I walked in (didn't have an appt.) and my wait wasn't long at all, maybe 10 mins. My esthetician, Aidee, was very friendly, talkative (which I didn't mind), and inquisitive (didn't mind this either) b/c I'm pretty sure that is her tactic to make sure you're comfortable and not a weird silence while she's waxing your parts! I actually wish more would make convos so it's not so "weird". It's also very clean and smells great when you enter! Also, the pink chandelier that is in the waiting area is a whole vibe!! I need it in my life! I probably will go back again if I ever decide that I want to give them another shot and not go to my usual spot.

Yeah I know I should've made an appt. but Lily (the owner) told me I could come back in about an hr. as she was the only one there and was running a bit behind. It wasn't a prob . b/c I only live about 10 mins. away. The salon has nice decor and has a very "welcoming feel". I will say it was COLD as all get out in there (don't like being cold), but when I went back, I was in and out, so it didn't matter that much. Lily is very nice and knows exactly what she's doing! She left behind NO HAIR at all!! Awesome job! She even let my husband come in to experience it! He's always wanted to go in w/me at other salons but was always told that he couldn't! Lily is from Brazil so that made my visit even more special. Lily completed my service within 30 minutes and I was pretty amazed. The space was very clean and inviting.
