The service was efficient & fast. The vibe is amazing, the ladies are very attentive. This is in the Hapeville neighborhood & it's very chill, very cutesy, very demure.
Kim was AWESOME!! Normally my daughter and I go to another spot but decided last minute to get our toes done...yes, my toes are chunky, but hey they are mine and decided to try Bliss in Hapeville, GA. Upon arrival, limited parking, as we parked on the street and walked across, we were warmly greeted. There was only 2 other customers, which meant no waiting. It is a smaller shop than most salons now but I loved the decor and ambience. I showed Kim a picture and she duplicated as close to possible, I'd given another star had she trimmed the length down a little more even after requesting to shorten. My daughter and I loved the atmosphere, as it was limited talking amongst the employees, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the service . Thank you Kim!!
My Goddaughter was visiting from Ohio and wanted a pedicure. This nail spa is a short drive from my house. I called to make an appointment and was told walk-ins only. So, I made sure to arrive by 11am on a Friday. Upon entering, she was immediately seated and served. Overall, she was pleased with the gel pedicure. It can be challenging to please a teenager...lol. So, if she was happy with the service, so was I! The staff were polite. The nail spa is located downtown Hapeville. Complimentary parking is available on the street in front of the spa.

The manicurist took her time matching the swatches to my nails and found a color very close. Then I requested a matching color for my toes but in gel polish (my nails were SNS). Again she took her time and found a complementary color. A young man performed the pedicure while the lady did my manicure. Both took their time and checked in with me along the way to ensure I was pleased with the color, shape and length of my nails. As other Yelpers have stated they appear very sanitary and line the bowls with fresh plastic for each client. If in the area I would definitely come here again. Very pleased with the quality of work and service.
This might be my new go to neighborhood spot to get my nails done!! I had a really good experience. The salon is cute, the staff is really sweet and chill, and the prices are super reasonable compared to a lot of other nail salons in Atlanta. I got one of their spa pedicures, only $35, but I got gel polish so it was an additional $15 which I'm cool with. But to think that I can come here and have a great pedicure experience for only $30-$35 is really awesome. I love the way my pedicure turned out. I'll definitely be back. And I'll probably get dip on my finger nails next time. Only $37 They even started me off on a punch card
i've had good experiences at this salon before. The atmosphere is nice and the salon is clean. unfortunately, I experienced what seemed to me a bit of a micro aggression on my last visit. The tech was unpleasant and ended up putting a color on my hand other than what i requested, without a word to me (clear vs clear pink). I didn't notice till i got home and didn't have time to go back. How do u get to the point where you decide to ignore what ur client requests without any consultation? I'm also certain if she was serving an individual of a different demographic she would have made some attempt at customer service.
Love my nails and pedicure. Q was my nail artist and for the first time I actually felt one hundred satisfied with my nail style and color choice. The place is swanky, modern and spacious. Price is comparable to the market currently. I will be returning as long as Q is available I'll be returning.
A regular pedicure is $30. They are rude. They did a terrible job and rushed through it. I asked the lady to apply white under the yellow polish I chose. She said it was unnecessary then proceeded to apply 5 coats! FIVE!
