Needed to get my nails done. Saw the great reviews and decided to try them out as they were 15 mins from my location. Do NOT select classic nails in gps on Waze - be sure to select location on 138 as it will take you to downtown rockdale county otherwise. The parking is weird but there is ample parking you may have to walk. I'm like a health inspector when coming in and smelling all the chemicals. Their rating already went down to a three rating from that alone! They tried to sell me on getting SNS vs gel to begin with. I went with trying it because I don't mind and I like that it gives you a more natural shaped nail. Helen who was whom I saw. She did a pretty decent job until the end when I asked her to be lighter on the filing because I wanted to keep my length. She pretty much said how do you expect me to file them without me filing them down. I file my own nails and can manage this without filing them down to nubs. Then they proceeded to start talking in their language. A definite N O for me and I will not return. Then she cut my cuticles down really low and left a lot of polish / powder around my nails. Sigh. Gotta just got nails done on time at the regular spots because I am not satisfied and will not be returning. read more

I would give them a - ZERO if I could! The quality of service is piss poor! The hospitality is piss poor! The prices are crazy expensive for the LACK of skills REQUIRED!! The techs were rough and kept switching to do MINIMAL: FILE, DRILL, POLISH! THE POLISH was BLOTCHY and MESSY! I had to ask repeatedly for the tech to CLEAN UP THE POLISH OFF MY SKIN AND CORNERS for the French tip I desired. The techs did NOT want to service me it seems so they did a disgusting job, making it painfully obvious!! I will NEVER patronize or refer business to this piss poor place! EVER!! read more

I love this place. I got lucky finding them and accidentally too. I was looking for a new place because my 1st place in Covington was lacking in many ways. I was planning to try another spot in Conyers but this place was closer so I popped in and I'm glad I did. They're so sweet and keep everything so clean. They give you what you ask for and get you out with good timing. The manager there goes by the name "Trouble" because he handles everything, trouble included. He's my go to nail tech and he's highly requested so make an appointment before going imo. But I feel everyone does a great job with everything from nails to brows. Give them a try, you can't go wrong plus there's other stores in the shopping plaza and tons of places nearby to eat and shop before or after. read more

I had a wonderful day at this Nail Salon today. I got a Triple pedicure with gel polish. The woman that worked on my feet was very attentive, skilled and gave my feet and legs a wonderful massage. Heaven! Then I had a manicure with an S&S french and the nail technician was excellent. She did the best french manicure I've ever had. The salon is full service, eyebrows, etc... It was peaceful, smelled wonderful, they gave me a bottle of water...I'll be back!!! read more

I walked in and immediately felt the off-putting disdain from the staff. It was as if my friend and I had "walked into the wrong place" and as if we were not fit to be served in the establishment. The way we were spoken to in a hurried & irritable manner was uncalled for. I watched as the techs looked at us as if they were disgusted. There were 2 techs working on my friend's toes-they kept switching as if one couldn't do what she is "licensed" to do: shape nail with file, drill, smooth nail, polish, etc. The blotchy botched up job that was done on my freind's toe nails was beyond sad!!! We drove to another salon, 368 Nail Bar who redid her toenails and did what actually skilled nail techs do, and only 1 tech (Daisy) had to do the job! My friend and I were very pleased! this place is wayyyy over priced maybe it's normal for around here. they asked $110 for a nail set with designs so i got a plain set with no design which cost me $65.. other nail places i have gone to i got full sets with every nail a different design and it only cost $70 so not sure why they are charging $110 but like i said it may be normal for around here.. i would much rather drive 20min to get nails that are half the price and better looking. 3 star due to experience. Only Andy and Stella can be recommend! Female staff member is beyond rude. When you don't agree with her she wants to act like a two year old throwing a tantrum. Sad! Gel nails chipped after a day. After being told by female staff member (bob hair style, only 4ft tall, wears five inch peptoe blk/white wedges all the time, who also does lashes) that it was my fault and I should use a bag when using my hands. WHAT?! Andy fixed my nails. He did not charge even though I wanted to pay. That is true customer service! Not the female staff member yelling at me and bringing other customers into my business who know nothing of what is going on. I will be returning to see Andy and Stella, must schedule appointment on Friday and Saturday so not to have to deal with crazy, psycho, female staff member! read more

Nail polish came off of three fingers in less then 24hrs. Went back to get redone and asked if we got them done here. Yes we did, Then asked if we got both hands done here. Told them one hand yesterday and the other one the day before. Yes both hands yesterday. The manger came out whats going on whats the problem. He was told the issues and he gets attitude with my wife. They are disrespectful and use crappy polish. read more

This place USED to be great when Michael was there! I have been unhappy the last four times I've been there. I kept thinking I'm going to give them one more chance because I've been a customer of theirs for two years now, but I don't know what's happening with them lately. Out of the last four times I went: I got SNS nails twice and both times they were so thin they cracked on multiple nails (even when they guy told me he was doing them thicker than normal). Then I got acrylics twice and both times, they were lifting and kept popping off. This is the last time I will give them my business. My nails don't even last two weeks anymore. Even my friend that went with me had the same experience - several of her acrylic nails were popping off within the first week! I wish I could find out where Michael went because he is AMAZING! read more
