It's clear customer satisfaction is not a priority here. What really stood out (in the worst way) is that I was still expected to pay full price for poor, unfinished work and then asked for a tip on top of that. The service was rushed, my feet feel the exact same way they did prior to me coming in... when I asked her to revisit my feet and the condition that they were in she gave me a face..... the only difference from me coming in and leaving was my toes were polished, that's it, that's all. I sat and waited for my feet to dry and headed to the counter, I was going to inquire about my eyebrows but again... I was being rushed so I left without that service. I will NEVER EVER return here. If I am paying for a service, that's exactly what I want. There's no need to rush my service for any reason. I don't care if you had a scheduled client prior to me coming in, next time say you'll perform the services asked for if you're not going to complete them as required.
