I found this place while I was doing a random search for an eyebrow lady closer to my area. I thought I would give this threading studio a try since theirs not that many in South. I met Rozy for the first time and she's great at threading. I come here about once a month now. I came in for a clean-up for my eyebrows and she did a great job. She's super understanding and made sure not to take off too much hair. The only small con I have about this salon is the poor quality of body wax they use and the high threading prices! I find $9 dollars to be a pretty hefty price for eyebrows. Also, I don't know if it's the quality of wax they use or if it's a heavy hand but any body waxing session at this salon has always been painful. read more

Ok so as far as the place being nice and clean. I will give them that. But ladies, have you ever gone to a nail salon to get your nails done and when you got there, all your nails and fingers were perfectly straight but SOMEHOW the lady wants to tell you that between you getting out the car, all of a sudden, your fingers and nails are all crooked?! Oh ok. That was my experience. I SPECIFICALLY told this lady not to make my eyebrows thin. Just clean them up and tint them, guess what she did FIRST. Made them SUPER THIN!! Then she puts the tint on and i look in the mirror to Che k to make sure bc as we all know; that tint isnt going anywhere for a while. I looked in the mirror and PLEASE refer to the picture below. She tried to tell me that when she holds my forehead up with her finger it's even. I had to inform that seeing as how i DONT WALK AROUND WITH A FINGER ON MY FOREHEAD, this explanation isn't doing me ANY GOOD! I literally had to have her make more henna and i had to tint my OWN BROWS because she didn't see anything wrong with them!!! Will not be returning! read more

I received two services here: cluster lashes and henna brow tint. I was not happy with the clusters as they were too full and long for my liking but I really liked the henna brow tint service. Because it was my first time getting the tinting service, she did a test dot behind my ear and made me wait 24 hours to see if I had a reaction. I did not have a reaction, returned in 48 hours. My brows look noticeably darker but not overly colored. And you can't beat using henna versus a chemical tinting product. I recommend the henna services. read more

Found this place when I stopped to get coffee one day, so I decided to make an appointment & stop in, so glad that I did. Reshu did my Brazilian & my eyebrows & both are perfect. She was quick with both, but it never felt like she was rushing, she listens to you and makes sure you're thoroughly happy with the service. She was very polite and she was the only one servicing people, yet she was still extremely attentive to everyone waiting. Excellent service, very clean, comfortable chairs, but it hurts! It is so quick though and they have the best package deals around. You can get six eyebrow threading for 28 bucks. It is not as precise as wax but the feeling so good it's hard to pass up. I am always happy with the job done. read more

Went today because I wanted to try a place nearby and not drive all the way to the north side to my normal place. I was skeptical because I am very funny about my eyebrows. I decided to just get my lip done instead and watch the lady work on the others. Her name was Ziya by the way. She was very quick and great at what she does. They have phenomenal prices. There are also packages available. There's an additional location on Walt Stephens as well. I was very pleased. I will definitely return to let her do my brows. The ladies who work here are very friendly and you can usually always get in and out within 20 minutes if not sooner. The place looks pretty clean as well. In my experience, depending on who's available your eyebrows can come out good and not so good. I've experienced both and that's why I can only give three stars. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here for YEARS. They are reliable & quick. The prices are very decent. I usually get an eyebrow package which includes 3 eyebrow session for $15! I don't trust other places with my brows, but this threading studio knows what they are doing! read more

I went in here on a whim because I didn't feel like driving up to Atlanta to get my brows done (Saylah on Monroe Drive...they're the best!) and I was pleasantly surprised. I tried another place in Morrow and they totally ruined my eyebrows, so I've been hesitant to try anything new since then, but every person I've encountered at Rozy has been great. I always make it a point to tell them that I want my brows as thick as possible because they don't ask, and they've always been able to accomodate that. They aren't necessarily the most gentle, but I've got wild and crazy brows so I guess that could be due to me too. And it's only $6 which is great! They also had some really good suggestions for getting my brows to grow in even thickness, so that was a plus too. read more

I came for a Brazilian wax. First of all they didn't have a website to book appointments so I called, I spoke to Remy and she was extremely rude but I gave it a pass and assumed it was because they were busy. In the same day I went in for the wax with Remy and had an absolutely horrible experience. It was extremely painful and I wasn't made to feel comfortable at all in fact I feel she was more judgmental than anything. First time coming and will not return. Just finished having full leg and under arm waxed by "Ash". I will not be returning to have any services done here. Waxing was rushed, and strips were being pulled in the wrong direction. Very sloppy, and not great somet service. Lacking in customer service skills, and personal care, left with wax all over the feet and legs. Was told that wax was fresh and open just for me and that they would throw out the wax after done with me, we all know that's not the truth.
