We're talking $10 because I went to get 4 nails fix and the tech assured my dumb A$$ it would be cheaper if I got a new set rather than get them fixed is what he said. " Trust me" is what he said. Nails broke from moving. Just move there , first at this nail shop ever in life. After doing everything he quoted me a price of $55 dollars for so baby size nails by the time he finished filling. When I said no, that's when all the hell broke loose The tech said you free to go so I go to leave. The owner: you don't pay... you don't pay... you don't pay I come back and say no problem, he said I can go... They began to call me uneducated. Low class... every thing fell out the mouth but you know what my folks etc.... They called the police on me because I was cussing and because I left without signing the recite. Thanks to the nice officers of the Lovejoy police department that who kindly text me to return and sign the $10 recite because this can be considered thief of service although you may be morally right so I when back an sign. But everything after that became an absolute nightmare. The nail art and French tip services were nothing short of unacceptable. I asked for a simple French tip with a design, and what I received was so poorly done that it had to be redone over five times--on both my toes and my nails. Five times. Not because I was being picky, but because the work was visibly uneven, sloppy, and nowhere near the basic standard of a professional nail salon. I wanted to leave multiple times, but the staff insisted they could "fix it," only to make the same mistakes over and over again. Instead of feeling pampered, I felt trapped--stuck in a chair for far too long, watching my nails look worse with every attempt. By the end, I was physically and mentally exhausted from the experience. And then to be charged over $130 for nails that genuinely look like I did them myself at home? Completely unacceptable. I walked out feeling embarrassed, angry, and honestly, betrayed for putting my trust--and my money--into this business. I regret staying, I regret paying, and I regret giving them the benefit of the doubt. I will never return, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I did. This experience was infuriating, disappointing, and absolutely not reflective of what a professional nail salon should be.
