I've been going here for every few months for years, not that anyone ever remembers me and I stuck with them because they do a pretty good job and finish quickly but I just can't justify patronizing a place that legit makes up any price they want each time I come. I went in for a regular mani and pedi combo - priced online and in menu at $30. Was charged $40. Last time I got a regular pedi and regular sns mani and it was $70 even though it should have been $50. When I asked about the discrepancy it was something about adjusting prices to accommodate supply costs but at a *surprise* 40% price increase at check out seems more like you want me to pay for all the business you lost due to the pandemic. This was the worst mani/pedi experience I have ever had. A friend and I went to get a basic pedicure and mani just for clean up. When we sat down for the pedi they asked which one we wanted and we chose then first option "regular" for $20. In response, the nail techs began laughing at our selection. They cut our toenails too short and then did a terrible/ VERY SLOPPY job painting them. When it came to the manicure, my nails were still rough from not being filed and buffed properly and they never even cleaned the underside of my nails. I asked for just a clear coat rather than color. There is polish all around my skin from the messy job she did on the pedi and the clear coat is chipping and peeling off just 5 min after leaving the nail salon. See photos provided. Went here for the first time recently because I was in the area. I liked that they had reviews on Yelp and there are some photos of an almost 3D flower design in the photos. I showed up and showed my lady a snapshot of the photo on Yelp, she told me that they couldn't do the 2D flower which was a bummer for me and confusing cause it's in the Yelp profile. The place was clean and pretty calm and quiet. The staff is a little older which may be why it's so relaxed and quiet. They were able to handle the flow of clients seamlessly and my 2 nieces and I got in and out in a little under an hour. Pretty impressive.ill be back. I was pleased with the design I got. read more

This is my usual nail place i've been going here since I was five years old with my mom are usually have a OK experience with Diane she is my main nail lady but she's always so busy I can never get to her but today I went in and she asked me if I wanted to cut down and I said no she then proceeded to file my nails crooked and when she painted my nails there were a bunch of bumps and air bubbles in them I then asked her to redo them and she became very angry and started jerking my hands and said I'll just add one more coat I said no I want them re-done she ended up filing my nails way too short some of them crooked some of them are longer than the other and I'm really disappointed I said something to her not for but five times about how I did not like my nails and then she proceeded to talk to the nail lady about me and how I was being annoyingI come there to pay my hard earned money to get my nails done the way I like she was rushing me the whole entire time and didn't seem to care when I was trying to tell her the way I would like my nails after going here for almost 17 years now I think this will be my last time going after my experience today I also will be calling the manager but nothing ever gets done so I think I'm going to proceed and go to a higher ground they also never sterilize their equipment and less you ask and then they get mad when you do ask read more

They have a sign that says prices have increased due to having to pay to sanitize their salon. I can understand this, but it is so unprofessional to not have the new/updated prices posted. The tech (she's new) did a horrible job. I am not into acrylic or SNS. I always bring my own polish and she knew she did a horrible job and said that the polish was thin. The OPI polish was not thin and I ended up coming home and repainting my toes. I initially wanted my nails and toes painted but I didn't waste my time getting my nails done after the horrible job she had done on my toes. Oh, and be prepared to pay 10.00 for a polish change now. I asked why so much and they said the cut down is 5.00. WOW!!! This was confirmation that I will be at home painting my own toes and nails. read more

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I am so disappointed in my nails and also confused. Does SNS not include a manicure? I have been left with dead skin and hang nails around my nails. I tried to ask questions but they were too busy rushing to hear me out. So unless you want to sit in their parking lot afterwards and cry like I am right now, just go somewhere else. read more

Absolutely worst nail salon experience I have ever had! If you and your friend both leave agreeing you could have done a better manicure/pedicure at home (with less patience and less tools) then you know you have a problem. A friend and myself thought we would go and get a simple mani pedi today before lunch. And to be honest, we wish we hadn't because now we are $30 poorer and are going to have to redo this once we get home anyway... so waste of time and money ‍ We should have known to get up and leave when they laughed when we chose the basic pedicure and then continued to ignore us. Then the woman who did my pedicure was incredible rough, did a sloppy job and skipped steps as if I didn't notice? she hurt my toes clipping them and clipped them entirely too short, was rough on the cuticles, didn't file them or buff, and spent very little time with the pumice block and i had to ask for a clear coat over my polish ... and you can bet if she skipped so much with the pedicure she did the same with my manicure. She notated she saw where I had nails prior, yet failed to buff them, let alone file barely at all. My nails are uneven, she did not clean under them, I had to ask her to go back and do so, and she hurt me when she did. My nails are rough, and look awful. The cut my cuticles and the skin around my nails look botched. Oh and did i mention i left with 2 orange finger nails!? Worst $30 I ever spent. Will NEVER go back there again. My friend and I came here yesterday and it was the worst nail experience of my entire life. My feet are so sore and my friend has an apparent infection from being cut by one of the tools. The women doing the pedicures were rude, and extremely rough with the tools they were using. Scrubbing insanely hard over the skin on our toes it was awful.
