Great service from Tina and staff! I had been looking for a local place to get nails done as I begrudgingly would have to go to Atlanta based on referrals received or previous service locations. I asked a patron exiting for feedback and she said she was pleased and emphatically recommended that Johnny provide my pedicure service. After entering establishment I was greeted by Tina and she shared service options and that Johnny was booked until close. I felt no pressure or impatience as I perused the offerings and nail polish options. Decided to stay and was placed at a station w/in 10 minutes. I opted for the Mud Mask pedicure with a regular manicure. The properties listed for this pedicure included much needed moisture and figured exfoliation too. My attendant was quiet as she diligently worked on my feet. A few others were more engaging including a woman with a stylish cut and beautiful tattoo. I think Johnny was a few stations down. Loved the spaced out & updated decor. The pictures on the wall included African Ladies and a pair of flamenco dancer pictures were on both the left & right walls upon entry. Really appreciated the art depicting customers who patronize. The manicure stations had glass partitions and customers were spaced apart to allow for social distancing. I was pleased with service - nails and good customer interactions. Tina insisted I sit under drying lamps and made sure my nails were dry before leaving. My nails lasted through the holiday weekend and still look good. Will return for other spa treatment options and possibly get in Johnny's chair ;-) read more

I've been to this nail salon once before and have had great experiences. I walked in and it wasn't busy which was great. I was immediately checked in And seated so no wait time. I was offered complimentary water as soon as I sat down which was nice. I was looking for a fall set. I asked for short almond and that's what I got. The gentlemen who worked on my nails were very attentive every step of the way. The only thing I would suggest is to use regular tips instead of curved tips because the curved tips don't look the best on my short nail set. It's still a cute look but would've preferred a regular nail tip. read more

I went to Katy and she's amazing, she takes her time and is very friendly. I got a fill from my last set and she made sure to file my nails evenly and my French tip was also very neat!! I highly recommend going to her you won't be disappointed. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she definitely gave me the same thing. read more

Ill make this short i spent $155 for for my daughter and i we did not get gel on our toes the tech chipped my toes messed up my eye brows and our nals looked super cheap we have gel nails and the paint is still chipping the tech also snatched my charger out of the wall and broke it. I'm still pissed and it's been 5 days one of my nails is pulling up and I'm trying to stop my toe nail from completely breaking off SMH and most of all I did not want my nails to look this way. read more

The female owner has the worst attitude. I go to this salon for the male owner, he's great, friendly & does a good job. But he was out of town & I went to another tech that did a terrible paint job & I had 2 broken/cracked nails with 4 days. So I called & spoke to the owner who said come in. I came in showed her what happened. Instead of apologizing she blamed me & insisted I needed a new set. She charged me for repairing the nails & a polish change. 2 days later I'm back with a cracked nail & polish missing. Just the most unpleasant experience Do Not Recommend !!!! read more

I've been coming to this salon since I was 11 years old. That's was 13 years ago. I absolutely love the work. My nails and feet always feel clean and refreshed when I leave. The staff is great and remember their loyal customers well... Even if you one day show up without your boyfriend or that haven't seen you in a while LOL. Yesterday I came in because I needed a manicure and a gel set fill in. I had recently has the gel full set put on at a different salon out of convenience - but I won't be making that mistake again! Anyway, I came in at 6:05pm and was out of there by 7:10. I had to have the gel polish removed from my extensions, manicure for the sake of my cuticles, gel fill in, and he'll polish on top. I had to be at dinner at 7:30 so I was really grateful that the team was able get me in. I am very pleased with the work! Like I said, I've been coming here for 13 years. Even when I moved out of the state for 6 years, whenever I was home to visit, P&V was always a stop! read more

I have never had anyone butcher my feet the way it happened when I visited this establishment. While filing my toes, she took a chunk of skin off underneath my big toe and didn't even address it. I was trying to stop the whole thing but was pressured to stay because she already started..... Establishment is filthy ants were on massage chairs....I have been cleaning the wound nonstop to prevent infections......worst experience at a nail salon ever please dont go here.... read more

I DO NOT recommend AT ALL! The woman who did my pedicure cut my toe and then on top of that I specifically asked her to make my toe nails square as they were when I entered the nail salon. Best nail shop in the area. They do your hands and feet at the same time so less time you spend there. They are great with nail shapes and have a bunch of colors. They use the plastic for the pedi bath and they are cheaper than what I'm used to. Nobody does my nails as good read more

This is a no. It's 2019 not 1999, we do not spend our money where you do not even take the time to properly greet the customer. Also, l do not know any nail salon that still charges by the length. The receptionist was the rudest. Those of us who frequent nail salons know that there are two types, those who provide a good customer experience and those who do not. The receptionist actually told us to return to the place where we usually go when we had questions about pricing and services. I usually walk out of places like this instead of leaving a review however my daughter saved her money to pay for her own nails and l allowed her to decide weather we stayed or left. The receptionist lady was bumping into me trying to get situated and ended up doing my daughters nails continuing to ONLY speak in native tongue while on the phone completing a personal conversation. The pedi tech kept trying to up sale us and we usually add on designs and spa additions but decided not to waste another dollar where we were not appreciated as customers. There are other nail salons in the area, save yourself the trip and choose an alternate, unless customer service isn't a must for you. read more
