This was one of the worse nail experiences I have had in 40 years! They opened 30 minutes late, I spent 3 hours getting SNS nails (pink and white) and pedicure. They painted on the white and it was chipped 2 hours later. When I returned to have them fixed the next morning they told me to come back 2 hours later to talk to the manager. After returning for my 3rd time in 24 hours, they "fixed" the nails only to chip again later that day. Salon is pretty but the "screaming manager", disorganization and focus on "flashy" art nails instead of quality technique and service sent me running. My initial visit was amazing and Vicky took great care of me. unfortunately when I went back to have my nails redone they completely ignored me. I stood waiting at the counter until another customer came in behind me. One of the nail techs called for someone who walked up and proceeded to ask the person behind me what they would like done. I've been on a quest to find a new nail salon ever since my regular one let me down close to a year ago. Needless to say, I haven't found one yet. If I didn't have a problem with my nails, I'd give 5 stars just for the service. Ann, my nail tech, had really good convo and she gave me exactly what I wanted which was black French tip, SNS. Now for my nails...smh. Literally the day after, they were messed up! They were looking like they had been done for about 3 weeks although it hadn't even been 24 hours yet. I went back the next day and she happily fixed them and I was happy. BUT THEN a couple of days later, I had a nail chip and then a couple of days after that, another chipped! I don't typically have this issue with my nails - my nails hold up pretty well whenever I get them done, like 3-4 weeks post service. I really wanted to like this place as the prices were good and they even gave a nice gift after service, but my nails are always a treat to myself and I need them on point days after service. read more

I came in on Friday and got my nails done (Gel polish and Mani). By Saturday evening, my nails started chipping really badly. I called in today which is Monday and I asked could I come in tomorrow which would be Tuesday and Kim answered the phone and she advised me that the nail tech who did my nails would not be in tomorrow (Tuesday) so I will have to come in today. I even asked on the phone could another Nail tech do my nails today and Kim advised me no the original nail tech would have to fix them. I arrived at around 4:30 PM and I was sitting and Kim came over to me and advised me that I would have to wait until 7 PM for the Nail tech who originally did my nails to fix my nails. I advise Kim that would be fine and I would wait. I also advise Kim once again that if another nail tech became available, I do not mind another nail tech fixing my chipped nails, but Kim continue to state that the original nail tech would have to fix my nails and I said I understand and I'll wait. As I'm waiting, Kim sent the original nail tech over to me and the nail tech advised me that I would have to come back tomorrow and another nail tech will fix my nails. I asked for a refund for the inconvenience because when I originally called, I asked to come in tomorrow due to my schedule, and I had to rearrange things last minute. Kim refused to provide me with a refund and stated I'll have to come back tomorrow. Kim did not even apologize for her lack of professionalism and inconvenience with scheduling. The nail person I had was Ann she was constantly asking if I was OK? She kept saying rude comments like I can do my job you know.?!? She was also saying you know I'm nice. Not only to mention she made me bleed a lot then when I asked her what was the white spot on my nail she blamed it on me having a "nail bed" then she proceeded to say you won't die It's a normal thing it's not deadly in a very rude way this little white spot was not on any other nail. They take walk-ins!! Which is great because this was a real last minute stop for me. They were quick to assist me when I walked in around 5 PM. Not realizing they closed at 6PM on Sundays, they were really persistent on fitting me in! I got a Regular pedi which was $27& a Full set for $68 according to my designs which is fine. Given they were very busy as it was getting close to closing time. The only deal breaker was that my cuticles weren't trimmed gently lol so i have a few cuts here & there but other than that I would've gave 5 stars for the customer service & overall experience as a first timer! K did my nails on Sunday, and by Monday they were already messed up. I went back to get them fixed, sat there forever, and no one even tried to help--just told me to come back the next day. I came back today and got the same damn treatment. Their customer service is piss poor. No one communicates, no one takes accountability, and they act like they're doing you a favor when you're the one spending money. It's unprofessional, disorganized, and honestly disrespectful. I make an appointment every time and always am left waiting 30 + minutes today I arrived 10 minutes after my appointment to mitigate the extra wait & was not greeted when I arrived but was immediately told that my appointment was cancelled and that the person who had the next appointment was contacted to come early so they couldn't service me. Going into the salon i wasn't prepared. I started to read reviews & definitely could relate to other experiences. I entered & the employees look at you without acknowledging or greeting you before they communicate with other employees. This also happen to the two ladies who came behind me. I was seated & my feet were barely in the water before she began. The whole pedicure I was so tense because I was uncomfortable from being to close & her cutting my dead skin since it had NO time to soften in the water. Then I didn't want my nails cut, only filed down. Which the nail tech didn't ask. There was a slight roughness when handling my feet which I was not a fan of. Lastly, they shouldn't advertise a discount & then act like you don't understand english when I ask for you to apply it. I have been going here for 4 months or so . I guess it's all good until it's bad! This one time I got a French manicure with silver tips and it started to chip off. I went back to get it touched up, didn't really remember how long it had been when it was actually done and I told them barely a week and they told me they only guarantee for seven days. She had a very nasty attitude and told me to talk to the one who did it and she was not in just yet The one who did it (Annie) said she couldn't