This salon is the most unprofessional salon ever! My mother and I speak Vietnamese but we are mixed with Pakistani so we look Middle Eastern and not Vietnamese. We walked in and sat down and a man came over to do my mother's feet. He made a comment in Vietnamese "Ooh it stinks so bad". My mother replied in Vietnamese "did you just say my feet stinks?" the man replied with "no the Black lady stinks. You know how Black people stink". My mother stood up and said in English for everyone to hear, "this is ridiculous, you just said that when this salon is filled with Black individuals and you are talking about people like that" . the man tried to shush her before sneaking away to the back. Another worker chimes in, "i don't think he said that ma'am" . my mom said back "I speak Fluent vietnamese, he said it" . and we walked out. How sad you have to be to talk about other people and think we're going to agree with you. He knew we spoke Vietnamese after my mom replied to him and he continued to say "No the black lady stinks" !!!! How f***** disgusting!!!!!!!! only giving 1 star to post it . wish i could give 0! read more

I frequent a lot of nail salons and this one is by far my favorite. Yes, it's far from Atlanta (about 25 minutes south of Midtown), but it's so hard to find a really good nail shop that is clean, sanitary, extremely professional and meticulous. I used to go to Angel Nails on Ponce until they cut me and that was it--I can't stand to see the sight of my own blood. Master Nails has this awesome dead sea salt scrub they use on your hands and feet (and its free) that will leave it baby soft. They also have hot stone massages for your arches. If you've never been here, it's worth the drive. And if you want to make a day out of hanging in Stockbridge, I suggest going to the Chicken House for authentic Mexican. read more

The service, a pedicure, was mediocre at best. The environment was terrible: loud tvs, even louder employees, dated and cluttered decor. Also, I asked for one pedicure and was told a price. When I had to leave, after an hour and 45 minutes, the price was different. read more

disappointed ... I went yesterday to get my eyebrows and eyelashes done I have been going to her on every now and than. But this particular day the lashes on lasted 12 hours after paying 33 for individuals ... I went back to her first thing this morning she tells me is he knows what happen and she would discount them for me.. no they done for free. The should have lasted two weeks. I went to get a simple pink acrylic set, and showed the guy what I wanted. Towards the end all of the nails were uneven and see through instead of pink. I didn't want to be rude so I told him if he could put a coat of pink nail polish on top of the nails. The guy seem offended that I asked him for that and told me that if I wanted pink nail polish I should have told him. So then I realized that this guy pretty much ignored what I said in the beginning so I just paid for my nails and waited for my mom to be done with her pedicure. The guy then comes up to me to basically tell me that I asked for the nails that I had on. So I showed him the picture again to compare with the current nails and he tells me that my nails looked like the picture. So I just gave up with him and told him that I wasn't happy with my nails and left. I went to another nail salon and removed the nails because of how embarrassed I was. I absolutely love going to Master Nails for my "girley" services. It is like a one stop shop where I can get a pedicure, fill in, eyebrow, and eyelash combination with out staying in a salon all day. The workers are great and aim to please everyone who they come in contact with. Ms Vanna is the best at getting customers in and out within a decent time. She is by far the best eyelash and eyebrow artist in the world. The hot rock pedicure that the salon offer is awesome along with the sea salt that is used to make your feet and hands feel as soft as ever! I travel from downtown Atlanta to Stockbridge just to get my services. Visit Master Nails in Stockbridge and you too will see why the drive is worth every second! read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for about 6 months now. I always receive good customer service when I visit the salon. I go to Teresa for my nails and she does an awesome job. I visited several other nail salons when I moved to the area and I just was not satisfied. Teresa actually listens to how I want my nails shaped, etc. and does exactly what I ask to make sure I am satisfied. She aims to please. She has never once made me feel rushed and sometimes she even adds in a shoulder massage at the end of my service. At the salon they use lotions that smell and feel really good. About 3 or 4 months ago I started letting Venna do my eyebrows because I just wasn't satisfied with the service that I received at neighboring salons. I was very particular about how I wanted my eyebrows arched because I prefer wax and tweezers only, no razors. Venna was able to accommodate me even though that is not the usual request of her many other customers. The other staff always seems kind to customers and I personally like the decor of the nail salon. As long as I am living in Stockbridge I will continue to go to Master Nails for my services. read more

I waited an hour to get my lashes done. However, the very next day, the individual lash started to come off. So I called to speak to Vanna. She informed me that there would be a charge of $5. Why I asked, she said that she could not control what happened when I walked out of the salon. So that same day, I went in and paid the $5 that she requested. I received horrible service from Vanna . First, she started off by talking about the nail tech who previously did my nails . Everything was good until I told her my nails wasn't shape like I wanted . I wasn't trying cause any trouble, but I wanted my nails reshape that's all.She got really upset yelling saying she never get any complaints telling me to show the other customers my nails . I told her it didn't matter what they said because I wasn't satisfied ! then she said I didn't have to pay if I wasn't satisfied but I still had to pay and she told me not to come back . I'm the customer! she shouldn't have gotten upset because I wasn't satisfied.Then I left and went to my car and I looked down at my nails , I said to myself my nails looked horrible. I went back in to show her how my nails were crocked and not shape correctly, she told me to have a seat and she will fix them after finish up with her customer . After redoing one nail while yelling at me saying I came here to cause trouble she stop and said that's all she could do . I demanded a refund since she didn't redo my nails like she said.Then she threatened to call the police on me , poor customer service who calls the police on a customer just because they don't like their nails . I didn't want the police to get involved over 28 it wasn't worth it all but the treatment I received was horrible I have never in my life experience this type of treatment before, so please don't support businesses like this that treat their customer like this read more
