Full sets and pedis for my 17 YO and me then a mani/pedi for my 10 year old. To my surprise at checkout, the manager insists on charging my child the adult price because of her height. My 10 year old daughter is 5'9 therefore the manager concluded she should be charged as an adult because her height makes her nail beds different... . Should have been my last visit but I know not to bring her here. Visit #2: My 17 YO and I for a full set, fill and pedis $312. Requested a basic with gel pedi but they proceeded with the more expensive package. My fault for looking at the phone and not overseeing the service. Visit #3: One week after Visit 2, I come in for a polish change on gel and a French tip on two nails. Told the design change would be $65 but if I were to get a fill in and the same design, there would only be a $10 difference. Make that make sense. See attached for design requested. Really used to love this place when Andy was there but since, staff turnover is high and I blame the new management. Sad to say I'll be looking for a new salon.

As soon as you open the door, the intense smell of nail polish remover smacks you in the face. All of the workers wear masks, and as soon as my uncle and Mum arrived, i made sure they put their masks on. It can't be healthy to inhale that stuff even for 5 minutes! I feel so bad for the nail technicians who deal with it, but it's clear that the facility needs way better ventilation. i know nail salons aren't going to smell like roses, but the smell is truly unacceptable at this spot. Overall, i recommend this salon for their customer service, great nail art, and technicians who are clearly very talented. i just wish the health and safety of lungs of the patrons and workers were more of a priority.

I already had a French tip set on, and instead of removing the old acrylic, he started filing it down and applying white acrylic over the existing pink acrylic. I stopped him and explained that I wanted a completely fresh set with all the old acrylic removed. He told me it would be an extra $10, and I agreed to pay it. Even after agreeing, he ignored my request and continued applying the new acrylic over the old set. I even explained that the pink acrylic underneath would show through and prevent me from getting the milky white look I wanted, but he completely dismissed what I was saying. I only stayed because it was pouring rain outside and my pedicure had already started. As expected, the pink showed through the white acrylic. I asked him to just use regular white polish instead, but he couldn't even do that properly. To make matters worse, just a few hours later my nail polish started peeling off. Now I have to spend even more money at another salon to get the fresh set I originally asked for. This was a waste of time and money. I will never return and would not recommend this nail salon.
