The lady who did my pedi was very nice but they are short staffed and will have you sitting and waiting without recognition. She didn't ask what kind of pedi I wanted (wanted deluxe, ended with basic bc she was in such a rush). No massage. I'm sure it's stressful to be rushing because you're the only one doing 4 peoples pedis but I'll go elsewhere next time For better service read more

My manicure was beautiful. It was silver on every and purple glitter on the other nails. I asked for a design to be added to the silver tips and it was beautiful. I did not get her name but she did an awesome job. My manicure lasted almost 4 weeks. The cost was 80 dollars. I had to go somewhere else for my Xmas mani as they were closed. Huge mistake. They do good nails and pedicures. You have to find another place for razor or waxed brows. The razor makes them look extra sharp. Not there though. They don't give you one. Very rude. I walked in at 7pm and wasn't greeted. They appeared annoyed. They told me to pick a color and said nothing else for 15min. I asked them how much longer, and they didn't even look up. They seemed exhausted. Poor/limited choice of colors. And very contentious content on their TV. read more

I'm never coming back here again...They were so rude! The staff needs to learn how to talk right to their customers. Normally nail shops are busy on Saturdays now I know why this nail shop wasn't. My first and last time coming here! When I entered their shop they did not say welcome, she just asked me what kind of service I want and to pick my color. I gotten a pedicure from a rude nail tech. I informed her that the water was too hot and she was rough. No apology or thanked me for going there. I should of gotten her name. read more

To all of the people who sent bad reviews, just know that this salon is operated by just only two/a small amount of people. So do you know what that means? It means that the people who are working their asses off there, with NO breaks are going to be obviously exhausted when you walk in at 7pm. On top of that, they have to hurry up on customers to work on new customers. This means that they won't have enough time to small talk and welcome you every time you walk in. As from my experience there, they are always multitasking everything, just to try to please/satisfy everyone. They are also HUMAN and have FAMILY to take care of. Would you be annoyed when a customer walks in when you are about to close your shop on just one to no meal(s) each day, working continuously just to provide for your family? Of course you would. Not to mention, they are also leaving their children in order to provide for them. So just be patient when you walk in and see them working on another customer. You don't need to make a fuss over having to wait a little. Oh, why don't they hire more nail technicians? Simple answer, people do not want to work/have many concerns. The drive to the nail shop is also VERY VERY long. From my house to the nail shop is at least 20-30 minutes. Also to that person with an "infection" with their ingrown toe nail, you are clearly lying or that the nail tech that told you about the infection is. Infection symptoms can happen in less than a week, which causes where the infection is to swell up or cause you pain. If you had an infection for over a week and felt completely fine, then that is not an infection that can be caused at nail salons. They also washed their tools and provided me with brand new tools that were unpackaged right in front of my face every time I went there. And I have been going there for about 1-2 years now. (Before COVID-19.) If you don't like it, then I suggest going somewhere else, instead of sharing stupid rants about the simplest things. I'm satisfied with the service. Some things could be improved on. I went in with my girlfriend. We both wanted full spa pedicures, i needed a fill-in, and she wanted a full set. I had to sit in the spa chair with no water...until her entire pedicure was finished. That was not okay but I let it go because there was an interesting show on the television. My nails were perfection...however Laura didn't cut them down as low as I asked and she didn't apply enough of the clear on my left middle finger so it was fading 3 days later. Regardless, this is the best place that I've found near my home. Will be going again. :D read more

I was here yesterday for the first time. I've worried why the salon was empty. The nail techs were nice and took their time on my pedi/mani. My cuticles were not cut evenly and the gel nail polish isn't even. There are a lot of imperfections when looked at closely. Instead of waiting until my nails were finished and ready to polish. She placed the gel nail dryer on my lap while she polished my nails. It seem odd. The male tech worked on my feet nicely until the woman tech painted my toes. I was left sitting under the feet dryer, until another tech told me I should be ready. All around was ok, will not be returning. I need a better experience than this. read more

Soo I got a pedi about 2 weeks ago and I'm gettig a pedi done at a different salon and the nail tech says my foot is infected. I thought I had an ingrown but no, its infected. If you get a pedicure, have them be mindful about how they are cutting and make sure they clean their tools. read more

Excellent customer service. We happened to walk in at 7:30pm and Kim was more then happy to take us. She even called someone to come in at that time to do my sister in laws nails. I felt bad that they had to stay open an hour after closing but they seemed to be just fine with it ! Kim does an excellent job as she pays attention to details. For $28.00 for mani/pedi it's great. Wish I lived in the area... I would surely come back. Ask for Kim ! :) read more

The atmosphere, service and technicians were excellent. The personal attention is awesome. The salon is clean and I watched them to make sure they sanitized all their tools/equipment. Tracy is the BEST. My husband and I use only her and have to go in separately or wait on her to make sure she gives us her personal attention. It is definitely worth the wait.
