I specifically told the technician before starting that I wanted to keep my eyebrow thickness and even showed examples of the shape I like. Despite that, she still made them much thinner than I asked. Afterward, she told me there was "no other way" to do my brows-- which doesn't make sense since I've had them shaped at nail salons many times without losing my thickness. On top of that, while using a razor under my brows, she accidentally shaved off some of my natural lashes and just brushed it off with an "oops." When I expressed my disappointment about how thin my brows were and how unhappy I was with the service, she was very dismissive and only seemed concerned about getting paid. If you have naturally bushy eyebrows and want to keep your thickness, I do not recommend coming here. read more

This is really close to my home so I figured I would try this place. Looks small from the outside but it opens up. I was promptly greeted and I told them I wanted a pedicure. I chose the $75 pedicure with the gel polish. LeeLee was my technician. The chair was the typical nail salon massage chair but I would say it wasn't as aggressive with the massage. This pedicure includes the hot towels , lotions scrubs and my fav part it had fresh oranges and honey and she massaged it. And the finale the hot stones. I really really enjoyed my pedicure took about two hours and I didn't mind at all ! My technician was amazing and took her time. The front part was clean had a large selection of colors I didn't see the waxing area. I will return read more

This was my first time here. This spot is kinda hidden in Fairburn over by the American Deli. I'm not a nail snob but I like a nice pedicure. The things that matter to me are cleanliness, space and how well you do the job. The shop was clean although not super big, which was fine because it wasn't super crowded (something that I also appreciated). The lady that did my pedicure was young but she did a good job. Not much of a talker but I was cool with that. All in all I would say it was a pleasurable experience. read more

So I came here since it was convenient to get my pedicure. They were not very friendly upon arrival nor were they busy at 11:30 am. I sat in the chair and the lady proceeded to do my pedicure . My massage was okay and cleaning of my toes subpar. The paint job on my toes was bad. I wasn't loud or mean I just asked if they could fix it. The young woman at table 4 who spoke better English obliged but with inferred trepidation. I don't recommend this place even if it is convenient. We really don't have the best nail places in Fairburn (only in my opinion). read more

I came in as a walk-in and they had great customer service. Wait time wasn't long and I got my usual gel nail polish. Would definitely come back & recommend for anyone who needs their nails done in the area read more

Cindy did a great job on my SNS today. First time visiting and had to get somewhere in a pinch. My normal guy doesn't work weekdays and I couldn't wait until the weekend. Took a gamble considering the reviews, but I'm pleased. I may return, depending on wait times. Glad I got in there early today! read more

I only waited about 10 minutes before services began. I was greeted when I walked in. The polish job was pretty good. I agree the welcome is not warm and the ambiance is not great. No one asked if the water temp was ok. I was not asked which pedicure I wanted I simply received the basic one. The pedicure begin at 6:10 and she was done by 6:30, very rushed. I did not notice the tools come out of sterile wrapping. The leg massage was only oil no lotion and lasted 1 min total. She never looked up and smiled ask if I was ok or attempted and interaction. The nail technician was a little friendlier but it was clear they were trying to go home right at closing time. Note I got there 1.5 hrs before close, but they had limited techs so my feet were done then my hands were done. The job was decent but I won't be back unless I'm desperate. read more

The nail techs are rude! Always rushing, always overcharging and over talking you when you are trying to explain how you like your nails, that your paying $60 for it to last 2 weeks. Always telling me "your finger crooked", as if I don't look at my fingers everyday. Very rude. It's down the street so I keep trying it out because I can't always drive elsewhere. But NEVER AGAIN. My nails are not the same shape and very crooked. They always give you the length they want to, instead of what you asked for. I literally watched her put one nail on straight then turn it to the left more and when I said something she kept talking over me saying "I'll fix when I shape". Very frustrating because I knew it wouldn't come out right!! I really needed them done because it was my birthday weekend!! But NEVER AGAIN !! I don't care what I have going on. read more

If I could give zero stars I would I only go to this place because it's close to my house I've been about 4 times and every time there's a problem first time I got gel polish it started chipping the next day... the next time 4 nails cracked I went back the next day and they tried to charge my 5 dollars per nail to fix. I refused to pay telling them that I just got them don't the day b4 and they reluctantly fixed my nails. The third time my gel on my toes started peeling not even a week had gone by any they tried to charge me 5 dollar to fix one toe saying they wouldn't fix it because I didn't get them done there when I did get them done there bottom line DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE waste of time and money I've had to get my nails done 4 times this month dealing with them read more

If I could, I'd give them ZERO stars! Waited an HOUR for a polish change just for them to start working on the person after me! Lyn and Mary dont not run this establishment correctly! They let an unlicensed teenager work on clients!!! I will report them to the board! Very unprofessional and nasty. All they want is our hard earn dollars! 0/10 WILL NOT RECOMMEND! read more

The service was ok, but definitely not used to what I get at home. Just needed to waist some time. They didn't ask what kind of pedicure that I wanted and the creepy guy just sat around until his appointment came in, while the other ladies did all the work. read more

