My last 3 visits to 368 have cemented why I will likely never return. Visit 1: It's 3 of us (myself and 2 daughters). Full sets and pedis for my 17 YO and me then a mani/pedi for my 10 year old. To my surprise at checkout, the manager insists on charging my child the adult price because of her height. My 10 year old daughter is 5'9 therefore the manager concluded she should be charged as an adult because her height makes her nail beds different... . Should have been my last visit but I know not to bring her here. Visit #2: My 17 YO and I for a full set, fill and pedis $312. Requested a basic with gel pedi but they proceeded with the more expensive package. My fault for looking at the phone and not overseeing the service. Visit #3: One week after Visit 2, I come in for a polish change on gel and a French tip on two nails. Told the design change would be $65 but if I were to get a fill in and the same design, there would only be a $10 difference. Make that make sense. See attached for design requested. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I just can't anymore. This is the third nail shop that I have gone in Conyers and yet another one bites the dust. There are just no honest businesses anymore. Each and every time I go, it's like they see what next they can charge extra for. Is there any salon that is transport with their prices??! Anyone?? Anywhere?? This last and final straw, I went in to get a fill. I had not one nail broken, which was good for me because they were longer than I would normally get. One was cracked, but to no fault of my own and I had known that for a few days as I felt it weaker which alluded me to the crack. Again, there was no break, just a crack about quarter way through. When the technician was taking off the nail polish with drill, I told her about the CRACKED nail and she advised of several other nails that were "cracked". I had a French design on 8/10 nails and saw no alleged cracks. I wanted my nails shorter so assumed that would be a bit extra but in addition to that, I was charged for TWO "nail repairs" for cracked, not broken nails. All the technician did was add extra acrylic onto the nail. Nothing else. I got no design and picked a basic color to add to my nail. Also to add insult to injury, the technician drilled my cuticles so low on a couple fingers that she drew blood. It's a day later and it still hurts. I missed when Kevin was there. Most of the technicians and what I'm assuming is the owner or manager are thieves. The salon itself looks nice but I am done paying my hard earned money to these crooks. read more

I asked the lady if gel polish was included with the cost of the pedicure and she said yes. I was charged $45 rather than $28 for a regular pedicure. I was charged $50 for my nails, same person I had before and specifically told her I DIDNT want to pay extra for a particular shape. I will pay the price but I am not paying hundreds of dollars to these nail establishments making them rich. The cost was $40 for my nails the first time I went. She took it upon herself to give me Coffin nails which look exactly like the round shape I received the first time. I paid over $73 and tipped both ladies very well prior to finding out the trickery. I visited 365 Nail on 3/11 and was not satisfied with the service. However, I believe in giving businesses a second chance, so I returned--only to be disappointed again. Every time I come here, my final total is never what was initially discussed during the service. Pricing should be transparent, and I don't believe in arguing over a bill, especially as a person of color. This time, my nails and toes came to a little under 130.00 but the quality was far from acceptable. As you can see, there's white gel polish residue all over my feet, which the technician only partially wiped off, leaving them looking ashy. The polish on my toes has bubbles and isn't smooth, and my nails already look like they need a fill--on the same day of service. I told them all I wanted was gel polish and that I would be charged 20$. The lady did not listen and went ahead and cut my cuticles even tho I didn't need it so I still got charged $35 I came in with long natural nails and this lady filed my nails really short and into all sorts of weird shapes that I did not ask for. You can't really see it in the pictures but the nails a super bumpy and there were even little hairs inside the polish and she continued to just paint over them. I kept trying to tell her but she said she didn't see anything ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ also I kept asking for a lighter shade of pink and she insisted that I get this color because it looks pretty. Like yes lady but I'm paying and I want a different color!! She only did like 2 layers of color and one of clear the gel was super thin. She did not even paint the full nail. I went in on Monday and got a gel fill and gel pedicure. The staff was really nice and I was really pleased with the way my nails looked. By the time I went to bed that evening my nail polish was already peeling. Yesterday I called and informed them of this and was told to come back to have it fixed. The lady told me "I didn't let them dry". I don't see how that is possible when it's suppose to be gel and they are suppose to dry under the UV. After they fixed my nails, I went home and guess what? I'm just looking for a nail salon that will do the job that they advertise. 368 Nail Bar advertises itself as a high end nail bar. They are not. I go in for a basic manicure to see if they warrant me coming back. Gi/Gee (male) says it cost $18 and he will trim my cuticles and massage my hands. He does after he has repeatedly checked in customers and answers phone, a process he repeats several times. I complain that my cuticles are not cut well and look raggedy. He apologizes and trims again . At the end I ask him for discount for the extra time phone calls/customer service he took away from me. He gives me $1 discount. I tell him ok, not happy. And just give him the $20 I'd pulled out of my pocket when I first got there. I'm determined not to come back but as I'm leaving begin talking to a customer whose nails I'm admiring. She tells me her tech, Kim, is the best and customer talks to me about prices and best nail shape. Not Kim the tech. Kim is busy chatting with coworker. Maybe I'll come back but really do they want my business? Or just worn out and have no job enthusiasm? My nails look better but cuticles still not cut evenly on all nails. read more

