Unfortunately, the experience and the result didn't reflect that. For reference, the first picture is how my nails were previously done, and the second is what I received at this appointment. The difference is very noticeable. I addressed the issue respectfully, but the nail tech became hostile, walked off while I was showing her the reference, and then returned pointing at one finger as an example of the correct shape, while the rest of the nails were clearly not shaped the same.
