I was able to get the service started upon entry as they weren't very busy at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. The lady that did my pedicure (Vicky) was very gentle while exfoliating my feet. I don't have hard callouses or rough feet and I appreciate when they are gentle with their tools. I was offered wine and water. I chose the water because I'd had a Long Island Ice Tea at the restaurant so I didn't need more alcohol. I was very impressed when I checked out and saw their liquor license posted. I LOVE MY NAILS. My artist was so patient with me even though I'm a mover and talker lol. He did suchhhhh an amazing job helping me pick the color and style I wanted. I paid $65 for mine (plus a tip obviously) which was well worth it. They look so natural. Praying they last long but I will be back for sure to see Gee again! The vibe was nice. Went to this neighborhood nail spa in McDonough (free parking) to pamper myself. The ambiance is really nice and the decor is colorful! They take appointments; however, if you go there for a service Fri, Sat and Sun it is walk in only. I went Friday as a walk in, my wait time wasn't too bad. I received a mani/pedi by a young man named Bin, he did an Awesome job and took his time!!!!! The spa chairs give you a really great back massage and of course, you control the intensity, it was great! They also serve water, soda and wine. Let me start off by saying I've been to this place a few times and it was great. The most recent time that I went it was the worst experience of my life. I will never and I mean NEVER go back. I always get my nails a little longer. The guy asked me how I wanted them cut, I told him medium length but not super long. He then proceeds to cut my nails very short, I expressed my disappointment in the length and they did nothing to fix this. As they can see my face and my frustrations, they begin to talk about me and laugh at me in their language. Beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. After all of this the guy that is doing my nails gets up and goes works on someone else's nails and doesn't come back. So the other guy who replaced the original guy asked if everything was okay, and I said "no this isn't the length nor the shape I get, and he proceeds to try to fix the shape and then he starts talking about me with the girl next to me and starts laughing and talking about me again. At this point I become very uncomfortable and am ready to leave, so the original nails I wanted were nothing of which I asked for. Also, when the first guy was doing my nails half of my nails were oval shaped and the other were pointed.... Let me also add I ALWAYS tip 20% because I enjoy getting my nails done and it's usually a nice process, which I like to tip for peoples services. This time I left paying $60 with no tip and will make sure to let everyone know how I was treated. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE and I will not pay my hard earned money to be treated the way I was.
