Honestly I always have a hard time finding places I like who don't rip off and hurt me while doing my nails and Rubi Nails literally was one of the best places I've gone in a while. First time doing SNS and I love them. I also got a pedicure from this male gentleman who was super funny and friendly. Together without tip cost me $53 and when I tell you I expected it to be more because service was so good. They took there time even when people started walking in and didn't rush me at all. Thank you Rubi Nails for a job well done! I WISH you guys were in Virginia Beach with me! I brought my mother to this nail salon on Christmas Eve right when they opened, and they already had a bunch of customers. We waited for a little while before we were seen for a mani/pedi/fill-in. This place is definitely worth the wait! Although you may get irritated for waiting too long, each employee takes their time to make sure you are happy with their visit. The price is also out of this world! It's VERY affordable, I only wish I could take their salon and employees with me to VA. =[ It doesn't matter which nail tech you get because each one does an awesome job, customer friendly, & speaks good english =] I didn't have to worry about "omg are they talking about my feet" at this location. Everyone was friendly and the salon was not over crowded with people (I did go during the weekdays after lunch). The pedi chairs are extremely comfortable! They took there time and did not rush through the mani or pedi. I got gel polish and my tech did an outstanding job. He didn't grind my nails like some salons have in the past. He took care not to damage my already brittle nails. The massage was outstanding for both feet and hands! I will be back. I didn't leave 5 stars because I am a neat freak and while the place overall was clean, I would have preferred to see the nail desks wiped down more carefully. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Normally if I start going to a nail salon, it seems like the more they get to know you as a regular, the less they care about your service. This is definitely not the case at Rubi. They take their time every single time I come in and the result is always fabulous! They're so nice and they really take care of their customers. The people at ruby nails locust grove are awesome. They take time with their customers and listen to them. They get to know the customers. I had Tony doing my nails and Jenny my pedicure. Both were attentive to details and pleasing the customer. I will make ruby nails locust grove my new mail home. I tried 3 other places and all they wanted to do was rush you out the door. Their technicians were no good. I walked out of mail lounge in griffin with 6 of my digits bleeding and sore for a week. I really enjoyed my time at ruby nails in locust grove!!!! read more

The wife and husband customer service was terrible. The husband wasn't social. They're shaping is terrible, I have two cuts from the both of them & my nails are different lengths. The husband never asked me what shape I wanted so when I saw that it look like he was shaping my nail I told him I wanted a skinny square shape. He proceeded & showed me the nail but it wasn't the shape I always get & ask for so he got frustrated and caught an attitude and told me to show him a picture. I showed him the shape and he still proceeded to do what he wanted to do so I asked to have the wife do my nails instead. I've told the husband and the wife from the beginning that I wasn't satisfied with my nails and it wasn't the shape I wanted. They both knew I didn't like my nails. Instead of negotiating on how to resolve the problem, the wife expected me to pay full price & get my nails fixed which I declined the offer because it was already late, and why would i go back to the same two people who messed up my nails and cut me twice. I am very pleased with the results of my pedicure, but not pleased that it took 2 hours. I arrived after making an appointment first thing for 9am on a Saturday so there wasn't a wait. I just don't understand that took two hours. And they forgot about my manicure. The manager felt bad and another customer gave up her spot so I could get it done. I am not sure if I'll be back if it takes that long but they did do a really nice job. read more

I've been somewhat of a regular here for over a year or two, and I've never had a bad experience. I get my eyebrows and gel nails there, and I can honestly say that it always turns out nice. Amy (I think that's her name, the younger of the daughters) is very attentive and actually cares about if what you're getting done is right for you, and does freehand designs very well. Whenever I'm back home I get my nails and brows done because I know I can trust them! Location is perfect if you live in Heron Bay, very comfortable place. read more

I've passed by this salon on many occasions to get home. Now that I'm back in Georgia (YAYYY with 2 emoji hand clasps) I was looking for a great salon. I came here on a Tuesday when it was just about to rain. I received a pedicure and gel manicure and I must say the service was outstanding. Service was so good I wasn't going to write a review to keep this gem to myself. However, that didn't make any sense so I sent a group chat to my girls about the location and I'm writing a review! What I particularly liked about the service is the gentleman who provided my pedicure took his time, it wasn't pack, staffed appropriately and my feet feel wonderful. He removed a lot of dead skin from my feet which I have because of my exercise regiment. The lady next to me looked at me and said feels good doesn't it? I said yes it does. She also raved about the excellent service too. My gel manicure was awesome as well and I will be returning with my bridesmaids for wedding day services. read more

My nails looks AMAZING after a visit here. I was in the area doing some shopping at the nearby outlet malls with my mom when we decided to get our nails done too. Boy, are we glad we did! The shop was very clean with an extremely friendly staff. I brought in a picture I found online that my nail tech happily replicated.
