They barely speak when you enter. If you don't ask for their name you won't know it. My daughter wanted to get her nails done and get a pedicure for me. I usually do my feet between pedicures. I haven't had one in a while but you wouldn't be able to tell. I say this because they automatically pull out the "cheese grater. They don't even access your feet beforehand. I told her I didn't want the grater so she used the pumice stone. The biggest issue is I left out of that place so ashy. She stripped away all of my oil I put on my legs and feet. I shouldn't have to pay extra or get a more expensive pedicure for my legs to be moisturized. Secondly the cost of a regular pedi cur is atrocious. Wow! I didn't look at my feet. I sat under the drier once done I managed to put on my socks and sneakers. I couldn't even feel my feet for smoothness. I had surgery and I can't bend much. I didn't look at them again once polished because I liked how she shaped them beforehand. I have made it home and it is not good. Once I laid in bed I noticed she did polish a toe. How did that happen? I could say but I won't. As for me never again. I wish my old nail tech wasn't so far away from me. This would've never happened. read more

I was in search of a new shop after my old nail shop ruined my shoes from the cuticle oil. Sigh....anywho. I asked around and was referred by a friend to try Space Nails. Boy was I glad I made the decision to book! Sam aka clawsbyming (ig tag) has been doing my nails for about over a year now. She's very talented. Can literally bring your inspo to life. She works pretty fast. She's always so sweet. Everyone there is. They got the r&b music to set the vibes. This is not your ordinary nail shop, they be lit in there. lol. Well every time I come, maybe because I'm their fave....lol. I love that they can do your hands and feet all at once! It saves so much time. Highly recommended booking an appointment vs a walk in. They are frequently busy, however if you want to walk in, you can. Someone will free up and assist you. Just gotta have some patience. Every nail inspo I have shown Sam, she was able to accomplish but made it better. I don't have nail pics, sorry. I be forgetting to take pics. Just know she gets down and don't play. Everyone there was attentive and friendly and I love my nails. They are reasonably priced and they have the best cosmetologist who does waxing (I think her name is Dan Dan) that I've ever encountered. The loss of stars is due to the decor and extremely long wait, but they recommend making an appointment so that should solve that issue! Each individual does great nails and feet I've had my fair share but those are my faves. No matter who does my nails I never leave disappointed. if I could give this place a zero then I would . doesn't follow instructions or inspiration & can hardly do any design asked of them. missed up my entire design , then tried to charge me to redo my nails & do the intended design . Argued me down about there being a camera (not sure why that was important) & that 70$ (for a FILL IN) was correct despite her doing nothing that I asked for when it came to a design. read more

I had a completely different experience than some of the other people had according to the reviews. First off, 2 of my nails have already popped off and i got them done 1 week ago. And they do not use fresh tools on feet and hands, which risks infections. I dont normally write negative reviews but I felt it was necessary in this case. I've been getting my nails done for many years and my nails have never came off that easily. If i'm paying over $100 for my nails and toes they should last for at least 3 weeks..at least. read more

So, I'm not one to give a bad review without first giving a chance to right the wrong. With that said, I did give that chance and this establishment still didn't get it right. I went TWO weeks ago to get an SNS set. The young lady that did my nails didn't do all that good of a job, there was a dip in several of the nails even after her drilling got to smooth them. They were cute when they were first done but not sturdy because days later THREE nails cracked and popped off with no real provocation i.e. getting my keys out of my purse, scratching an itch on my arm. I took a photo to document the happening and went the very next day to get it fixed. NOT ONLY was the customer service SUB PAR, they CHARGED me to fix THEIR HORRIBLE WORK WITHOUT ANY KIND OF COMPENSATION. To top that off, THE "REPAIR" WAS SHABBY AS WELL. Tonight I simply scratched my head and ANOTHER NAIL POPPED OFF plus there are cracks in my thumb nail meaning it's soon to follow. I can honestly say I will never spend my money here again. read more

I came in on a Friday afternoon, around 3 o'clock. They weren't busy which was nice, but the work was rushed, and I felt rushed from even walking in the door and trying to choose my polish. To make matters more annoying, I choose the color from the gel colors only for her to tell me they don't have it. So I begrudgingly choose another one as I see she's not even going to try and recommend anything else, when she's finally done and I get to the drying station, I look to the left of me and see 5 different bottles of the color I wanted. To say the least this experience was very frustrating, and not pleasurable at all. Definitely never coming back. read more

The technicians are very rude and disrespectful. They are very unprofessional. The nail tech stopped so many times while doing my pedicure to engage in a conversation with other technicians in the shop. Will not patronize this establishment again. The customer service is awful. read more
