I asked a patron exiting for feedback and she said she was pleased and emphatically recommended that Johnny provide my pedicure service. After entering establishment I was greeted by Tina and she shared service options and that Johnny was booked until close. I felt no pressure or impatience as I perused the offerings and nail polish options. Decided to stay and was placed at a station w/in 10 minutes. I opted for the Mud Mask pedicure with a regular manicure. The properties listed for this pedicure included much needed moisture and figured exfoliation too. My attendant was quiet as she diligently worked on my feet. A few others were more engaging including a woman with a stylish cut and beautiful tattoo. I think Johnny was a few stations down. Loved the spaced out & updated decor. The pictures on the wall included African Ladies and a pair of flamenco dancer pictures were on both the left & right walls upon entry. Really appreciated the art depicting customers who patronize. The manicure stations had glass partitions and customers were spaced apart to allow for social distancing. I was pleased with service - nails and good customer interactions. Tina insisted I sit under drying lamps and made sure my nails were dry before leaving. My nails lasted through the holiday weekend and still look good. Will return for other spa treatment options and possibly get in Johnny's chair ;-)

I was offered complimentary water as soon as I sat down which was nice. I was looking for a fall set. I asked for short almond and that's what I got. The gentlemen who worked on my nails were very attentive every step of the way. The only thing I would suggest is to use regular tips instead of curved tips because the curved tips don't look the best on my short nail set. It's still a cute look but would've preferred a regular nail tip.

This nail shop is posted in a black community and providing mediocre services. I guess they think…read moremost of us don't know any better anyway. Be warned, nothing is clean. The scrub brush they use is being used on everybody they service and the have very little disinfection protocols. Let's start with the fact that no two ppl do pedicures the same, as a licensed professional the steps for a pedicure should be the same no matter who does it! They are not pushing cuticles back. They are not properly cutting cuticles. They are not properly cleaning your nails they barely even remove the nail polish. Also, every time they drill your natural nail, they are tearing your natural nails up stop letting them do that. Avoid at all cost.

I came on Monday and had the same amazing service as I have always had with them. They have completely revamped the space and made it beautiful! I have been seeing the same family that owns this shop for over 2 years and they do incredible work that LASTS! I never have any broken nails, they never chip, my only issue is with the wait. They are sooo popular for their amazing work, I'm rarely able to get in and out without waiting a while, but their work speaks for itself.

I was greeted with a very energetic young lady with She was giving good energy and goodbye so I was like oh OK cool but then my nail tech the one that on my I think her name was Morgan just no energy spent 10 minutes on the phone talking to her mom while working on my feet and that's fine. Hey are important but overall, I was not happy with the service that I got to the point that I just had her stop and I ended up going to another nail salon and getting a pedicure because for $35 well let me start with the fact that no one gave me a pedicure menu so when you asked me if I spa pedicure, I just said yes just thinking it was the basic, but even the with certain not here because not only did she not remove all the polish from and I noticed that after I left my cuticles, and when I asked cause she ran this stone across my feet without putting any of the callus remover on so it felt like someone just a dry rock on my feet and it kind of burned I asked do callus remover that was extra. I'm like really the basics or extra so I was not happy and I had them stop and I went to another nail salon and for the same $35 that I paid them not only did I get the callus remover, which is simply just that solution that they put on your feet before they take that dry stone and go over the bottom of your feet but not I get that but it also came with a hot towel and a foot massage the same $35 and mind you I got to this establishment here the at 9:30. I did not after 11 which is entirely too long for my feet to be went to another salon. I was done and my feet were done right so I won't say that it's always but it's definitely always us.
