I being over looked? The gentleman pointed to someone who was doing a lady's feet and stated he will do my nails after he's finished. BOOM! The guy is finished. He goes to do someone else's feet. I asked (maybe the owner or manager) wasn't he suppose to start on me? Then the lady who skipped me the first time come back up to ask me what am I getting. I told her again, a fill in. I get back to the seat and asked her why didn't she take me first when I had been waiting. I've stated again that I've been waiting over an hour to get seen. She then proceeded to grab another person from the door, sit them down at the pedicure station to start on their feet. At this time I am complaining. Letting her know what she had done and that I was not a happy customer at this point. What is going on? The manager (possibly) tells me he's going to do my nails. He has someone in his chair that he just started on who is getting soooo much down to their nail set. From rhinestones to this and that. I only waited to write this review. I am so pissed right now. I promise and vow to not ever come back here and it's sad because I really liked this place. ....not anymore. I don't know what the deal was today. I have been coming here for about 6 months. Couple times I came I brought my family. Today I came by myself & I will not come back. Very rude & disrespectful. First off I felt rushed trying to pick a color & the man said "I'm confused." I really shouldn't have to explain myself I'm paying for it. It is my money coming out of my pocket end of story. Also the grabbing my arm is unacceptable & unnecessary. I felt I was being overcharged I get the same thing every time & the price gets higher and higher. I wanna give zero stars because I'm really fed up ... Tried this salon and was very happy with my service and outcome of product. They were attentive to what I wanted and asked me if it was to my liking before continuing on to the next step. The facility was pretty nice and clean and the women there were super welcoming. Imma go again especially because I think there prices are more reasonable than the city and the cuticle work on my hands and feet were immaculate. read more

The guy that did my predicate was great! But the older man that did my nails was very rude. He first asked why do I bite my nails and I told him because I have anxiety, then he proceeded to tell me I was disgusting. As he was doing my nails he told to stop watching him as he is the best nail tech in Atlanta and has been doing this for over 20yrs, I asked several time for him to cut my nails shorter due to work and he told me if I keep telling him what to do he will stop doing my nails. He asked who usually does my nails, I told him I was from out of town and moving here so I was looking for a new nail tech. Once my nails was ding he asked if I like my nails, I said yes then he said do they look better than the person that does them where I'm from, I told him thur are equal. His response was well pay and get out and go back to him. As I proceeded to pay, I pressed no tip due to having cash. He immediately said no tip, I asked for change for a $20, he proceeded to give me 2 10s I asked him to give me a 5 and 5 1s for one of them and he said $10 tip. I said no. I gave the guy that did my pedicure $10 and then the nail guy $7 he wouldn't take it when I tried to hand to him so I left it on the counter! The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is so nice. I was referred by a friend to this establishment. Absolute worse experience in my entire life. Rude, obnoxious, aggressive, loud and did I say rude. The entire time, the personnel are speaking across you and the room, to each other. Customers who are not Vietnamese (All of them) are an afterthought. The man, Ken, who did my pedicure was confused, about what service I needed. I did not want gel nails and that started the confusion. No less than 5 times was I asked and then grilled about a $35 Deluxe option for mani/pedi. The lady ,Titi (manicurist) reprimanded me at every turn. She and Ken never attempted a direct conversation with me. Somehow Titi seemed to think I was going to have a problem paying $70. I have had service in Buckhead, Roswell, New York, etc. over 50 years and $$$ was not a problem! Cost was the least of my worries. I was under attack the entire visit. They were adamant about explaining everything, to me over and over, then when I was not satisfied with the colors on the color wheels not matching what I actually selected, a 3rd female jumped into the fray. I needed an interpreter at best. The aggression from Titi over me not using my phone, (It would mess up my nails) and signing my credit card receipt before the work was finished, was beyond the pale; therefore costing them a tip. Someone reduced the price of the manicure to $20.00 with no explanation, so I ended up paying $55.00. and leaving never to return. Very bad vibe. Customer service training is greatly needed here. There is nothing special or exceptional about this establishment. It operates like a mill. The chemical fumes are overwhelming as you enter the salon. This place is all about the $$$. No "LUV" for the patrons. It's unfortunate, that I have to go outside of my community for professional customer service. Sad but true. Enter at your own risk. read more

This place has definitely gone down in quality since COVID. They do practice social distancing with them having a shield between you and the tech, checking your temperature upon entry and hand washing for which I am grateful. However, I feel like the quality of my gel pedicure was not up to par as it was before COVID. I am only a week out of having my gel nail polish and it is completely gone! My toenails do not grow fast at all and gel polish normally last 4+ weeks. I am $45 out and still have to repay to get a new set. Word of advice, go elsewhere for a gel pedicure. read more

I a never did a review before but this was disrespectful ‍ despite the pics, I swear I got my nails done a couple hours prior to this review. I don't know if it's because I'm a man but they serviced me like I never had a pedi/manicure. They left my nails dirty, uneven, clump in the polish, missing polish, nail polished dried to my skin, etc. I didn't even have the energy to go ask them to fix it cuz their work expressed how much they cared. I can't recall the last time that I left a low review for a business, but I feel as though it's my duty to do so now. I left without getting the services that I paid for. It seems as though if all you want is a simple manicure and nail polish, without the pedicure and other spa services, you're going to get treated poorly. The nail technician told me that my nails wouldn't be dry for hours. So don't plan to do anything. But if I wanted to get more services then my nails would be dry. I don't even know what that means. I've gotten my nails done for years but never at this salon. I will not be back. Only came here because someone in my neighborhood likes it. I should've left when they wiped the lotion off of my fingers with a clearly dirty towel. And then there was a large pile of wet and dirty towels next to the sink. I've never had a bad experience here... I get SNS and have always requested Thai and his work is EXCEPTIONAL. You may have to wait a bit for him, because he is highly requested and highly recommended, but it is DEFINITELY worth the wait. As far as pedicures, everyone does a pretty good job. Ive never had a problem with my pedicure nor the wait time to get a pedicure... if you're getting nails and toes done, most of the time they will accomodate you at the pedicure chair so you're in and out in less than an hour... There are many nail shops to choose from up Camp Creek, but if yoy want great service at a fair price, I would definitely recommend LV Nails. read more

decided to give this place another chance after being over charged the first time, but strike 2, same thing, plus this time they were rude, flat out lying so never again! I got a classic pedicure + manicure, which is around $48 + lashes $20 which is $68 - why both times my total came out to $78. The first time I paid with no problem and chalked it up to the tip or miscommunication etc. This time I inquired and the tech got defensive saying I just didn't wanna pay! I truly believe they judge you based on your attire and if you appear to can afford it/will not cause a fuss, as I did the first time, but that doesn't make it ok for you to continue to do it! They did a great job on my pedicure and manicure. My nails came out better than I thought they would. I came in with them super uneven and they easily made them even. The woman who did my pedicure didn't try to push me to get the more expensive pedicure, telling me that my feet were already soft so I didn't need it. I liked that because usually places push you towards the more expensive route. My husband enjoyed getting his mani but didn't enjoy the pedicure so much.
