The only employee there was Alyssia and she said she was the manager. I showed her the design on wanted on my toes which was a solid chrome color. She told me gel would be an additional $15. I said ok. When I was sitting in the chair she asked me if I wanted callous remover and I said yes. She then proceeded to do what all nail salons do when you have gel polish on your toes and filed it off with the electric file which took a total 90 seconds for both feet. She put some type of product on the bottom of my heels and put plastic over them. My feet kept slipping off of the pedestal while she was clipping my cuticles and I didn't understand why she didn't fix this. She started using that grater tool on the bottom of my right foot and cut me in multiple places and then cut me so bad on my big toe it was bleeding profusely. She apologized and I told her I don't want her to use that thing. She said that was her fault because she didn't check to see if I had callouses on my big toe and that the tool was brand new and sharp and she should've been aware of that. She said this. She then squirted some stuff on the cut and I had to ask her what that was. She didn't volunteer that information. She said for the inconvenience, she wouldn't charge me for the callous remover (of course not because you only worked on one foot before cutting it up) and that she would upgrade my pedicure to a Bellini which was basically nothing. I asked her for a bandaid and she said she didn't know if they had any!! I told her I needed a bandaid and she said she would check and came back with a bandaid. When I was checking out, I noticed a sign that said they are prohibited from using tools like the one she cut me with. My total was $105. She charged me $10 to remove my gel which is unheard of, $15 for gel polish which is customary, and then $25 FOR THE CHROME POWDER!!! She did not tell me it was extra when she was telling me the add on prices. I wish I hadn't paid them because it's the next day and my foot hurts so bad! This place needs to close down. I was the only person in there and no one else showed up the entire time I was there except for my brother. The employee said she's been in the nail business for over 10 years but she's using a prohibited tool and cut me multiple times with it. I tried calling them 3x since being there yesterday to request my money back after seeing how badly she cut me and I'm limping and the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. Do not come here if you value your life. I really hope I don't get an infection.

Minus one star because the price keeps increasing. As of 5/1/26 it's $35 for a basic pedi. When I…read morewrote my first review it was $22.. Yes, the bowls were tiny and there were no massage chairs, lighted decor or ambiance. But honestly the pedis were just as good. Do we need upgraded renovations to feel beautiful? No but that's progress. And everything else is going up. Apparently we'll patronize no matter how high the prices are. At 5pm the sign says "no more pedicures." Come early and put your name on the list, especially if you have a favorite nail tech. Then ask how long the wait is and have them call you. Sign up the evening before if you want to come in the morning. Don't put your belongings down unless you want them covered in dust.. Bring cash or use their ATM. On the plus side, the wait wasn't too long and there are lots of DND colors to choose from. I picked a pretty reddish pink #235. They use fresh tools for every customer, goodbye cheese grater! She even squeezed fresh lemon on my toes! I bring my own foot soak. Neo soul plays in the background, I'm pampering myself. But at this price point it's more an occasional splurge than bi-monthly ritual.

For nearly 30 years, I've worn gel, SNS, acrylics, or some type of enhancement on my nails. I've been wanting to transition back to my natural nails for quite some time but wasn't sure where to start. Sonia took the time to listen to my concerns, assess the condition of my nails, and recommend the best approach for a healthy transition. She suggested a nail color and treatment plan that I never would have chosen on my own, and her recommendation was absolutely perfect. The finished result looks elegant, healthy, and natural--exactly what I was hoping for. My nails feel great, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about nail health and provides exceptional service, I highly recommend Sonia. I'll definitely be back in 2-3 weeks and look forward to continuing my natural nail journey with her! Thank you, Sonia, for making this transition so easy and enjoyable!

UGHHHHH! I wanted…read morethis to be my new nail shop. I really did but my first experience was less than stellar. Upon entering I was not greeted by the receptionist who was seated at the door that watched me walk through the door. Actually no one said anything until a young lady came from the back and noticed the guy that I was standing there. That's when I should've left but I was desperate! I got to the location about 430, I didn't leave until 720 and all I got was a pedicure with gel polish. One let's start by saying the girl that did my pedicure was new and it was obvious. YALLLLL when I say terrible polish job and I couldn't and wouldn't go anything else because it was already late and I had a 7 am flight the next day. I gave her grace because she truly was trying but... I don't know. But on the upside, she was a super sweet girl that really want to break through in the nail industry but she need more time that for sure. Now it would make sense that I was there for extended amount of time if you would've been a busy day but it was literally me and one other person and once I was finally acknowledge I was sat right away. I just don't recommend because this mess costed me $55.

I was really hoping this place would work out because it's fairly close to where my partner and I…read morerecently moved. The more I think about the entire experience, the more I get upset. I made appointments for my partner and I to get mani-pedis. I got a confirmation text, all was good. He was getting the basic stuff, no polish and I had gel on my toes and the dip powder on my fingers. The day of the appointment I got a text message to confirm but the time was 2 hours earlier so I called and the guy on the phone was just like "yeah, it's alright just come in.. but who is getting micro blading?" And I was like, uh no one.. and he was like okay cool. Anyway so we got to our appointment and were the only people in there other than employees and a small child. We were seated pretty much immediately, but never asked what "kind" of pedicure/manicure we wanted, they just started. Same thing with the manicure, no options. My partner had his hands soaked and cuticles trimmed and I was expecting the same but the person I had didn't do that which was really disappointing. The kid had A LOT of energy but was super cute and it was like later in the day and I understand child care is a mess in the country. Well, he came over to the chair I was in and spit in the water that my feet were soaking in. Spit! I took my feet out and made eye contact with the person who was working there and she changed apologized and changed the water and the bowl cover thing but didn't really say much else about it, or like tell the kid not to do that. A little while later a man walks in, who I am guessing is this child's father and was like "my bad I was down the way shooting the shit with some of the other business owners". The impression that I got was that he was supposed to be watching this kid who spit in my pedicure water. The final straw that made me want to write a review is the fact that my SNS/dip powder only lasted 5 days before TWO of my nails chipped/broke. Typically, this will last me at the very least 2 weeks, sometimes 3. It was really expensive with no transparency about what we were paying for and honestly, I can't believe I paid for the pedicure. By the time it was time to pay, I was so ready to get out of there, I didn't even want to argue.
