I must add this to my grooming regime. I did a facial, brows and brow tinting for an upcoming black tie event. My boyfriend and I recently had a 90-minute couples massage here the other day. And it was one of the best massages we have ever had! I was severely tight in my mid back and neck and Jasmine got me to relax to the point I got a good release crack out of my mid-back. They focus on the areas you tell them. My boyfriend and I felt totally refreshed. The inside atmosphere was clean, elegant looking, and inviting. The only thing I would recommend to the owner to help take them to the next level, please get with your leasing company to have them pressure wash the outside sidewalks/exterior of your building and also add some elegant plants/flower pots & a mat outside your front door so it looks more inviting. When we first pulled up we were questioning if the place was closed. Some services don't really consider your comfort while they're being performed. For example, the foot detox. The facials are okay nothing outside of the norm. Nonetheless relaxing. The body exfoliation was interesting, because when you hear body you think full body or at least the hard to reach places. Let me start by saying, the massage techs were amazing! Marissah & Krystal had magical hands and were definitely 5 star techs! The spa was clean and welcoming and the receptionist was nice as well! They lost a point because of the music selection and the noise. At first the music was perfect. It was very Zen like. But then it turned into this upbeat instrumental pop/rock jazz. Which kind of soured the relaxing mood. I had to try and refocus my mind because I was singing the songs in my head! The facilities were clean, they followed various safety protocols with a massage therapist wearing a face shield, and were extremely pleasant and professional. I scheduled a 60 minute massage and an express facial. I had Stacey as my massage therapist and Jakayla as my Esthetician. Stacey is truly fantastic and actually stretch my body and massaged in throughout my session. She has a wonderful and upbeat personality and made the experience truly enjoyable. I also enjoyed my time With jakayla. She was very knowledgeable about skincare and even gave me some suggestions concerning products I could purchase to better protect my skin from sun damage. The only reason they did not receive 5 start is because after my facial I still had some residue from my facial on my skin but it wasn't anything that would cause me not to return. I booked a deep tissue massage for my grandmother and ended up running into some scheduling issues with Omni the day of the appointment. Both the owner and the receptionist had amazing customer service! The receptionist successfully helped me to resolve the issue and the owner added on an extra service free of charge for my inconvenience. They both made me feel like they wanted me and my grandmother to have a lovely experience and we did! My grandmother enjoyed her massage and was very relaxed for the remaining of her day.