This used to be my favorite place to go it was so reasonably priced. But within the last year I know everything has went up due to Covid but their prices have dramatically went up and the services have went down. I literally got a regular pedicure nothing special with Gel polish and walked out paying $53. The pedicure was so fast it wasn't soothing she speed through it there was no one in there at all and it was rushed I'm sorry but for $53 I just feel like I could've got way more Services with my pedicure if I would've went somewhere else. If you want to be robbed go to this place. I definitely won't be spending my money here ever again. read more

I have been a customer of Nicest Nails for 5 years. The technicians are kind and very courteous. Since the pandemic, I make appointments for the services that I need and I'm always pleased. The shop is very convenient to where I live and I don't allow anyone else to pamper my nails and toes. Highly recommend this salon. read more

0 stars! Racially profiled me. I asked for a different color gel pixies and they told me you can just go to another nail shop! Dont go here! VERY unprofessional! They kept laughing at me instead of apologizing for making me feel like i didnt belong there. NO STARS! They are disgusting People! read more

I know everyone's experience at a nail shop is different. I was greeted with a warm welcome at the door. Miss Kim took care of me! She was very meticulous and gentle enough for a man to actually enjoy the services. I'd Definitely Recommend This Place read more

The pedicure was ok. Just ok. Nothing stood out about the experience. I take that back, my technician grunted and stretched as if she were exhausted the entire time. Then while drying a meat salesman came through and disrupted the whole shop. He was loud, the workers were loud, and on top of loud i watch a technician walk away from a customer to check out his goods. Not an experience I'll opt for again. read more

Do not go on Sundays! I was told the wait time would be 15 minutes. I was seated right away and it was 1hr before they got around to doing my pedicure. I guess they thought having me put my feet in the water would make me think I was being serviced! Of course, I didn't keep my feet in the water for a hour. All in all I spent 1hr 45 minutes at the nail salon!!! Words of advice...if it's Sunday and they only have about 5 people working, turn around!!! read more

Officially done with this place. I've gone multiple times thinking the service would improve but it hasn't. There's only one lady who does eyebrows and she is rarely available. Today, I decide to get my nails done, simply because the shop is near my house. And the woman doing my nails stopped every few minutes to talk to her friend and then check her phone. Totally unprofessional. And my nails are mediocre. I will not return. read more

I will never go back in here. They are rude and unprofessional. I got S&S services here and accidentally hit my finger. I came back to see if someone could fix my broken nail and the guy (rudest) said everyone is busy and to come back in an hour. Mind you most of them were chillin. I should have been back anyway bc the guy who did my nails the first time sliced both my pinky fingers with the file bc he used the wrong one and still charged me the same price. My fault for coming back. Never again! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! They don't sanitize their tools. I watched the nail tech finish some ones pedicure then come straight to me. When I asked how they sanitize their tools, she said she'd wash them later. No sir, not on my feet. Sounds like an infection waiting to happen. read more

The middle eastern man who did my nails didn't know what he was doing. I was highly annoyed at all the questions he was asking. I wish I could not even give it a star. Don't waste your time here. read more

Ask for Mary for anything you're getting done here. She's awesome and extremely detailed oriented.

Have been coming here for years and have always been satisfied. Often I bring friends and visiting guests with me and they like it too!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Upon arriving, which happened to be hours before they closed, I was immediately told, "Come back tomorrow!" Didn't even bother to look me in the face or give any explanations. And to make matters worse, there were only 3 customers in the salon, about 5 nail techs, and one of the male technicians was lounging in the spa chair reading a paper! I've never experienced such unprofessional and rudeness at a place of business. Will never waste my money here and I would caution anyone who is even considering this place to not waste theirs either. read more

This salon has less than skilled technicians that does not know how to shape a basic square nail uniformly! I had two pedicures there and each time I had to return to have them re done because they piled on coats of polish and after sitting there for at least a half hour to dry....they still smudged! They are extremely slow also. I arrived at 430p and did not leave until 8p!!! This was on a Wednesday and they were only slightly booked. read more

I have been here quite a few times. The last couple times, Lela did my nails. I specifically asked for her because I really liked the way she shaped my nails (coffin). However, I just got my nails done for a wedding and the polish used was very thick. She kept having to file over the polish and reapply it. When I got home and really looked at my nails, I realized that all of the nails on my left hand looked super thick and chunky and some of the others were rough and kept catching on fabrics, etc. and one of my natural nails was exposed on the side, causing it to pull my hair out when I put my fingers in my hair. I went back the very next day asking for a polish change. "Lyn" refused to give me a new color without charging $12. She was willing, however, to completely remove and re-polish my nails with the SAME problematic nail polish free of charge. While that makes absolutely no sense to me, I paid the $12 (after speaking my mind) and definitely will NOT go back. If you don't stay on top of their work, they'll rush and have your nails looking thick and messy. I'll find a place where I don't have to do all that, or pay extra for something that should have been done correctly the first time. They won't be getting any more money from me. read more

I will never go back there again. I am so upset. I got there an hour before they close, no one greeted me when I walked in than once I sat down I was told they were closed. ( they lost $$$ not me). Very unprofessional and too be honest I have better , I' ll just go back to Forest Pk at least they put their customers first and will service you even when their getting ready to close. read more