do it unless I pay additional $25 , mind you I already paid $81 and gave her a $5 tip!!!! So I asked to speak to the manager and they said mgr was not there and they pretty much ignored me for the next 10 minutes. When I looked into my bank account, I noticed it had only been four days so it was actually still under the seven days. so Annie checked with another worker and spoke in their language then reluctantly, it was all over her body proceeded to redo it. She turned on the device to sand off the polish on my pinky nail and scrape my finger to the point. It was bleeding. I looked at her and said did you just do that? Is this something you just don't wanna do or what is really going on here? with no empathy, she apologized and did proceed to stop the bleeding and proceeded to redo the nails. NEVER did she say thank you or NEVER did she look me in my eyes. Absolutely the last place I will ever go again with my daughters or my sister. This could have escalated into something pretty bad. My first visit here and atmosphere was nice it was busy. It started off great had a pedi and then when it was time for my nails, it didn't go some will she was determined to tell me that my nails was coffin shaped but they are square round but the acetone make them curl in and she had to add a tip to one that had broke off and she added a coffin tip it was so out of place and I said no that will not work then she started speaking in another language I gave her kudos for the work she was doing I was being nice as possible, then ask me why I didn't go back where I had been going....I felt like I can go where I please but I will not go back if I am paying you should do them as I request without getting upset, then she started being a little aggressive with my fingers. I didn't have a good experience with this nail shop today. I specifically told Vicky that I wanted Pink & White. I also told her that I wanted the white tip to be thick. She assumed I wanted Ombré. If I explain that I want my tip to be thick, why would you take it upon yourself to do ombré?? Then she tells me they are out of the pink that I want. So no one in the whole shop has anymore pink powder?? It has to be a joke atp, right? THEN, she does my nails but the white is slanted on a few nails, thick on some, thin on the others. I'm just NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE TODAY! Ronny did great on my toes. That's all I can say. I tried to let the manager know how I felt about my nails and she told me that I requested Vicky so there's nothing that she can do. Even if I decided to leave any other nail shop, after service is rendered, I am pretty sure I would not be turned away from getting them fixed if I was ever unhappy or something was wrong with my nails (chipped nails or broken, etc). Do not believe them when they say that ALL staff can do designs. I asked for basic designs the three times I came here. The first time, I wanted a hue of pink, they made me pick out my own color because my nail tech was color blind.... the hue was all off. I asked another nail tech to help me, and he said he was 40% color blind... The second time, I showed him a color I wanted which was nude (different nail tech btw). He put on a mauve color... Mind you, these are all color acrylic, so once on I can't take it off right away. The third time, I wanted some writing in old English to tribute my brother that passed, they said anyone could do it, the guy tried to write in a regular like fashion... So I did a walk in my service was around 1 hour and 45 minutes. Basic pedicure with acrylic on my big toes and gel polish. I paid 46$ with tip. I communicated I didn't enjoyed my feet being tapped or hit and that she can just tell me what to do & the whole time she kept tapping my feet... Anyway my big toes have scratches and dents in the polish . I pointed it out and she said it was fixed. It looked okay to me and honestly I was ready to leave. & I just looked and it's still messed up with scratches and dents. Brought my mom here for mani and pedi ms for her birthday. The salon is nicely decorated and very clean.We went on a Saturday so it was busy but we were able to be serviced promptly. We both got the spa pedicures and my mom got a gel manicure and i got a full set. The only negative is that they were out of several of the gel colors we wanted so we had to find other colors. I started coming to this nail shop in June 2021. I've been to a few techs in the shop and most are good at what they do but by far Peter is my absolute favorite. I will never go to anyone else again. I show him what I am looking for and he always exceeds my expectations. He never complains or leaves out details like some techs may do. I even had my gel peel off a week later and he fixed it for free..,even though it was probably my fault because I don't place my hands in the UV light correctly. The prices are a little high but worth paying. My nails when Peter does them last 3-4 weeks so I only need to go about once a month so I don't mind paying and the result is always amazing. This is a new nail salon in the Conyers Plaza. First things first, the inside is beautiful. The decor is elegant, complete with marble tiles, chandeliers, and this waterfall contraption (lol.)The workers are kind and attentive. Today is the grand opening, so they had refreshments and hors d'oeuvres which was a nice touch, on top of the 30% discount given until the end of September and 20% for the first two weeks of October. As far as service goes, I got a fill-in and pedicure with a fill-in for my big toes (my toe nail chips often and I hate it... I've tried nail strengtheners but no luck yet) and it was done exceptionally well. I wish I remembered to ask for their names but 2 men helped me out today and they both took care of me. My nails look great. The only downside is my foot still feels a bit on the rough side which is not good since I had a callus remover. However, I didn't check for smoothness when he finished so I'm not sure how he would've responded had I told him to do it again so we'll see next time. He did have on gloves so I don't think he was really able to feel for it so I'll give him a pass. I will definitely be coming back! *I came with my sister... Drove 30 minutes to get here only to be very dissatisfied. Paid 70 dollars for something I didn't even want. I complained and she said it was Too late and she told me. The only thing she told me was she was gonna use pink with the glitter which you can see the pic I showed her was pink with the glitter. My nails are uneven and I'm going to have to file them myself.
