She kept saying it ok, it's ok and began YELLING in her language saying my mom asked for the nail to be shorter so that's why she did it. Meanwhile there is blood all over her toes and under the toe. Another lady had to come and clean the blood from the toe. I had to tell her to apologize and discount the service because they did not offer anything. I have never been treated so poorly! I will never return here. I came in yesterday 09/20/25 for a pedicure and my eyebrows to be waxed. Let's start with sanitation: the foot scrub, file, etc were not freshly sterilized and had evidence of being used prior to me. The lady who did my feet didn't ask what kind of pedicure I wanted until almost done, so I told her regular but I came in wanting a deluxe. The polish I chose was low and instead of her saying that I see her attempting to mix a color I didn't want (too bright) with the color I wanted and acetone to attempt to make it stretch. I proceeded to tell her I'll choose another color option instead. The service was rushed, my feet feel the exact same way they did prior to me coming in... when I asked her to revisit my feet and the condition that they were in she gave me a face..... the only difference from me coming in and leaving was my toes were polished, that's it, that's all. I sat and waited for my feet to dry and headed to the counter, I was going to inquire about my eyebrows but again... I was being rushed so I left without that service. I will NEVER EVER return here. If I am paying for a service, that's exactly what I want. There's no need to rush my service for any reason. I don't care if you had a scheduled client prior to me coming in, next time say you'll perform the services asked for if you're not going to complete them as required. Wish I could give them no stars. I took my daughter today and when I walked in I showed them a picture and asked if they could do it. Of course they can. When they started dipping her nails I explained that one nail was supposed to be clear bot all blue. She said ok. I come back and the nail is white with a huge butterfly on them. Bot what I asked for at all and when I complain they state they do not have the products to do thwm like the picture. She wanted a few butterflies on it and they put this huge butterfly on the nail. If I can give this salon Zero stars I would. I asked for a gel polish change and ended up leaving the salon in TEARS. When the lady was filing off my paint she continuously nicked my cuticles with the drill and passive aggressively dug her nails into hand after I asked for round nails. She accused me of wearing acrylic and didn't file all my previous gel polish before adding a new coat of paint. She aggressively over shaped my nails and they all came out looking uneven. The service was rushed and I felt violated and hurt. The negative reviews are TRUE about this place. They shouldn't keep getting away with this. Was looking for a nail salon in the Stonecrest area to get a basic mani/ pedi for myself and my father. All of the reviews I saw on Yelp were not that great. However, since I wasn't getting any acrylic, I figured I'd give Majestic a try. My father and I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and waited about 15-20 minutes. They do have free WiFi available so I connected while we waited. They do not have the largest selection of regular polishes, but I was able to find something. The pedi chairs provided a nice massage while our feet soaked and we waited. The women that worked on our feet were very nice and professional. The basic pedicure is $20. For an additional $5, which was made clear beforehand, they scrub with the pumice and "cheese grater" lol. They also applied a warm towel and moisturizer. The manicures were what I expected (cuticles, shape, file, polish) and costs $10. Overall, a pretty good place if you're getting the basics! read more

My sister and I came in on a Saturday to get a mani pedi for her birthday. The wait wasn't too long. A pleasant guy with a man bun came to assist us and started on her pedicure (20) I asked how long it would take for me to have someone do a pedicure on myself & he said about 5 minutes and I said that I would like to get one. A woman with glasses came to assist me. She was also pleasant but kept on trying to get me to do a deluxe as opposed to the regular. I giggles just to not seem as stern but I told her no. I stopped by here because I was in the area and didn't have time to go to my regular lady since I had an early flight the next day. I was greeted and told them what services I wanted & was immediately seated. A lady worked on my pedicure and a man named Ben worked on my nails. I told them I wanted my nails & toes to match and Ben didn't really match the SNS from my nails & the gel polish on my toes right. He told me it was like 90% close to the color on my nails told him no I want an exact match so he ended up painting my nails a gel color as well over the SNS. I end up paying $110 for a pedicure, manicure, SNS on my nails and gel polish for both my nails and toes. I don't think I've ever paid that much for my nail. Well.... If I can Include a picture I will. So, I sat down and I was about to get a manicure, but I wanted to check the prices. The lady who was Originally doing my nails kept trying to persuade me to spend $50 versus getting my basic acrylic nails removed and a manicure for $15 (This i s the price the Chinese man told me). After going to the back and leaving me to soak my hands in dangerous acetone for who knows how long, the Chinese man comes back and says to me, pretty much, to get your nails taken off, and to get basic polish is $15. I proceed to ask, "does that include a manicure?" he then says, " no, that is just to put polish on". Like on top of my brittle nails that yall are soaking in acetone?? I then say, how much does it cost to do an actual manicure? and he says $30. He then says to me " you should come back when you can get your feet and nails done.", as the lady who was originally doing my nails yells in her language in the back ground, which to me was her saying "I'm not going to do her nails for only $15". I walked in fully intending to get the deluxe everything pedicure and a kids pedi for my daughter. Worst experience ever , I came for a full set and pedicure.The gel colors are not that cute so I asked for an explanation of SN, the guy scrambled to explain but I told him I would go for it since I seen a cute color. I showed him the design I wanted before picking out a color and he assured me he could do it. Today I had to find a new nail salon when my old one started to start messing up. After a quick Google search we found this one to be the closest. The nail techs are a little snippy but their skill level is through the roof! They're a little more than my old place but it's well worth it. I stopped in this nail shop for a pedicure and sns nails. The staff was friendly; however, the quality of work was horrible. When it came to my pedicure, the technician did not clean under the nail, I had to ask her to do that. The nail technician did not clip down and shape my toe nails, I had to ask her to do that. The foot massage was fantastic though. When it came to my sns nails, this was my first time getting this service; so I did not know what to expect. This past weekend, I went to another nail salon to get the sns service, and it was then that I realized how bad the quality of sns nail service that I received from Majestic Nails, it was sub par to say the least. There was no shaping of the nail, there was no filing down of the nail, there was no ensuring that the nails were all the same length, and there was only one layer of sns put onto my nail. When I went to this new shop, there were multiple layers of sns, there was filing and shaping, and buffering of the nail. The level of service received between the shops were a difference of 0 (Majestic Nails) and 100 (new nail shop). I had been going here for the last 2 years both pedicures for myself and my daughter. I would get an SNS and my daughter would get a full set. The last SNS I got the lady did a HORRIBLE job the application went on my skin on 3 fingers, I had to tell her to smooth it out over and over. She was very lazy!!!!!!