I did call in advance to see if they had availability. I was seated immediately when I got there and over time i watched the place get busy within an hour. The manager was very welcoming. I was having trouble understanding an employee so I asked for him. The manager explained what she was going to do and proceeds to say "let her do her job shes doing good". I was a bit worried about my cuticles and needed that re assurance. I also got a pedicure and it was nice but it was rushed. I was getting my nails and feet done at the same time. As for the gel full set, seeing first hand you can see inconsistencies of brush work. At the end i did like my nails. Overall I watched the workers and I enjoyed how engaged they were with other customers, i saw alot of smiles. The worker who did my pedicure was very kind and appreciated. I recommend this establishment due to the lively atmosphere, the music, and its so cute inside. I did read the reviews about 24$ for the regular set and it was the first thing an employee told me when I arrived. So there is an additional charge for the length. Short would be 5$. So technically it would be 29$ for the regular acrylic set and 30$ .plus tax. I don't know what else was done for it to be that much. My gel set was roughly 60 (20% off grand opening price) They should've sent the menu instead. read more

She constantly stood up walking away during my nail service. She never cleaned under my nails .... I had to ask for that :( She would shove my hand inside of the light tray for my gel to dry. I had the most bizarre experience at this place. I've literally been going to nail shops since I was 16 years old, so over 15 years. I've had some negative experiences, as we all have when there are basic cultural differences, but my experience here hands down takes the cake for most disgusting and bizarre display! I walked in here a couple days before Christmas to get a quick nail touch up. When I walked in the guy that I presume is the manager or owner asks what I want and all is good. I go sit in a pedicure chair to wait for my turn to be serviced, when all of a sudden the same gentleman looks at me and asks ME " I'm speaking English right? You understand me". This caught me off guard because he was a few chairs down to the left helping a lady whose voice I could not hear. He then asks again and begins to yell at this woman about how he's speaking English and he doesn't like when people act like they don't understand his nail techs. At this time, his voice is the only voice I hear. He proceeds to yell at this woman and then begins to speak in a Jamaican/ Caribbean Island accent to mimic what I presume is her accent, and pimp walks to the back. My jaw hit the floor. I can't make this up in my wildest imagination. The nail tech who he claims he was defending was so shocked that even HER jaw hit the floor; she was even appalled! As we are all essentially immigrants to America and not native to the land originally, and I found this extremely offensive. The woman who he was being culturally insensitive towards simply says "I came in here to get my nails done for my birthday and this is not the way to treat people, I couldn't understand what you were saying" I was so shocked I walked out with No service. This was the most culturally insensitive, hinting on racist experience I've ever witnessed in over 15 years in a nail salon (chop shop). i have been going here since they opened and was always satisfied, until today. i came in to get an eyebrow wax for my birthday and this was not my first wax with them. i have been getting eyebrow waxes for almost a decade so i know how it's supposed to feel. she waxed the same area twice, i was unable to stop her because the wax was already applied and i mistakenly thought she was about to start tweezing my brows since she already waxed them, but she went over the most sensitive area twice. i called and told them a patch of skin was literally missing and the pain was unbearable and i had to get burn cream immediately after the wax to get some relief. they told me it was fine and to wait and did not offer me any kind of compensation, it wasn't until i called AGAIN hours later to tell them that my eyebrows were now swollen and still stinging that the reluctantly gave me a refund and didn't even asses the damage they caused to my face. my birthday is in 2 days and now all my pictures will be ruined thanks to them, this was my last time ever trusting them with any service and i would not recommend them to anyone. read more
