Minus one star because the price keeps increasing. As of 5/1/26 it's $35 for a basic pedi. When I wrote my first review it was $22.. Yes, the bowls were tiny and there were no massage chairs, lighted decor or ambiance. But honestly the pedis were just as good. Do we need upgraded renovations to feel beautiful? No but that's progress. And everything else is going up. Apparently we'll patronize no matter how high the prices are. At 5pm the sign says "no more pedicures." Come early and put your name on the list, especially if you have a favorite nail tech. Then ask how long the wait is and have them call you. Sign up the evening before if you want to come in the morning. Don't put your belongings down unless you want them covered in dust.. Bring cash or use their ATM. On the plus side, the wait wasn't too long and there are lots of DND colors to choose from. I picked a pretty reddish pink #235. They use fresh tools for every customer, goodbye cheese grater! She even squeezed fresh lemon on my toes! I bring my own foot soak. Neo soul plays in the background, I'm pampering myself. But at this price point it's more an occasional splurge than bi-monthly ritual. read more

I'm 45 now and I've been coming here since childhood. I've seen this family owned business grow and genuinely stay in community when so many folded. Even with price increase to $35, it's still cheaper and honestly it should be $45 to $65 which is the average pedicure cost in Metro Atlanta. Those complaining should take their business elsewhere. We are 30+ years of rocking with Tiffany and management and we still here. read more

Been coming here 30 years and the customer service is worse than it was when Tiffany got the big head. They have you waiting and very rude. Very disappointing read more

Loved this experience. Will continue to go. Ms. Della was an absolute joy. She suggested colors to make your skin tone POP.

I visited the Nail Shop and my service was outstanding. The shop is rather large to me and please note that they are cash only! I had a fill in and pedicure and both were completed by the same tech, Tammy. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. Even though the shop is larger than I am used to, the atmosphere was quite comfortable read more

This is the best spot for a good pedicure. They take their time and make sure to get everything clean and precise. I haven't gone for any service other than a pedicure but can confirm they stay busy! I would encourage you to try this spot when you have a lot of free time because they don't rush. I do have my favorite techs, some of them dig a little too much for my liking but my faves always get me right! read more

I come from NY just to come and get pedicures...once I came here no one else can touch my feet

This nail shop is decent, the best nail techs are in the front. It also is ALWAYS busy so don't come expecting in and out. There cash only and you have to pay for pedicures before the service. read more

I have had to go back too many times to have a nail or two redone because the gel or SnS chipped after a couple days. AND they send you back to the tech who originally messed up! Very frustrating and TIME consuming! It is clear to me that the majority of the nail techs there do a poor job. If you are willing to wait hours in line to receive service from one of the few techs there that are on point, then go for it. However, You will get a good pedicure and i may consider going back only for the pedi. read more

I have been going to this business for over 10 years...I can count how many times I walked out disappointed perhaps twice I come back because I know my money is well spent in this place...no matter what services I choose...I have seeing Henry for years also for waxing he's consistent to say the least... read more

Tiffany & Mike I pray that you receive this review with an open heart. I am a true and loyal customer of yours for over thirty years. I will keep it very brief and simple. I would love for you guys to use products on our skin (all races) that will heal and restore as well as rejuvenate the layers of the skin with better products. I would like to see an improvement in my skin from visiting your shop versus a decline because you're using dollar store products or products that have artificial colors and fragrances. I'm sure you will adjust pricing and that is fine by me real oatmeal, lemons, orange peels etc. All natural oils would be nice also please change out those gel lamps they are old and have burned my skin twice ( had to make sure it was indeed the gel curing lamps). In order to make the change you have to speak up. I hope that you receive this with love. Talk to it amongst your staff and make a few changes. Thank you, and may god continue to bless your endeavors and your business read more

Today I went to this nail shop to get my nails and toes beautified for an up coming event. Mary was my finger nail tech and she did an outstanding job! My favorite tech Julia did my feet. I had to wait awhile to get her but, I would not have had it any other way. Julia is an extra ordinary person, very detailed! I wear steel toed shoe 5 days a week 8 hours a day and yes my feet were jacked up but, she brought them back to life! They look and feel amazing! Not taking anything from the other techs, they All are skilled at what they do. This Nail Shop is like no other! If you want to be treated nice and pampered this is place for you! Thank you to staff and management! Job well done!! See you soon! read more

Pedicures are the BOMB! My toes always are remarkable and lovely when I leave the Nail Shop.

I walked in, barely anyone was in the shop. She immediately said it would be a 20-40 minute wait. Then she said for pedicures its $50 & you pay in advance. I never been to any nail place that requires you to pay BEFORE the service. Its okay i wont be coming back. read more

The Nail Shop - The Nail Shop Manicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Decatur, Georgia

They rush to take so many customers that they put my feet in cold water at home little foot tub while being uncomfortable and the lady rushed my feet so hard that it wasn't even enjoyable and did a crappy job and the toe paint job wasn't the best at all . My nails where pretty and did a good job but then my friend who was with me was told they had to sit far away from me so we couldn't enjoy together and got a real foot seat chair and the person who did their feet still rushed the service and nicked then a lot causing them to bleed on several occasions but they take on way to many customers then they should at a time and don't really show enough care to their customers read more

