Great service from Tina and staff! I had been looking for a local place to get nails done as I…read morebegrudgingly would have to go to Atlanta based on referrals received or previous service locations. I asked a patron exiting for feedback and she said she was pleased and emphatically recommended that Johnny provide my pedicure service. After entering establishment I was greeted by Tina and she shared service options and that Johnny was booked until close. I felt no pressure or impatience as I perused the offerings and nail polish options. Decided to stay and was placed at a station w/in 10 minutes. I opted for the Mud Mask pedicure with a regular manicure. The properties listed for this pedicure included much needed moisture and figured exfoliation too. My attendant was quiet as she diligently worked on my feet. A few others were more engaging including a woman with a stylish cut and beautiful tattoo. I think Johnny was a few stations down. Loved the spaced out & updated decor. The pictures on the wall included African Ladies and a pair of flamenco dancer pictures were on both the left & right walls upon entry. Really appreciated the art depicting customers who patronize. The manicure stations had glass partitions and customers were spaced apart to allow for social distancing. I was pleased with service - nails and good customer interactions. Tina insisted I sit under drying lamps and made sure my nails were dry before leaving. My nails lasted through the holiday weekend and still look good. Will return for other spa treatment options and possibly get in Johnny's chair ;-)

My stepmom wanted acrylic nails done but they told us the only person who knew how to do acrylic was out and nobody else could do it which honestly made no sense to me. The biggest issue was the pricing. I was charged $43.50 even though the price listed was $27. Most of the prices already included gel so I was never told there would be an extra $15 charge for gel toes until after the service was done. I feel like customers should be clearly informed about extra charges before anything starts. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because she did an amazing job on my toes and the foot massage was really good. Other than that I would not go back and I'll be sticking to my regular salon.

I was there for almost two hours for a basic white sns on my nails and a gel pedicure. I was annoyed when I saw someone else come in and they soaked her nails in a bowl like they should've done mine. My pedicure was really good though and the nail experience was alright. Not sure if I'll return though. $83 for this basic service is too much. These nail salons are getting out of hand, especially since they don't do anything extra.

I spoke to Lisa and told her I used to come, stopped, and I am back to give them another try. I told her my nails are so soft and brittle, I just want to get a regular manicure to get my nails strong again. I told her I didn't want too much of the electric drill on my nails or toes because they are so weak from overfiling. Tina said she understood and would take over my nails. Three appointments later, my nails are strong and look so much better. In addition to my nail I also got lashes done and I must say, its the best last i've gotten since living in GA. very natural and just want i wanted.

Everyone was polite and professional, I loved my nails. It was $15 extra for the cat eye polish (so $30 extra including toes). I don't Tennessee specific prices for my mani pedi. Total was $120 and I gave a $20 tip, so $140. I'm from California and this is the most I've ever paid for a mani pedi. My nails started chipping at day 5. I went back on about day 10 and got them fixed. They repolished only the chipped nails (5/10 fingers) and the rest started chipping the next day. My gel polish normally lasts 3weeks at least and never chips. I won't be returning to this place.

They always make me feel welcome, offer me something to drink, give me cute nail ideas, and make sure I leave happy every time. I just know that Lynn and her team have always provided me with excellent service (I'm a long time customer! I travel from Henry county to PTC to see her)! She listened to me rant about what I needed (which probably didn't make sense lol), but eventually she offered a service, and I said okay, I'll try it!!!! I've been using their SNS service since!! She has gone above and beyond for my family and me many times over. She's squeezed us in when we came back to Georgia for a weekend. When I was 9 months pregnant and miserable, she let my lie down on her massage table and crash while my mom got her nails done. The one time I remember not being satisfied with my nails (over tons and tons of visits), she made it right. She always asks about us, how we are doing, our family. She cares about her clients, and she does impeccable work. Skip the crowded, loud salon, and do yourself a favor by going to visit Lynn.
