I visited this salon on 05/24/25 this will be two weeks and my service was initially made for an appt with Crystal for 1pm. Just to add appt was made the day prior where they told me she wasn't going to be in until 12noon. Got there and she had a customer in her chair having her nails done which took I would say over 2hrs. My services needed was SNS and a pedicure . The gentleman went ahead and did my pedicure and that was completed and still waiting for her to complete get my nail set done at this point it was close to 3pm and had to be at my place to await pickup to head to the airport. Johnny went ahead and did my nails but it was not to my liking in that after 4 days the top coat start peeling off each nail and also cracking . Left hand all the nail beds have cracked and broke off leaving right hand with remaining 4 nails with polish and cracking as well which is very disappointing for paying $50 and a $9 discount which they could've kept in my opinion. Been going there for quite sometime but this experience is making me rethink. read more

No Stars! Today I took my daughter out for mani and pedis and left with a horrible experience. My daughter got a fill and was going to get a pedicure and left with thick sloppy nails. I ask for her to cut them down and they are lopsided crooked and look like she still needs a fill in. The shop was empty. I was getting a pedicure and everything was going well until she dropped the sponge. I asked her not to put it on me and to get a new one and she had an attitude. She tried to put in in the water and I asked again can you exchange it out. I shared again it fell on the ground and it's not sanitary. I did not understand why she would get so upset about sanitizing a sponge. When she came back she tried to put my feet back in the water and I said absolutely not. She grabbed my feet aggressively and then walked away. Soap was still on my feet and she leaves me in the chair. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and no one was present. There were 3 other people who could have assisted and not one person came or asked a question or even apologized. i walked out the shop with soap all over my feet. currently on antibiotics from my visit this past Saturday 9/14. After getting a pedicure here my toe became very swollen and bright red, it hurts to touch or move. Have to keep watching it and take antibiotics every 12 hours and if it gets any worse from this point was advised need to go to ER. they need better practices at this location. the woman who did the pedicure really damaged and infected my nail. read more

I came in today to fix a problem that the previous nail tech left because the person that I seen was not there that day but I decided to get a pedicure this lady use the drill on the inside of my toes getting rid of extra skin that was there which was uncalled for it was very painful but still charged me the same price and not completing what I originally went there for my pedicure I won't be going back read more

I went to get a pedicure and sat down to wait. It became very busy so I understood it may take a while to get to me. I watched them tell a few people to come back the following day because it was too busy but they never said anything to me so I assumed I would be up soon. I waited for an hour for the man to finally finish thinking I was next only for him to come and tell me he had to take someone else ahead of me. I explained that was messed up to have me wait all this time for nothing and that they could have said something earlier. Not even an apology. I will never go back read more

I got my nails done 4 weeks ago and I have to say, they still look great! First nail place I've gone to in Conyers where they've lasted more than 2 weeks!! I'd go back! The super loud music comes from the restaurant next door. It was annoying - the nail people were getting annoyed as well, but the lady said they couldn't do anything about it. I visited this location twice within the last two months in Conyers, Georgia asking for SNS Nails, the Tech Lisa did my nails the very first time and I paid $55 for a full SNS set and I got a full acrylic set instead. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I visited 3 weeks later for a fill and paid $35.00 again for ACRYLIC. I was overcharged for the services I asked for and didn't receive and was given cheaper services at a higher price. Will never visit this nail salon again. read more

I went to get a full set, French tips it cost $22, they did not inform me that it cost $5 to shape the nail and an extra $10 for the French tip... ended up paying $37 for a full set. This was a great business with awesome service when the original owner, (Mary) was there, but she has moved to Texas, and someone else has taken over the business.
