I specifically told the technician before starting that I wanted to keep my eyebrow thickness and even showed examples of the shape I like. Despite that, she still made them much thinner than I asked. Afterward, she told me there was "no other way" to do my brows-- which doesn't make sense since I've had them shaped at nail salons many times without losing my thickness. On top of that, while using a razor under my brows, she accidentally shaved off some of my natural lashes and just brushed it off with an "oops." When I expressed my disappointment about how thin my brows were and how unhappy I was with the service, she was very dismissive and only seemed concerned about getting paid. If you have naturally bushy eyebrows and want to keep your thickness, I do not recommend coming here. read more

This is really close to my home so I figured I would try this place. Looks small from the outside but it opens up. I was promptly greeted and I told them I wanted a pedicure. I chose the $75 pedicure with the gel polish. LeeLee was my technician. The chair was the typical nail salon massage chair but I would say it wasn't as aggressive with the massage. This pedicure includes the hot towels , lotions scrubs and my fav part it had fresh oranges and honey and she massaged it. And the finale the hot stones. I really really enjoyed my pedicure took about two hours and I didn't mind at all ! My technician was amazing and took her time. This was my first time here. This spot is kinda hidden in Fairburn over by the American Deli. I'm not a nail snob but I like a nice pedicure. The things that matter to me are cleanliness, space and how well you do the job. The shop was clean although not super big, which was fine because it wasn't super crowded (something that I also appreciated). The lady that did my pedicure was young but she did a good job. So I came here since it was convenient to get my pedicure. They were not very friendly upon arrival nor were they busy at 11:30 am. I sat in the chair and the lady proceeded to do my pedicure . My massage was okay and cleaning of my toes subpar. The paint job on my toes was bad. I wasn't loud or mean I just asked if they could fix it. The young woman at table 4 who spoke better English obliged but with inferred trepidation. I don't recommend this place even if it is convenient. I only waited about 10 minutes before services began. I was greeted when I walked in. The polish job was pretty good. I agree the welcome is not warm and the ambiance is not great. No one asked if the water temp was ok. I was not asked which pedicure I wanted I simply received the basic one. The pedicure begin at 6:10 and she was done by 6:30, very rushed. I did not notice the tools come out of sterile wrapping. The leg massage was only oil no lotion and lasted 1 min total. She never looked up and smiled ask if I was ok or attempted and interaction. The nail technician was a little friendlier but it was clear they were trying to go home right at closing time. Note I got there 1.5 hrs before close, but they had limited techs so my feet were done then my hands were done. The job was decent but I won't be back unless I'm desperate. read more

The nail techs are rude! Always rushing, always overcharging and over talking you when you are trying to explain how you like your nails, that your paying $60 for it to last 2 weeks. Always telling me "your finger crooked", as if I don't look at my fingers everyday. Very rude. It's down the street so I keep trying it out because I can't always drive elsewhere. But NEVER AGAIN. My nails are not the same shape and very crooked. They always give you the length they want to, instead of what you asked for. Didn't even bother to look me in the face or give any explanations. And to make matters worse, there were only 3 customers in the salon, about 5 nail techs, and one of the male technicians was lounging in the spa chair reading a paper! I've never experienced such unprofessional and rudeness at a place of business. This salon has less than skilled technicians that does not know how to shape a basic square nail uniformly! I had two pedicures there and each time I had to return to have them re done because they piled on coats of polish and after sitting there for at least a half hour to dry....they still smudged! I have been here quite a few times. The last couple times, Lela did my nails. I specifically asked for her because I really liked the way she shaped my nails (coffin). However, I just got my nails done for a wedding and the polish used was very thick. She kept having to file over the polish and reapply it. When I got home and really looked at my nails, I realized that all of the nails on my left hand looked super thick and chunky and some of the others were rough and kept catching on fabrics, etc. and one of my natural nails was exposed on the side, causing it to pull my hair out when I put my fingers in my hair. I went back the very next day asking for a polish change. "Lyn" refused to give me a new color without charging $12. She was willing, however, to completely remove and re-polish my nails with the SAME problematic nail polish free of charge. While that makes absolutely no sense to me, I paid the $12 (after speaking my mind) and definitely will NOT go back. If you don't stay on top of their work, they'll rush and have your nails looking thick and messy. I'll find a place where I don't have to do all that, or pay extra for something that should have been done correctly the first time. They won't be getting any more money from me. read more
