I was greeted as soon as I entered. There were a fair share of clients in chairs and waiting to be seen, but I did not have to wait too long. I decided to get SNS again, because it lasts longer and I want to keep my nails colored until I grow out all the spots. I picked a color (G401) and the technician Tara started applying that color. However, that color looked nothing like the display. I showed Tara and she agreed. She said that sometimes the display colors are old and get darker. She did seem a little annoyed that she had to remove the first application from my left hand and start over, because I did not notice until she had dipped all five of my fingers. Nevertheless, she did remove it and I selected another color. This time the color (3047) was as displayed and I was much happier. Tara made some small talk, and took her time. I did not feel like she rushed. Overall, I am happy with the look, the experience and the cost. The only negative is that it was quite warm in the salon.

She asked everybody there. One woman was just watching something on her phone she looked irritated, fanned her off and said she had a client coming forget about the client that was standing in front of them. They just paid over $100 as long as I was standing in there talking trying to get someone to. Do a massage for 10 minutes. It's not like I was going to get it for free. I'm paying for a service that they offer just like I have paid over $100 for my toes and nails and was treated poorly because the young lady that did my nails ignored when I asked her a question and just continue to do what she wants to do they treated me as if they were doing something for me for free or doing me a favor when I am paying for their services.
