I went in today, Tuesday morning around 10:45a (they open @10) & had to wait about 1/2 an hr - no big deal. The woman who did my nails was Asian with bleached blonde hair (I didn't get her name.) I had a photo of a design I wanted which was done freehand but the tech was honest and couldn't draw what I wanted but we subbed for stickers instead. She was quick but did a pretty clean job and was very sweet. My pedicure was done by a different older woman who did OK, nothing to rave about. Halfway through, another younger girl came and sat and took over without anyone saying anything lol, uhh. She was also OK with the gel polish but it's not clean, clean ya know. The older guy with the long hair very rude and disrespectful. My sister went there yesterday asking for someone specific to do her nail so because she did that he say they are close. So my sister said ok and say she will come back tomorrow which she did as she walk in he never gretted her and ask what she needed done because he was mad she didn't do her nail lastnight . Now today he is saying the person i wanted is booked all day, so I told my sister to ask for the young girl to do it cause i know she does it good too the old guy tell my sister go ask the girl if she can can do her nails my sister just sit done cause they does send you to the person. Let's get straight to it... greeted soon as I walked in. I needed a soak off(long story ‍) and a pedicure, I was seated at a spa chair for pedicure immediately on a Saturday. Here they kept it simple no pedicure list with tones of choices, a straight 25.00 and I received some a sea salt or sugar scrub. It was a good and simple pedicure, I'll say a better job could have been done on my polishing but doable. I'm thinking one of the owners (maybe) started on my nails and another young lady completed my service. It's always dope to see Asian dominant salons allow other races to work. The young lady who took care of my nails was white... I hate I can't remember anyone's name! She was very talented and knowledgeable of nails and she made my nails look like something, with all they had going on. If I didn't have a regular nail tech all ready, I sure would come back and give her a try. I had the worst nail experience I've ever had here. I came in for a simple gel manicure and left with paper-thin nails that bend when I scratch. The French manicure I received looked uneven and sloppy--like I had done it myself with my non-dominant hand. When I returned to request a refund, I was told the owner wasn't in and wouldn't be available until next week. The staff refused to help me and instead tried to tell me that thin nails are "just what happens." I asked if they could redo my nails using builder gel or SNS to strengthen them, but they don't even offer those services. Poor workmanship, no accountability, and zero customer service. LA Nail did a great job with my 8 year old niece as well as my nails! We came in to get mani's and pedi's and they did not disappoint, my 8 year old niece dropped and broke the first color she picked out, they didn't make a big deal out of it, told her it was ok and didn't charge me for it-praise 'em. They also got us in and out quickly. I think this might be my new go to spot....... Also, the price is right! **WARNING***LA Nail shop... Very bad nail shop. I went today asking for correction of a $33 manicure I got the day before yesterday when not enough product was used for my fill-in nail job. The manager did not see anything wrong until I pointed to the gap circle on the nail bed. He said sometimes it happens and refused to address it. I have been going to this nail shop for over three years. This nail shop cannot be trusted to provide customer service for correcting a ONE-day manicure. Love love love this nail salon!! Thao is my nail tech and she NEVER fails... EVER! The other nail techs are also amazingly talented! I came across Thao's work about a year ago on Instagram and I've been loyal ever since. I love my nails to be very artistic and fun and Thao ALWAYS delivers! Even if I don't have a picture to show her, she's still able to design my nails just the way I like it!! And on top of all that... she's super affordable! We have good talks when I'm there also! Overall, I love getting my nails done here and Thao makes sure I'm taken care of. I rarely have problems setting appointments and I don't have to worry about a extra long visit. I had a great experience in the chair. Although it's pretty packed on Saturdays it was well worth the wait. They were fully staffed and able to accommodate me with the design that I wanted. I gave them a four because they are understaffed on week days, I walked in to one person on hands and one person doing feet with three people in front of me and was advised a lengthy wait time. Some people do enjoy the luxury of dodging the weekend crowd to eliminate the long wait. read more

I will NEVER EVER come here again--my first and last time. I Came in At about 4:30pm on a Wednesday for a pedicure. At first an older lady started my pedicure. She cut my big toe crooked and as i was trying to tell her to straighten it out she proceeds to get up and a young girl comes and sits down to finish my nails. I would have thought she was competing in a competition for who could complete a pedicure quicker with bow fast she did my nails. She rushed everything and then filed my toes down so hard/much she caused me to bleed. What was the rush???? There was nobody waiting!!!! I'm very unhappy with my experience here. I came in to get a pedicure and SnS on my nail. This is what I told them when I first came in the door. She ask me what color, I told her that I wanted to make sure the color matched my toes and the color chart on the back said SNS. When she was finish that she told me they don't do SNS. I'm so disappointed now I have to go to another nail salon and get my nails done an hopefully find a similar color. I don't recommend and I will never be back. read more

I went in today, and as a male, I was actually surprised on how well they did with my manicure and pedicure. Both were 45$. This young lady did my manicure and pedicure, I didn't have to wait long to get them and the whole process 25-30 minutes in all. I went in to get a fill and pedicure...was serviced by Bao and he was great...attempted to get lashes but was told that I needed to call and make an appointment because she was busy at the moment which is fine...called next day and no answer...called all day and received no answer until 7:50 right before close. I saw the reviews here and was excited to check this place out. I only wanted a color change for hands and feet at the time. There was this young girl who ended up painting my hands and feet with the assistance and guidance of someone else. I figured, "maybe she's in training" so I gave her the benefit of the doubt until the guy before me came back in saying his polish was coming off (mind you it was clear) and that he just wanted someone else to fix it. One of his nails wasn't even painted. Yes, I asked to look. The girl lacked expertise and I had to request a file down and buff before she painted my nails. The hands have not lasted a week. That gel polish came right off which was a slap in my face cuz I've never had gel polish come off unless they drill it or soak it. By the end of the week I had 5 fingers with gel polish still attached. Due to the COVID hours, I couldn't return the next day to get them fixed since they were closed. This place is up the street from me so I'll try and give them another shot before I cast them out completely. My normal nail salon is Bliss Nail Spa in Hapeville and boy am I missing them! read more

The polish came out super streaky and looks dirty the very next day. It was such a waste of money. Going back Thursday to get my eyebrows and lashes. From what I can tell prices are more reasonable than most shops, but expensive to me ( I'm from Los Angeles mani-pedi is $18, new set starts $15.). Called this establishment on 10/13/17 when they first opened to make an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. The lady who answered the phone said they weren't taking appointments just walk in. I said fine I'll be there when I get off work. I got there at 5:30 and was barely greeted when I walked in. Told the man in the front I wanted a gel fill in and a pedicure. Sat and waited for 30 minutes and a girl comes over and asks what I'm waiting for meaning he probably never told that someone was waiting for a service. I finally get usher back a good 10 min later by a lady who clearly didn't speak a lick of English. Fine. It's the nail shop, that's not uncommon. But not hello, how are you. No simple words at all. Fast forward through the shitty rushed pedicure that wasn't relaxing at all. She was standing up doing my pedicure!!! Like the 'massage' part was just so rushed and she used a wet towel to wipe the oil off. I was so irritated but still needed to get my nails done. By this point the shop is full so I ask how long for my nails. Guy in the front says 30 min. Clearly these people were able to make appointments and some point. NOPE NOPE NOPE. I paid for the awful pedicure and left. I only came here because i live in the area but I usually drive way to Ellenwood (Henry county) to get my nails done and they are a bit pricey so I was trying to save money and on google this place has GREAT reviews and the pics of the nails ie. the shaping and color are perfect.