The first time I came here I enjoyed the overall atmosphere as well as the tech, Stacy. She only works sometimes, so my last visit I got someone else. Still great vibes and she was very nice, but there were some inconsistencies. She didn't clean or clip the sides of my toes very well so I had to ask her...and then only did one so I had to ask her for the other foot. She rushed through my manicure, not pushing down my cuticles on both hands and not clipping my cuticles thoroughly as I had to pick off skin afterwards. Neither my pedi or mani was cleaned up after the paint job. They weren't too busy, but maybe there were other appointments who hadn't arrived, but when it comes to my pedi/mani's I wholeheartedly expect a thorough job. I will say this visit, my foot scrubbing was way better. I'm giving 4 stars because everyone here is very nice, the prices are good, and it's a relaxing environment. The jobs aren't terrible, but next time I hope it's a better experience.
Not very friendly. And I got SNS powder and it was average. The nail technician left residue all on my skin. And here final word we're "Allow two minutes to dry." Before she picked up her things and went to give another customer a pedicure.I felt very rushed and the staff wasn't very warm. This will be my first and last visit unfortunately.
Stopped in again for some nail maintenance. During COVID-19 update shop hours are 10-5 Wednesday through Saturday. They open 12-5 on Sunday, and are closed on Monday and Tuesday. I had a much better experience this time around with SNS application. Pedicure left something to be desired, again. However the staff has changed and maybe I'm just used to the other tech I had. Anyway, love me nails and will return in 2 weeks, God willing and the creek don't rise. read more
I stopped here in passing and what a good choice it was. The staff was so nice and the customers were diverse. It was really clean, very spacious, and kind of calming. I stopped in to get my nails done, I did Gel polish, and they pushed me into a pink and I ended up loving it(lol). Last minute I asked could they change the polish on my toes and she was like sure. Me not knowing there closing time, she agreed to do my toes, eventhough they where closed. I thought that was so nice. I messed my big toe up and she was so nice to fix it, even we I said no worries. I thought that was such great customer service and they never made me feel rushed. I left out pleased with my nails and feet. I promise I have tried to like this place. After my awful experience last year, I decided that I was going to give them a chance because I was in a pinch and I needed a pedicure. When I entered, they addressed me, asked me what I was looking for and told me to go sit at seat number six, which I did. I brought the color over when the lady asked me what I wanted. I told her I was on my lunch break and just wanted an essential pedicure the $32 pedicure. She asked me if I wanted gel. I told her no that I felt like it was expensive and the last time I got gel there it peeled off so I did not want to get it. From the point, I said that I didn't want the gel nail polish, She had a visible attitude. So she continued the pedicure, and I didn't like the way I was being treated after the fact because I felt like she was mad at me. To make matters worse, I had chosen a color that was an off-white shade. She looked at me and said I hope you know this isn't white. I know what I asked for and what I chose so I really didn't appreciate being spoken to that way. When I got to the Front expecting to pay $32 for my pedicure, I was quoted $37 when I asked them to explain the additional five dollars they stated it's because they took off my nail polish. I have never in my life as a 40-year-old woman paid for a pedicure and had to pay for the toenail polish. I was wearing previously to be removed as it is part of the service. I hate this place. They're rude and they will do anything to get an extra dollar. They're extremely entitled. There are nicer places to go. Try east point or camp creek tbh. Bliss is waste of your time. read more

