I came in today to have my dip nails removed since they were starting to chip, and I had such a great experience. Anna paired me with Anthony, who has only been there for about two weeks--and wow, he was incredible. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he also took the time to explain things about nail care that I had never known before. You can truly tell he loves what he does, and it shows in his work and the way he connects with his clients. Like this shop but I cant stand when I ask for something I am told just wait, which in my book is almost like saying no. I am the the paying customer, so if I ask it then ye shall receive! I asked for my nails to be cut down more because they grow fast. You can guest the rest of the story. But more importantly this lady took a towel and wiped water off the floor then proceeded to wipe of the seat where my legs where. Ummm ma'am do you know what health codes are?? Made an appointment for today (5/31/25) at 10:30am) that was started on time but I am questioning the transparency of the prices that they charge and the quality of the service. Whoever the older woman was who did my feet, I was not impressed at all. She had no attention to detail and was not thorough at all. The young lady who did my nails (Minh?) was super nice and did a decent job but some of my nails are not filed straight, and there are a few sharp points/edges. I was charged $50 for a basic pedicure, however, I did have gel on my feet. $50 is extremely high in my opinion so I will probably not go back for this service ever again. Furthermore, by the time I got home, there was no polish on my left pinky toe. I have called the business to see what they are going to do about this. Today was a "treat yourself day" and I'm so thankful to the other yelp reviews for leading me here. I got the SNS nails no tip and a basic pedicure. This was my first SNS experience and I love it. However, I did not get the name of any nail techs but I can say I will be back. For my pedicure, I got regular nail polish to match. The pedicure experience was okay, my feet are a little sensitive than most but overall it wasn't a bad experience. I did like the fact that she took a piece of lime and rubbed over my toe nails. I'm not sure if that was apart of the basic package but it was nice. It was busy (this is a Thursday review) but I was in and out in a decent manner. Not the cleanest salon I've ever been to. The woman who welcomed us was very nice. She welcomed us in and made sure we got serviced right away. At first, the nail tech we were working with was very polite. She made sure she listened to what we needed done. My neice was going to a sneaker ball and this was her first time getting her nails done. My neice is 9 years old. She also got a pedicure. Even though my neice is young, I was still wanting her service to be top notch! The pedicure was done but the paint job was not good at all. Didn't snap a picture of her toes unfortunately. After the pedicure was done, they moved us to the center where nails are done. While my neice was getting her nails done, she sneezed and I had to clean her nose. I needed a tissue immediately and asked the nail tech for one. She gave me a folded piece of paper towel. I used that paper towel and asked for another to finish cleaning up my neice and the nail tech stated, open that up and use it. That paper towel was covered in snot by the way. That upset me because are we really being stingy over a piece of paper towel?!? I was also asked to get up from where I was sitting, which was next to my neice who is 9, and go sit in the front...even though there were other tables available to conduct their work. The person who welcomed us at the beginning had to let the nail tech who was telling me to move to leave me alone and work somewhere else in which that nail tech did. I was simply ready to go after that. When checking out, my total ended up being $85. Long story short, I will not be returning. read more

I LUV this nail shop! I have never waited over like 5mins no matter the day of the week or time. They are extremely quick and friendly. My personal favorite is Lena! sis does not play at all! I love how she shapes my nails, she's a bit of a perfectionist but I luv it :) She also does eyebrows and she's extremely good at that as well. Parking is a bit tight but it's usually someone leaving around the time I pull up so I've never had a problem. The nail shop isn't super fancy or anything, they're not serving champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries but they do a great job and the customer service is amazing. I would definitely recommend this nail shop. *Also make sure to ask for your acrylic thick, they seem to lay it on really thin. Came here a week ago today. The inside is a pleasant surprise from the outside. The employees are all friendly and helpful. I got a pedicure and SNS on my nails. $65 for both which wasn't too bad. The pedicure process was great. The results? Not so much. It's only been a week and my toes are chipping.. been chipping for a few days now. My nails are the opposite. I'm a regular at this salon. It's always clean but always packed! Since the COVID -19 outbreak, they have taken preventative measures to ensure the safety of the guests but also the employees. Protective glass is installed at all of the nail stations as well as shields separating customers and shields separating guests at the pedicure chairs. I actually have not been to the nail salon in months so I'm SUPER excited that I waited! They are requiring all guests to wear masks and taking temperatures at the door with a contactless thermometer. I walked in but I do think they are honoring appointments. I have been going to I Luv Nails for about 6 years.. and I tip very good ..everyone that does my nails do a great job . My issue with them are the prices. I've been getting S&S for quite sometime now and the price started at 30 and went up to 50. Each tech charge a different price. A month ago T advised me to try acrylic over my own nails which she charged 45 for that. She said when I come in again ask for a fill-in. So today I came in got a fill in pick out a regular color no gel .. once finished the guy told me it would be 50!!! I said what 50 for fill in?? He said yes . I said I didn't even pay that when I got the overlay. .. this was very disappointing but I must say after 6 years i will not be back . I was so disappointed . Update: 7/20/18 - This update is in regards to the cluster lashes only. Do NOT get them if you cherish the health of your natural lashes. 3 weeks later and about half of them are still on. I have never worn clusters that last this long, nor have I ever wanted to. I know what semi-permanent lashes do to your natural lashes, they destroy them. That's why I wear clusters or strips for special occasions because they come off easily in about a day or two. I have tried everything to get these puppies to come off and they won't. The only way they come off is with your entire lash, root and all. The SNS pink and white manicure was beautiful and lastes about 2.5 weeks. But had to deduct a star due to my bald lash line. read more

They sit us beside each other at a nail table, then 1120 moves my wife to a spa chair. They started on her nails and feet about 1125. About 1135 they start on my nails. Two guys walk in and sit down for pedicures and they start them right away. She finishes my nails about 12P and then ask me to sit next to my wife who was almost done with both of her services. Don't schedule an appt, because this has happened more than once and you will never be seen on time and be stuck here all day waiting. read more
