If I could assign ZERO STARS, I would, for what was a first and final visit to this establishment. I made an appointment for an 11am Mani/Pedi on Saturday and walked out at 11:58 with only wet feet to show for my wasted time. There was no acknowledgement by any of the staff upon my entry but a cacophony of "Hellos", "How are you"s and "What service can we offer" when a woman devoid of melanin entered at 11:20...Hmmm. The greeting was noticeably skewed and I noted at that point every customer save one, embodied the various shades of the African Diaspora including the only waiting patron, sitting with me at the lobby entrance. She called out to the manager/owner with whom she seemed familiar, and told her that I had an appointment and no one had spoken to me since I arrived. The manager/owner rushed over... asked what I was having done...never requested my name nor consulted her appointment book...I'm sure the conversations by phone were only lip service to get me to their door...SMH with disgust. I was walked over to a pedicure chair and I turned on a manual massage setting to relax and lower my blood pressure. An older gentleman came over and switched my massage mode to a higher setting without my request or consent, then started to place the liner in the foot-bath with no dialogue nor consideration for my comfort level. He indicated that I should test the water temp and place my feet in the filled unit then walked away. After 10 minutes I removed my feet as no one was headed my way to begin the treatments. 20 minutes later I noticed that the person who had entered after me with the fanfare was being attended to, without a prior appointment, plus someone who had come in after me seemed scheduled to be next and my query re when I would be seen did not bear a response that was intelligible. I asked for a towel to dry my feet thoroughly and left. Never to return. Do not give your time and hard earned money to those who do not value you. There are too many places from which to choose that provide decent, respectful courtesy to allow disregard to reign. read more

Wow haven't gotten my nails done in 4 years & now I know why. I wound up getting acrylic gel nail polish only on my fingers without designs or anything & cost $65 including tip. I hope this lasts me an entire month! I just went back inside to confirm pricing & have included menu photos. I just said a basic manicure when I entered & even on their check-in iPad. Then, an employee said do gel because it lasts longer- I hate acrylic because I have traumatized memories from my nails ripping off after prom. I definitely wouldn't have approved that. I didn't even know "gel acrylic" was a thing that existed?? writing this from their parking lot. 3 stars for the employee accommodation of me listening to music on my AirPods & not having conversation. Definitely not a place for uninformed nail dummies like myself. I would absolutely never recommend this place for nail service. I asked for Solar Nails - a type of acrylic nail which is more resistant to chipping. They were unfamilair, but quickly proceeded to shove a chart in my face for a fragranced scrub. Once I shared I was allergic, they interacted negatively for the remainder of the service. They were angry they could not upsell me. - They were purposely slow. - You could see through the gel polish on my finger nals. - They dropped the foot scrubber on the floor and only got a clean one because I insisted. - When I asked them to dispose of the powder after filing my nails down - I again shared I have allergies - they dumped it on the floor. - They shoved my sundress in the seat with me as they serviced my toes, I had it folded over my lap, as it had been pressed and I was headed to a picnic. They completely wrinkled it. This area deserves a higher-end nail salon. This place is totally sub par and nasty! read more

Been coming here for a year now and always consistent. Cindy, the manager is so very nice. I always bring my daughter and she's always very nice and goes above and beyond to accommodate her. Sign on door clearly stated, face coverings are required. While I was there they let all the white women go maskless and said nothing. It wasn't until I asked they about their mask policy; that they gave out masks to the white ladies to put on. All of the black customers (90%)complied with their mask policy. So, why would you allow white women to disrespect 90% of your customers and also your employees? You've lost a loyal customer! read more

Came in for a walk in pedicure as a man by myself the process was easy and cheap. My toes look great.

I came here last Friday during the day and was serviced right away for a pedicure. I think the starting price was $35 or $40. I don't remember my tech's name but she was so good. After I left I hit my toe and chipped the polish. I came back the followinv Wednesday and they fixed it right away for me. It was only missing a little spot off the top. INCONSIDERATE & RUDE AFFFF!!!! They don't speak at all and they are extremely slow!!!!! I set an appt with Brian and he didn't even acknowledge my presence! I sat for a long time after my appt time watching him do someone's nails as they were getting a pedicure. 20 mins after my appt I asked how much longer and never got an answer. This was my 2nd time in that shop and the energy is horrible! I was never asked to pick a color or anything. After 35 mins I grabbed my purse to leave and Brian finally decided to come to the station. He grabs his tools and still NEVER opened his mouth to speak to me. He sat down and I began to tell him that I was never given color options.. and also I find it rude that he still hasn't spoke to me. He just sat thr and turned his drill on to began on my nails.. I got up and said I'm not doing this!! GOODBYE! He finally opens his mouth to say, "Huh?!" multiple times as I walked out the door! Treated like I was a piece of crap!!! Peeling gel nails after less than a week -possibly faulty polish or didn't cure right. No biggie, but when I politely walk in and whisper, so save face in front of customers the guy Ryan/Brian was so absolutely rude! He started speaking to the other women in there and they stared. He asked me to get "a color" after picking a color he said "no not gel" I asked for the 3rd time which basket is gel he still pointed to the same 3. Then after another color he said no-you need to pick the same color. He was not even able to find the same color. Then proceeded to file my nail bed with the machine to get the polish off. (a bit aggressive) I apologized for upsetting him bc the polish Is peeled. He asked what I did to make it peel. He was even sloppy while doing it as though it thoroughly pissed him off. The crazy thing is, I wasn't even mad about my nails, I completely understand things happen. I refrain from writing a review after the first time going here due to the attitude of the woman doing my pedicure (the elderly tech) when she misunderstood and thought I wanted gel on my feet. (I have never Put gel on my toes) she then argued that yes, I wanted that. Even the workers apologized for her rudeness. So all while the guy is treating me like a piece of crap for my nails peeling, this woman stares at me and then comes over to look at my toes to see if it's me from a couple days before and then proceeded to talk crap. Not sure if Cindy is the owner or manager, but as soon as she got there their attitudes changed right away. Cindy is a sweet heart. I am absolutely blown away by this treatment. Convenience isn't always worth it! I will Continue to go a mile or two down the street to D&V Nails next to Kedron Kroger. They are ALWAYS sooo welcoming & sweet. read more

They were completely messy, they were gel, I was still charged full price even though nail lady knew I wasn't happy, they peeled off while I was on vacation. Completely not worth the money. If I tell them I don't want my nails and feet done at the same time they don't do it. They are not using quality products.
