I haven't had a manicure in a while, so finding a new place was on my top priority list, and I can say this place was incredible. Ms.Tina worked on my manicure and she did excellent. Her work was precise, very quick but exceptionally well, and it didn't seem forced or judgy. The stop was clean, not too busy, and got me in and out without issues. I'd recommend, especially if you need other services like waxing, pedicure, manicure, and a reward system. After 5 visits, spending over $28, you get $5 off the next service. My manicure was $30 and gel polish, but if you wanted acrylics with a manicure it's $45. Very reasonable prices! read more

I've come to this establishment for more than 10 years but it changed management in the recent years and the service is horrible now. We need Phillip and Kim back. I got my nails filled in yesterday and come back today to show them the shoddy work done. First of all I was looking for a black owned salon and this popped up. Once I realized that it wasn't I decided to try them anyways because they still had good reviews. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last time coming here. I was over charged for the shape of my nail and I never get charged where I usually go. I would not recommend the service here. I tried for the first time today because it is on my way home from work and it was convenient. There were 3 technicians that all had clients when I walked in. The lady told me 10 min wait. No problem. After 20 min, I got sat in a pedicure chair and left for another 20 min. Still not a bid deal. My problem is that she rushed through my pedicure and it was not good. From start to finish, she was done with my $30 basic pedicure in 15 min!! The paint looked awful, clumped in places and paint on my skin. Just a total waste all around. I though for such an expensive place, the service might be worth it but it was not. read more

Great place for manicures, pedicures, SNS and eyebrows. Staff is friendly. I think everyone in there does a great job. The only reason they are getting 4 stars is because of the selection of nail polish. I think they need to update their color station. They have lots of gel and SNS colors. But they are limited in the regular polishes. The regular polished are either low in amount or ugly. You can bring your own polish though. Overall, great place. read more

Do not go to this place!!!! First of all they will cheat you out of your money and then your nails will break in a matter of days (FULL SET). Also JoAnne does a pedicure and you have to ask for her to check for ingrown nails and such when you supposed to do that automatically when getting a pedicure. Why do I have to tell you how to do your job! She scammed this elderly lady who only wanted her toes polished when she should have asked her do she want gel or regular polish. She gave the elderly lady gel polish without asking her first. The elderly was perplexed when it was time to pay because unbeknown to her gel is more. They cant keep nail techs because the owner takes their money!!!!!!!! The only person that was amazing was Thomas who is no longer there!!!! I now go to Lounge Nails in McDonough. Unfortunately I won't be returning. The work was sloppy and the environment was unprofessional. I arrive early Friday afternoon. The salon wasn't busy and I was taken back quickly. My fill was lumpy and my nail bed wasn't covered properly. The nail tech cut me on two separate fingers. Another nail tech ate corn on the cobb across from me while my service was being performed. I'm only giving 3 stars because my sister had a good experience, otherwise I'd only give one. Got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was good but the lady that did my nails was awful. She had her phone on speaker with a zoom call the whole time even when she had AirPods. Something was even said to her and she continued to have it on speaker. I then told her I wanted the white part of my French tips thinner and she said she'd fix it later but the way she "fixed" it was by cutting down my nails till I finally told her that was enough. Like my nails aren't even long enough to cover my fingertips now! I understand the white has to go down so far to cover the natural color change in your nails but she went way past that. When she was done I had to get her attention again to refile one of my nails because it was visibly longer than the rest. Will not return. read more

This nail spot was off of Hwy 138, in a strip mall behind Walmart. Upon arriving the place seemed packed with regulars so I guess I didn't look like a local, lol. I proceeded to get my fill in but the tech suggested a new set only after he realized I already had a new set. Nether the less it went accordingly . Phillip was in between my nails, the cash register and answering his cell and land line. It actually took me 2 hours for my nails . My daughter got a pedicure and it turned out fast and looked nice. My verdict is after 2 and a half hours 53 dollars was the total. After getting home I noticed my flaws on my set. Lumpy and my nail bed wasn't even covered all the way with powder. She did a pretty good job and really fixed my nails from when the last person at another nail salon messed my nails completely up. The one thing that I didn't care for was the constant up sale of services. If I've said no once, don't keep asking me. Slight pet peeve of mine. The second time I came in, I went to the gentleman- I think his name is Henry. He was really good. No small chit chat, just went straight to work. Sooo, I wish I would have read reviews before coming here. I was referred here by the lady from the cleaners. I was busy and didn't have time to go to my usual spot for a quick mani. I hadn't had one in a while, so my cuticles were jacked. I guess they don't provide quality care for "just manicures". She kept trying to upsell me. During the quick hand/forearm massage that I look forward to since I type all day, she didn't even take the time to ask me to take my watch off. I was going to ask if I could, but she switched to the other hand, while trying to get me to pay for gel polish. I really just wanted my cuticles cleaned up, but they ended up looking almost worse than when I came in. The actual painting of my nails was not up to par for a professional nail tech. Ladies! DO NOT COME HERE! I changed my mind because I didn't know whatever polish they used on me would change color. I did a simple French white tip manicure and pedicure. The first week they were fine then the next following the top coat that they put on my nails turned into a yellow tone. Their clear top polish was not clear it was like a light pink coat they used as their top coat but that stuff will turn your white nails to yellow! I am not coming back. My nails look embarrassing! Can't even have these on for another week. They need to change their top coat quality! I've paid the same price some where else with better quality. I used to love this place but now they have just slacked off soo bad. I went to get a fill in and mood color. My color did not change. I told the guy but he kept telling me oh it'll change. I went home and came back the next day when the owner was there since I'm a regular they would fix it. The owner refused to fix my color. He then told me I choose the color. Wow, yes I did choose the color, because it was a pretty dark blue that change into a light blue. Now I'm stuck with one light color and it doesn't change into the dark blue I wanted. I had a Brazilian was today with the owner and she ripped a huge chunk of my skin in a place that is very painful, especially when you pee. I had not noticed it at first even though it hurts but I just thought it was part of the process of getting a Brazilian wax. The it started to hurt real bad and I notice a lot of blood when I wiped after going to pee. I took a closer look in the mirror and I was absolutely petrified when I see a laceration, probably the size of a 10 cent coin. I immediately call her and advised her of it had transpired and I got nothing but denial from her. Telling me that I must have done something to myself. I could not believe this woman who was not standing behind her work and not even offering an apology not showing any concern for my well-being. She returned my money after at told her that it was the least she could do. She did with huge hesitation. I am writing this review cause I went to the pharmacist who advise me to see a Dr. because the size of the injury is substantial and she wanted to make sure it would not get infected. I would not want anyone else to take the risk of this happening. to them. I have done Brazilian wax before and the pain I felt was greater than before. That should have been my first clue to stop the waxing and get the hell out there. Please do not get wax from this place!!!!! read more
