I've been coming here ever since I moved back to Georgia and they do great work there in my opinion whenever I go mostly see Dan or Tina or David they are really good at work. The place is clean giving it a luxury vibe. They don't plan any music in the background and they don't serve wine that I can have with my pedicure, but that's OK because they do also offer hot stone massage for your pedicure for an additional service and it is phenomenal. Haven't been to this salon in over a year, but decided to go today. The salon was filthy. Furthermore, high pressure from employees to get gels. An employee actually yelled at a customer who politely declined - fussing at her because her nails would not last more than three weeks if she didn't. Awful vibe. Absolutely won't be returning. read more

wow! Went back for the first time in a while, not sure if they changed owners but it was gross. Old nails between the chairs. Cup holders in the chair were nasty, pillows used for manicure were old and dirty. Will not be back! read more

It's a clean and organized nail salon, and they do nails well. The problem is they are inattentive to customers who are not regulars.

I've never sat in a nail salon chair and CRIED because the skin around my toe nails was being completely rubbed raw by the file leaving me bleeding in some spots. It got to the point I couldn't even put my feet in the water anymore. I was in so much discomfort. On top of that I didn't even get the pedicure I asked for I wanted the "Ocean" and just got the "Classic" which he didn't even massage my legs just rubbed some lotion on and called it a day. I've never been this unsatisfied with a service it's actually astonishing. I would recommend spending your time and money anywhere else. (i wish i could put zero stars) read more

Service was horrible. When you come to a spa, you look forward want the spa experience. The nail tech was rude and snickered with other nail techs, although I didn't know what they were saying, she wasn't engaged with me, no eye contact it made me feel very uncomfortable. Based on the hard earned 180 dollars that was spent, my expectations were not met. The quality of my nails and feet were mediocre. The place looks nice but workers are not. I can't praise this salon enough. I went the first week it was open and loved it. I recently tried a new shape and style and loved it IMMENSELY. I have been getting so many compliments. But unfortunately had to alter them. My employer utilize bioreaders (finger prints). So i was kinda bummed thinking I had to cut them off. David shaved down both pointers so they would be symmetrical. Your barely notice they are smaller. When i say he is a dope artist with it....... worth every penny. If your in the fence about going there don't be. It was rainy and I was literally fresh off a 12 hr shift. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I am so happy they are open later as it helps working folks. They are extremely clean, professional and hygienic. I will definitely be back and recommend it highly. read more

I got a basic manicure with gel polish. They sawed off my cuticles and I had scabby cuticles. Gel polish cracked and started peeling off a day and a half later. Was $50. Would give it a zero if I could. read more

Thought I was buying a basic package because that is what I said I wanted, but turns out it was 164.00 later for 2 basic pedis and Manis! We did not get tips this was for BASIC work. This was insane.
