I've been getting my pedicures with Sara ONLY. She is the best there is - I'm often out of town and will go weeks and wait until I can back to her before I allow anyone else to give me a pedi. She's that good. She's kind and friendly and does a fantastic job! She precise and does beautiful work. Wonderful person! read more

I've been coming to Song for my gel pedicures for several years now and I wouldn't change a thing. She is timely, thorough and really takes her time with the pedicure. She is also so kind and makes sure to ask about my family and work every time I sit in her chair. The vibe of cleopatra is slightly calming on not so busy days but can be a bit chaotic on busier days/the weekend. read more

Beautiful decor inside. Free parking. The staff is always nice and courteous. I needed that massage to my legs and feet. I was almost with the Sandman. That's how good it felt. I only go for pedicures. I'm trying to let my fingernails get a break from the gel polish. read more

I have been coming here for a while and the only thing that's consistent is the price will be different every single time. No matter what I get it's a different price the next time, I come here because it's always someone available and close to where I live. Most of them do decent nails. I got a fill, pedi, and eyebrows waxed, which is what I always get but it was 20 dollars more today. I didn't argue just paid lol because again it's always different. read more

I would give a negative review if I could. The customer service was horrible. I came knowing what I wanted and kept being badgered about the price to which I told them I had no problem with. They badgered me to the point where I changed my design and walked out unhappy with my nails. I don't know if the frequent mentioning of price was because the color of my skin (black) or my appearance but it was very offensive. Also, if you prefer a female nail artist, PLEASE SPEAK UP. I saw they had an elderly man doing my nails and did not speak up. he was rude and disregarding of what i asked for. You could probably find a better nail better salon with BETTER PRICE because I paid $75 for sloppy nails. DO NOT GO HERE! Nails issues: Arches are crooked on each nail. Nails are lumpy. Paint is see through. The shape of my nails are horrible crooked. The nails artist didn't even ask what clear undercoat I wanted. Lines are crooked on each and every single nail! read more

Went here for a spa pedicure today and was blown away. The staff was extremely courteous and the lady attending to me did a very good job. Though it was crowded, it wasn't noisy and was very cozy. The prices were a little much, but I am overall satisfied with my service. A must try in the Camp Creek area. read more

I tried to give Cleopatra another chance, but I regret it. The customer service and quality is rushed. I went in for a pedicure and they cut my toe and the pedicure looked crooked. I informed the lady that she cut me while there, but she refused and did not rectify the matter. There tends to be no waiting time, but the quality is lackluster. read more

The pedicure was nice. The nail color was beautiful. The nail shape was not square as I wanted.

The experience was horrible I was treated like trash today. At first, I was suited the lady started to do my manicure, then a customer walks in she left and started working with that customer left me sitting there all confused. Someone else came and ask me to move to a different chair and have someone else do my nails. This person also stopped in the middle of doing my nails and went to do someone's eyebrows. I will never come back to this place, you guys are racists . If you care my email address is ffanneh@yahoo.com read more

Oh yes!!!! Preparing for a software go-live and you guessed it, I work on Epic software for the Radiology department!!! They took my vision and did it PERFECTLY!!! Very happy with the customer service and the attention to detail. A new employee was training on my feet & she did a great job with everything. After checking out and paying I get to my car like why did this cost so much! So I ran back in to see why I was over charged. They patiently went over my receipt with no attitude and my butt totally forgot about all my designs and gel on my toes. So I'm totally happy with everything. read more

I had gone there once before and had a decent experience. I scheduled a 11:30 appointment with the tech who I had seen before but when I arrived, they reassign me to someone else. She did ok on the toes but the nails were not so good. I got a simple manicure, no Gel, no designs, I just wanted a clear polish. Well my nails look horrible. I went on Saturday and today is Wednesday and it is peeling off. I will not be returning. read more

Nope, nope nope, all the NOPES in nope land! I haven't been here in a while because i normally to go another place for my nails. I came here today because i had no time to go to my regular place and they were booked at the time of day i needed them. I can normally come here in a pinch but i would rather walk around with crusty feet before i come back here. Fun fact guys-that cheese grater device they use in here legally should not be used. The tech started using it on me and i asked her to not use it. She immediately got an attitude and started talking about me in her native tongue and also had the audacity to slap my foot! No ma'am, you got the wrong one. Not today. Won't be back. They aren't even following proper COVID protocols either. No extra sanitation observed at all. read more

I tried to UPDATE a previous 5 star review, it now I'm changing it to 2 stars. I've been going here for yeeeeeaaaarrrss....recently, they have continued to go up in their prices without notice-on everything..nails, pedicure, eyebrows, etc! No problem, I loved Thida, so I continued to patronize them! i have in-grown toe nails and Thida was the only one who cold get down and dirty and cut and dig that thing out! Recently, she decided she no longer could do my in-green toe nails and I would have to find someone else to do my feet. No problem, I will find someone else to my nails too! Thida's non-chalant attitude, the constant raising of the prices, the crowded shop, are all reasons I have been going elsewhere since November and I'm happy that I've made the move! read more

This location is very inconsistent in the level of service they provide. It's depends on the luck of the draw. It is also very dirty. Today I requested a basic manicure and I had to shape my nails myself because the nail tech could not understand my request. It was downhill from there. If I'm going to spend $18 for a basic manicure, I want it to be done to my satisfaction. This was my last visit. I'd rather pay for a high end service and get what I want. read more

Agree with previous reviews that say the quality of the work is trash, especially if you get one of the men. This place is large and very busy, and it seems rotating people in and out as quickly as possible is the mantra. I received a gel mani-pedi, and while my pedicure was done well and is holding up just the same, the manicure looked bad from the gate. Pics attached so you can see for yourself. A lot of the ladies were asking for "Linda", so maybe you need to be lucky enough to get someone who's good. The man in charge did my mani, and it took him all of 10 minutes. Any other time I would laud this, but the way my nails look show that rushed isn't always best. Two stars, because customer service was great, and they do a great job on brows and pedis. But I need to be able to get all 3 done wherever I go, so I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Service is a hit or Miss. Top recommendation for nails would be Yen. Other's that I have tried that seem good but didn't work well for my nails were Tammy, Vivian, Kelly and Kevin ( I believe that's his name). For pedicures I go to Nancy or the slim Tall lady with the short curly copper colored hair. The front desk attendant can be nice if it's Ken ( I believe that's his name) however the younger short slim female is not very pleasant. read more

This is my second bad encounter with this shop. I showed them a picture of a design I wanted and instead of say he couldn't do the design they moved me around who still couldn't do it. Then the manger comes to me with like it's my fault. He gave no solutions or even attempted to act he cared I was dissatisfied. I finally opt to just get a color and be done and need up with this mess. Big shapeless nails!! DONT GO HERE!! read more

Venue: The venue is beautiful, art everywhere & set up very nicely. Looks elegant Nails Tools: Their acrylic tools are relatively clean. But the gel dryer that they put your hands in are absolutely disgusting they seriously need to remember that people put their hands in them and if I can feel the bumps of old dry nail polish all on the bottom of it . I'm disgusted. Nail quality & design: This is my first time coming here and the guy that did my nails was extremely rude until I asked the lady beside me the name of her nail tech, and said his work was beautiful. After that he become extremely nice and started acting like a regular decent human being & everything was Gucci afterwards. read more

There is only 1 restroom so for it to be such a large salon they should reconsider. My SNS was $36 on my natural nails. They look great nail tech took her time and was patient she didn't rush.
