I pay well over $100 each time for my fill-in & pedicure From the moment I walked in the door I told the young lady I'm not in a rush. I want to relax that I just got off of work. I sit in the chair instead of her, letting me enjoy my massage getting my toes done. She started doing my nails. I said fine I asked for square square I still got square round I asked them could I pay for a massage at the end I wanted a massage ... I did not realize at the beginning of the service rendered that they even did the massages where you could pay for 10 minutes or more if you wanted I mean it was like I was begging her to pay her to do a massage for me and she still did not want to do it nor did anyone in their establishment? She asked everybody there. One woman was just watching something on her phone she looked irritated, fanned her off and said she had a client coming forget about the client that was standing in front of them. They just paid over $100 as long as I was standing in there talking trying to get someone to. Do a massage for 10 minutes. It's not like I was going to get it for free. I'm paying for a service that they offer just like I have paid over $100 for my toes and nails and was treated poorly because the young lady that did my nails ignored when I asked her a question and just continue to do what she wants to do they treated me as if they were doing something for me for free or doing me a favor when I am paying for their services. I couldn't believe it. They certainly don't have to worry about me. I will not be back. They were rude at the end of the service and I believe she was the owner just simply just didn't want to assist me... a customer with a service they offer continuously telling me just let us know next time ahead of time The crazy thing is there were plenty enough of help there that someone could've assisted me and they just chose not to. I will not give my money to people who insist upon mistreating me or act as if they're doing me a favor when I'm actually paying for a service rendered. I will take my money where it is appreciated

Last time I got a regular pedi and regular sns mani and it was $70 even though it should have been $50. When I asked about the discrepancy it was something about adjusting prices to accommodate supply costs but at a *surprise* 40% price increase at check out seems more like you want me to pay for all the business you lost due to the pandemic. While still sitting in my car, I checked Google once more for an alternative. I selected going to Amazing Nails because, although the spa that I was sitting in front of and the other spa that I considered both had higher ratings; upon reading the reviews of the three of them, the other two with higher ratings also had some negative comments. Amazing Nails Spa had none. Yesterday was my first time going to Amazing Nails. The spa was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the three staff that were there were friendly, happy, polite, respectful, and professional. I was a walk in client. I was greeted and seated immediately. I received one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. I was so relaxed and dozed off several times! LOThe services that I selected for both my mani and my pedicure were completed as requested. I will definitely return to this location.
