I won't be returning. They charge for every little thing I told him I wanted French and he tried to charge me $10 more for it to be a deep pink French then for my toes I got a luxury pedicure for $40 and they tried to charge me $20 for gel. My nails are bulky. $200 later read more

Save your money and go somewhere that actually values customers. Culture Nail Shop was one of the worst experiences I've had. The staff is extremely rude, and the work does not match the prices they charge. I asked very calmly if the nail tech could fix the color, and she laughed in my face, walked off, and never returned. No apology, no correction, nothing. The owner was just as bad completely dismissive and disrespectful, with zero interest in resolving the issue. It's clear customer satisfaction is not a priority here. What really stood out (in the worst way) is that I was still expected to pay full price for poor, unfinished work and then asked for a tip on top of that. Unprofessional, overpriced, and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Tried somewhere new since moving far from my other nail salon....worst decision of the day... The young girl doing my nails -- a basic gel manicure -- cut me twice on my cuticles and blood with dripping. She cleaned it with her bare hands and had to glue to skin back down where she cut it. I then asked her to stop and not paint the nails and she said no, it's okay... and kept going. She didn't clean out from under my nails or around, the gel was uneven, and she didn't file the front after so the gel was stuck to my skin. Mediocre pedicure. The young boy who did it seemed scared to touch. He didn't really file my toes and clean out the cuticles around my big toe despite asking him to twice. He barely gave the 8 min massage that was indicated in the pedicure selection and was light handed despite being asked to do it harder. Didn't scrape my heels at all which is literally the best part... he did the polish fine though. When I told the front desk lady what happened she said she would just charge me for the nail polish not the manicure part. That was a lie... my total was 80$ for a 45$ pedicure + 35$ manicure... so you didn't give me a discount and lied. WILL NOT BE BACK 100% read more

I get SNS on my fingers and just regular polish on my toes and they last forever and are very friendly! They usually have some cool music playing as well ! read more

They know what they're doing! Great job and it was 1st time visit but I can't wait to go back. I usually dread getting my nails done but it was a delightful visit. The staff actually talks to you and not about you! I had a fill in with design, feet -polish change, individual lashes, face wax, and brows - all consistent and professional.. and it was close to closing.. I did not feel rushed at all. I came here for some self care with my daughter knowinggg my feet needed some TLC before flying back home to California and I wish I would of gone anywhere but here, the manager was rude even when initially requesting services and I extended grace because of thinking it was a language barrier but no, HE WAS RUDE and the quality of my service was so disappointing I didn't even get my finger nails done, on top of that after leaving not even two stores down the gel on my toes immediately began lifting!!! Total waste of money considering I didn't not receive the quality of service I was looking for I wouldn't recommend anyone going here, not only that a previous customer came in that had been in a few days before for his services (manicure) and his nails were a mess and they wouldn't even help him, when you happily pay hundreds of dollars for a service it should last you more than a couple day, especially in this economy! If I could give them no stars I would . My 16 year old sister received services today and they charged her 50 dollars for a fill in with French tips . Remind you her nails are short . When I asked why they charge so much for a fill in , they said it was because she got French tips . When my sister left my mom and I both called and asked how much they charge for a fill in they $35 dollars so why was my sister charged $50 . They just lost 4 customers and I will also encourage my friends and family not to go there . The time before this time they tried to charge my sister $60 for the same services . It's a rip off . The staff was nice. Salon was clean and there was no over powering smell of chemical. I only let Nancy do my pedicures she takes her time and takes pride in her work. Now on the other hand Peter the nail tech is not very personable. He did my dip powder on my finger nails and I swear they resemble the work of a toddler. I asked him to shape up my nails after my nails were dried his response was "that's the shape of your nails" well yeah I know that's why I asked you to shape them up. He did a horrible job at shaping. Not only is he not personable he's not very good at his job. I ended up shaping my nails myself once I got home. They're ok. I had been in the process of looking for a new nail tech and salon in the area and was recommended to come here. I did like that they make you wash your hands upon arrival and even though they were busy, I was seated immediately for my pedicure. The pedicure was fine. Nothing amazing but worth it. I wear my nails the same pink with some design or rhinestones. I had broken my middle finger nail (hence why I was looking for a new tech) and this tech did a horrible job of replacing this finger. She used so much acrylic it was piled on my nail. My natural nails curve slightly and i wear them curved- she filled in all the nails keeping them curved but applied the fixed nailed straight if i held my hand out the middle finger stuck out like a sore ! If considering be sure to read for the names because they're are some good techs and those are the ones you should try and get in with. read more

She yelled me like I was NOTHING I kept my cool and was nothing but respectful because they are quick to talk shit about how ratchet we can be. I was not happy with my set oh wow after 5 years as she stated in the video I recorded oh well. I have a right now to be happy this the second time I did not like a set the last one was with Jennifer and it was really even the set ut was the length I did not like because I don't get short sets and oh yeah it was uneven as hell. They reuse their paraffin wax after using it on customers just to save money giving customers fungus and other infections. Also they do not properly sanitize their products. This was my first time at this salon, for the most part I was satisfied with my service. Nancy did my toes & Bianca did my nails. The only thing I didnt like about Nancy was that she started painting my toes white during my pedicure before even asking me what color I wanted which was weird, they ended up being out of the color I was going to get anyway so I stuck with the white. As for Bianca the only things I didnt like was for one that she was watching TV on her phone my whole service which idk, just made me feel like she wasnt fully focused/ standoffish. As for my nails the only thing I'd say Is that I dont like to leave the salon needing to scrub leftover glue or acrylic powder from my skin. I had to ask her to clean up the leftover powder under my nail because it was stuck to my skin but she would've left it if i didnt ask. Besides that though, overall I'd rate like a 7/10. I recently just moved to Georgia and been to several nail salons but this one does the BEST coffin shaped nails. Only issue I had was at one point of getting the acrylic powder put on my nails, my nails began to burn....like really BURN. I purchased the most expensive one.. it felt amazing, it was just way too quick for the amount I paid. They are extremely overpriced. My sister got a full set, (long plain set with 2 ombré nails) & it costed $100. Pros... we were able to get seated as soon as we walked in & they were pretty packed. I used to come here all the time, literally the only nail salon I would go too because of how close it was. 5/10 times I would LOVE my nails or toes, but the other half would be messed up in some way or I'd be returning because of some problem. Holly, the owner really doesn't care what happens she actually charged me full price even after she broke my toe nail in half which drew a good amount of blood. She really is just trying to get as much money out of the customers as she can. Many of the techs here are really good, and some are not. I've been pretty certain a woman who did my toes before and nails before were tipsy. Making many little mistakes and forgetting simple directions. I had my last day giving them a chance because I like many of the people there but cannot put up with Hollys terrible management anymore.