1st timer came here to get my eyebrows done. Customer service is terrible. Receptionist doesn't even look at you or greet you. I told her I was here for eyebrows, whole time she's looking at her phone. Then I go to the back the man who does the eyebrows asked me if I wanted them thick or medium. I said "I don't want them too thick or too thin, just clean them up" my eyebrows are pretty thick as it is. I haven't had my eyebrows done in a month.. next day I realized he burned me.. never again read more

I've been coming here for years, since before the Renovation. I haven't eaten all day, I grabbed food to eat while I soaked and prepared to wait an hr or more for service per usual. The Tiffany's husband, the Manager/owner, tells me I can't eat in there. Really? I always bring something to snack on because the wait times here are so astronomical you will starve waiting for service and for him to tell me I've been coming here too long I know that they don't allow food is madness This is the first time I have ever had anyone tell me that I can't eat harmless chic-fil-a nuggets an establishment that I'm paying to be at, doing pedicures. For one, I'm not a child, and I always clean up behind myself. So this isis the icing on the cake. I just need to find another location to get my nails done with less regulation's and better customer service. read more

I come in on a Monday for a pedi with gel polish French tip. The older woman who proceeds to do my toes tells me she can not do it. I think they would refund my money. They didn't. I understand it's slow but if you can not do the service do not have the clients pay. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!! I'm currently at The Trap Nails & Spa paying for the same service twice but this picture says it's worth it. LEO IS THE PERSON TO GO TO ON CANDLER RD. #period read more

Great spot!!! I have always had a great experience at The Nail Shop! I would highly recommend

Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon I highly recommend to not come here. I came in as a male for a basic manicure with clear gel coat. First off they make you pay before the getting seated (been to many nail spots before and never been asked to pay first) so I pay the 40$. As we start, immediately I knew the lady was either brand new or just didn't belong. Totally inexperienced. Just to do the basic manicure took 1 hour and 15minutes, WITHOUT the gel coat. Ladies were getting fulls sets hands and toes done and every left before this lady can simply do a basic manicure. Also makes me bleed by doing too much with my cuticles. No shape or consistency form finger to finger. By the time she did that I said I know I already paid for it since you make us pay before but I don't even want to the gel anymore I just want to leave . Never coming back, my fault for being lazy and not driving 15minutes to my regular spot. This salon is 100% quantity over quality, they have like 100 nail techs. The lady that did mine her shirt was all dirty with mustard stains and all type of stuff, and her fingers were covered in pink paint as if she just got off a construction job. They don't care about making customers happy they just take your money and toss you to someone who does no better than you can at home with clippers. read more

If you have time, this is the place to go. If you're in a hurry find someplace else. They are thorough and do a great polish job. They spend a lot of time on your feet. Once you go here, it will be hard to go elsewhere. I don't get my fingernails done here, but I've witnessed that they do a great job on those as well...just not well enough, to me, for the price. read more

I've been here a couple of times for a full set or fill in and am never satisfied. The two nail techs that I went to did a sloppy job with my acrylics. It's almost like they're rushing to get the job that and bc of that they half step. For the price they should be thorough. They do good pedicures tho I will give them that. read more

The absolute BEST pedicure in the country! Hands down I've never had any other nail shop come close to them. Must try...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Love this place. Eyebrow guy is the best. But do expect a well worth it wait. I usually put my name on the list & go grab food.

This is the best damn nail shop period !! You know it's going to be amazing when you have to sign a waiver . Yes. Waiver before services is rendered . People come Over all over the state to visit them . They take their time on your feet . It's best to call a day before or early in the morning to book your appointment . I love how they do their pedicure . They spend at least 30-50 mins on your feet . I've seen them work Miracles on people feet . My feet feel like a newborn every time and my pedicure last a full month . I highly recommend this place if you want the best pedicure ever . Thanks to my cousin Indian for putting me on to this place . I will forever travel to this salon to get my pedicure . My boyfriend love coming to get his pedicure done too read more

Pedicure is always 10/10 the will literally spend a hour on your feet. Got my eyebrows did for the first time, the guy was so aggressive and rough, i told him to just clean them up bc they are already not as full, he didn't say okay or anything and still preceded to make them thin. The thinnest my eyebrows have been waxed in years. Was very rushed , I do not recommend him read more

I've lived in Atlanta, Ga for over 8 years. I have yet to find a nail salon like this one that specializes at everything from pedicures to manicures, Gel, design & SNS. Best services I received! I plan to travel the 45-50 min ride into Decatur just to experience this services. When I left a line of 40 people or more was waiting out side. What nail salon you know people pull out chair and patiently wait? Not nowhere. Stop playing, go here and you will be satisfied. Try to go mid day or during the week. read more

Best pedicures to date! No matter where I move in the Metro Atlanta area, I will travel to the Nail Shop to get my pedicures!

COVID-19 lives here(almost certain)!!! This place is disgusting! Ghetto as hell. Signs all over about kids and speakerphone conversations. No clean supplies--eww. They don't clean the pedicure bowls out (barf). They don't even use clean tools. I don't even know how this place is open. I feel like I need to shower just from sitting down in there. I can't speak on the service because I left after sitting in there for five minutes and witnessing all that. Not my setting. I'm good! Anyway, I just drove ten minutes away to grant park and this scene is MUCH better. Pretty sure this will be my new nail spot (LUSH NAIL BAR) being that I haven't found a decent nail salon anywhere else in east Atlanta. read more
