Recently moved to the area and have been in search of a new nail salon. I have been to approximately 6 in the immediately area since there's one on every corner. This is my favorite by far. I called at 11:16 asking if I could stop in for a pedicure. I was told yes. My toes sat in water for 45minutes and the guy that was supposed to do my toes, took somebody else before me. I sat and observed. And noted that I would never come back. The girl who did my toes did a horrible job. For $30, take your service to a better shop. I visited this shop many times last fall/winter. The service was so spectacular that I drove to this shop, living an hour away. However, my recent, AND LAST visit I was not given the respect that customers should be given. I got SNS application and the person applying it set the sns over my cuticles instead of just on the nail. When the application was set, I went to the desk and let them know I was not happy due to how bad the application looked. The guy at the desk put some oil on my fingers and said "it looks nice now." I feel that I shouldn't have to cover up my poorly manicured nails with oil. The next day after still being unhappy with my nails, I called the shop and they told me to gone get my nails fixed. I asked if I could get gel instead, she claimed she would fix the sns...but the "fixing" is hardly noticeable. My sns is as thick as acrylic and not as natural as acrylic. You can get better business elsewhere. read more

i stopped going to this shop b/c they got new management, but i decided to go again since i wanted a full set. I walked into the shop and all the pedicure chairs were full as well as some of the manicure station. i stood there for a good amount of time & the employees TOTALLY disregard me. No "how can we help you?" NOTHING. & oh ALL of the customers in the shop were WHITE. after a good minute someone asked me what i wanted while i was walking out of the door. I'm not gonna take away from this shop, because my first experience was great! Now the the second one was not good. Brian was terrible. He had horrible customer service skills and he barely touched my feet. I should have stopped him when he started scraping my nails and not cutting the dead skin off within the crevices like they normally do. He didn't massage my legs or feet and he lightly tapped my feet with pumice stone. I didn't want to leave because it was my sister's birthday and I wanted her to enjoy her self care. I shouldn't hAve tipped him anything, but I left him $5 and we have the other guy ( I think his name was Chris) $15 because he was wonderful to my sister from the start. Th shop was good... This place is horrible, I went in today for my birthday wanting nice nails and came out with horrible nails. I was so upset. They were all uneven, horribly shaped and even cut my finger. read more

My husband & I are in search for a new place to have mani/pedis together.. we decided to give this place a try since we were in the area. Other than everything being completely outdated and very dusty, the customer service was awesome. Our pedicures were great and they were very attentive, even happy. They were not too busy, but steady. My manicure was nice, unexpected massage was even better. Reasonably priced as well. We would visit again. read more

They are all about the turn over. I left un satisfied with their work and customer service skills. They have a board outside claiming there is a special on a manicure and pedicure combo for $25. When ready to pay it's $26... I asked and they said the board says $25.99 but you can't see the 99¢. Couldn't get an ingrown out if their life depended on it. read more

I have been a regular for the past two+ years and have to say that I have really enjoyed the service that I receive here. Although the place is usually slammed, I find that it is worth the wait. The employees are very friendly and endeavor to greet their customers by name. I have also noted that in instances where a customer is not happy with something, they are eager to resolve the issue. Nancy, the woman that does my gel finger nails, is incredible and always does a consistently spectacular job! I am very picky about nail thickness and such and she gets it right every time. A few things to note: (1) Get there early if you're crunched for time. Early as in right when they open. (2) Did you know you can get extra massage added to your pedicure or manicure? You can and the cost is $1/minute and well worth it. All in all I highly recommend DC Nails! The only reason I give four stars instead of five is because I wish they had additional services there such as eyebrow threading (in lieu of waxing). read more

After having been a client since they originally opened, through 3 owners, I have had enough! Not showing up for a scheduled appt on Sunday @ 12:00, I'm done! The sanitary processing has went down hill .. I too am a licensed nail tech, over 20 years! Mold around sinks, same towel used for all in wax area, implement sanitizing between clients is lacking! Just dirty overall! I brought it up to Liz, owner & was brushed off. Nancy is great, but unfortunately.y time, and health are more important! I have filed a complaint with the Georgia state board! read more

Very dissatisfied with the service I just received. The people were rude, didn't do a good job with the pedicure. made fun of me when I didn't want services done, and charged me $45 for a mani pedi that was supposed to be $26. The paint job on my nails is so bad I could have done a better job at home for free. When we go out to get our nails done it so that we can be treated with respect and to relax and to have a good job done I'm very unhappy with the product I received. Just moved to the area went to a few places already i didn't like, but this place was awesome they are so sweet they massage you with every service you get and it feels soooo good lol my nails came out exactly how i wanted them too!!!