I wrote a positive review about a year ago. And now I am so disappointed. The nail salon has become just like all of the others. And worse than anything they have become very unfriendly. I go in there once a week, every week and they don't even remember my name. They treat me as if I were someone walking in just off the street. It's so disappointing. They already have a neon sign in the window. So unnecessary. Neon signs .... really? They started out as a classic and chic establishment only to embarrass themselves later with an uncleanly and unfriendly environment. There is a middle aged girl that is there every time that I walk in and she acts like she has never seen me before although I have been in this nail salon probably about 30 times. And I have also brought my friends. When we walk in they treat us like we have never been there before. They treat us as if we are a disturbance. As if we are not welcome. As if they have better things to do. They sit in the massage chairs and watch their TV and then when we walk in they act like they are so put out that they have to give us a manicure. They are not friendly, and they are not kind. And on one day they even refused service saying that they were understaffed for manicures, Even though it was 2 o'clock in the afternoon. So disappointing, as I had hoped that this would have become one of the better nail salons. As it has turned out, they are just like all the rest. Dirty and unfriendly. I was really hoping for better things for Hapeville, but they have turned out just like all the rest. I will not be returning to the salon. After only a year they have managed to become just like all the others. Dusty and dirty. And very unfriendly. read more

Location is convenient to airport thought street parking is limited. Despite asking the technican twice to make sure the color goes all the way to the cuticle and sides (every single finger had gaps that needed fixing), she still missed a few spots. Also, she try to clean the stains on the side of the nails. Overall disappointed with the visit. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Update: It's a no for me dawg. So I've been here 4 or 5 times since my initial visit and review. Each time the service gets progressively worse! Today I walked in and was greeted. The man at the counter asks me what I want done and I tell him that I need a gel pedicure. He then asks me if I wants my nails done too, I reply no and he insists that I look like I need my nails done. Rude AF.. it's 2019 and it should already be understood that nail salons should keep their pushy means of upselling to themselves.. it's tacky. I was seated for my pedicure and I advised that I wanted to add parrafin wax. I zoned out during my session because I had a long day.. when I came back to attention the pedicure was done and I had not gotten the parrafin that I requested. At that point I could have said something but I was tired and just went home .. upon arriving to my house I took a closer look at my feet and none of the dead skin had been removed and my heels looked like they had never seen a pumice stone. Dirty! does not disinfectant their equipment. While it's hard to see from the photo. The plexiglass screen is filthy. The mirror in the back above the sink is also in need of some TLC. I rarely get manicures, but a month later I had a Wart right where she got too deep with the cuticle cutter. This place was beautiful when it open. It was clean Not so much anymore read more

My first experience today and my SNS technician wasn't the best. He seemed like I was bothersome and as someone who gets SNS at other shops ALOT, this was not the greatest application or shape. Stuff left underneath, cuticles over trimmed, just meh (photos below) I just moved to this side of town and IF I give them another shot it will be based solely off my pedicure and the more pleasant service I saw others receiving. Tried to treat myself for my birthday but $42 for sns and $42 for bliss pedicure - with tip it was $100 - not worth it read more

Great experience!!! I found a new nail salon! FINALLY!!!! Lenny did my babes and he did a wonderful job! I will definitely be back!! If you are in need of a fill or new set check them out! I will be back for a pedicure soon!!! The service was excellent! I was greeted upon my arrival and seated. There was a short wait, but they informed of the wait and they kept me informed. Lenny was very pleasant and also friendly! He paid close attention to detail and didn't rush either! He did a great job! He is my new nail tech!!! Go to this salon and you won't be disappointed!! I found this place on yelp next to the airport. Overall they did a good job. The nail tech, Lily, that did my gel pedicure was great! She tried to hold a conversation and was nice throughout the whole process. Plus, she also did a good job on my toes. However the lady who did my SNS was on her phone the whole time. Which is fine if you don't want to be bother or talk I'm cool with that also as long as you do a good job. However, I was upset to notice that underneath my nails were unclean and still had nail product residue. I tipped them both 20% and I wish I noticed this before I left. The top of my nails looks fine but it's the little things as making sure you're efficient and cleaning off the nail product off your customers skin before you're done. If I'm around the area I might give this place another try and I'll just have to make sure to look around my nails before I leave the shop. read more

So I stumbled by this nail salon on my way to yoga class. It's definitely a trendy nail salon with modern decor for those of us who love a good ambiance. I decided to get a basic pedicure. For sanitization purposes I noticed that all of the Foot Soak stations were properly covered and the area was rather clean. Now, a few things that I noticed and wasn't happy with. The area where you place your feet seemed to be dusty . When I shared that info with one of the receptionist she grabbed a towel from another station and wiped it away. For me, this was not acceptable as she should have sanitized this area. The pedicure service was mediocre. I was not pleased with the way the tech filed my toes. It was simply not efficient enough and polish was left on the skin of my toes in which is a big No, No for me. The polish was also streaky. Hygiene: One of the nail techs sitting across from the pedicure station and coughs directly in the air twice. Not once did she cover her mouth or look up Frim her phone. Absolutely disgusted by this. Cute spot But I won't return. read more
