Went here for a spa pedicure today and was blown away. The staff was extremely courteous and the lady attending to me did a very good job. Though it was crowded, it wasn't noisy and was very cozy. Nope, nope nope, all the NOPES in nope land! I haven't been here in a while because i normally to go another place for my nails. I came here today because i had no time to go to my regular place and they were booked at the time of day i needed them. I can normally come here in a pinch but i would rather walk around with crusty feet before i come back here. Fun fact guys-that cheese grater device they use in here legally should not be used. The tech started using it on me and i asked her to not use it. She immediately got an attitude and started talking about me in her native tongue and also had the audacity to slap my foot! This place is large and very busy, and it seems rotating people in and out as quickly as possible is the mantra. I received a gel mani-pedi, and while my pedicure was done well and is holding up just the same, the manicure looked bad from the gate. Pics attached so you can see for yourself. A lot of the ladies were asking for "Linda", so maybe you need to be lucky enough to get someone who's good. The man in charge did my mani, and it took him all of 10 minutes. Any other time I would laud this, but the way my nails look show that rushed isn't always best. Two stars, because customer service was great, and they do a great job on brows and pedis. Strolled in on a Sunday. And it was actually opened early then the time it says it was to open which was 12pm. There are sooo many nail techs. You go in sign the paper they call you and send you to a table with a number. Color boards everywhere. Pedicures everywhere and lots of people. I didn't have to wait long. There is only 1 restroom so for it to be such a large salon they should reconsider. My SNS was $36 on my natural nails. They look great nail tech took her time and was patient she didn't rush.
