This is my favorite nail salon in Atlanta. It's beautiful and peaceful inside. The equipment all looks new and the staff is professional. They use gloves and 1-time use products, which keeps everyone safe. Theres a Starbucks and homegoods in the same shopping center so it's a fantastic self care area. I know there are so many nail places but this one is worth a try!
Look no further for a mani date with your mom or best friend, this is the place to go! They do a fantastic job at pedicure and manicures. They also offer other services like waxing, brows and lashes. I love their ambiance as it is maximalist and cozy. The spa is usually clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I've been here several times and never disappointed. They have a huge variety of colors be it gel or SNS. They do all type of nail services with immense care and skill. I highly recommend them. They can be seen from regular traffic and are located in the plaza behind Starbucks. They have free parking but limited in front of store as this plaza tends to get busy. Services take between 1-2hrs depending on what you're getting, the wait times are low, they're able to accommodate walk ins and it's usually a maximum of 5-8 mins wait time.
I've patronized this nail shop off and on for the past few years since it's been open. They have a rewards program and they used to have specials as well. I recently got SNS and a polish change for my toes. I've always liked that it is fairly easy to walk-in. The staff is friendly and some will spark a conversation too. They've loosened their Covid protocols since my last visit--they used to require hand washing and a waiver upon entering but my last visit they didn't. I was content with my nails though I thought the shaping was a bit off. A week later, I had a couple of nails chip. Also, I was surprised that adding a manicure to SNS service is an extra $15-not the norm. I was satisfied with the toenail polish change. The nail techs are nice but I'd only go here for convenience.
I love this nail salon. The customer service is top notch. They're all very pleasant, they offer a long list of services, they use the best quality products, the salon is cute inside so it makes you feel good. They even have a customer loyalty program! They text coupon's and savings. Everything is just amazing here. I've tried salons closer to me because this one is about 20 minutes away from my house, but I've decided to make the drive. I just love them. I've been looking for a salon to do gel layovers with builder gel. They knew exactly what I was talking about and Julie did an amazing job!! I always leave this nail salon happy.
Been going to this place when they first opened 3 years ago. Everyone is very nice and the service is professional. The staff always attentive and make sure my "Me day" is above my expectations. Masks are enforced. They will direct you to wash your hands when you first walk in the door. Don't forget to sign in at the door to get your reward points!
Came here for mothers day bc my mom wanted to get her nails done! we made an appt in advance which i def recommend doing! Theyre located in the church plaza next to hai and the uniform store. Parking is a little crowded right next to it but so much free parking to choose from! We loved our experience they gave all moms that day a rose which was super sweet! My mom got the honey exfoliating scrub for pedicure and really loved it! If youre looking for a good nail salon in decatur/ north decatur i really recommend here
I got a pedicure here a few weeks ago for the first time. The nail technician made my left toenail bleed when she was trimming my cuticles. I didn't want to make her feel bad, so I kept quiet and wondered if she would say anything. She then moved onto my other foot and DID THE SAME THING to my other toe. At this point, I noticed her subtly shake her head at herself for making the same mistake twice. When she saw thing I noticed, she asked if I was okay. That's when I pointed out that my other toe was in pain. It burned when I put my foot into the wate That night, when I was in bed, I felt pain any time my toes rubbed against my comforter. I get pedicures as a way to relax and pamper myself. There was nothing relaxing about my experience here. I'm too scared to return. If you want repeat customers, make sure that all of your nail technicians are trained better.
I went to this nail salon for a fill on Christmas Eve. The man that did my nails suggested that I get acrylic after I expressed how amazing builder gel has been for me being a hairstylist+these were my real nails. He seemed to be irritated at my request and proceeded to do my fill......irritated. As he did my fill, I noticed that he was doing it differently than I was used to & not covering the full nail with the gel, however I'm not a nail tech and did not want to interfere at that point. 3 of my nails split straight across hours after I left & they broke on Christmas Day. I went back the day after Christmas & they said no one that was there that day could fix my nails, so I had to go somewhere else. The lady did her best, but I guess the poor quality of my original fill could not be reversed. Today is 1/1 and I now have 6 broken nails.
Normally I wouldn't leave a review but this place put a really bad taste in my mouth. Usually customer service and nail service would be superb but I guess that's what you get during the first two months or so. But not today!!! Horrible customer service! You make appts with techs and they're not even there! Btw this sns on my natural nail was $52! Ridiculous! I have no problem paying but I've never paid this much for sns! Manager even told me that if I didn't like my nails then go somewhere else and THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT IM GOING TO DO! Manager has a horrible attitude and has a nervous condition that he can't even focus on what he's doing! Cockroaches creeping outta nowhere!
I have been coming to this salon for a little over three years. The atmosphere is soothing, it's clean and professional, and the prices are amazing. I love it here!! I have never had any complaints. I give it a 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend Kenny always do my Nails and I am really happy with them every time
Julie and Tammy do a phenomenal job! I've gone here on occasion for 3 yrs. Julie did my wedding nails (tips with dip). They looked just as I wanted since I usually go natural but my nails were WAY too short. I showed her a pic and color, she executed perfectly. Tammy did my wedding pedi and she usually does my nails since I don't normally do tips. Julie even fixed my nail when I had a bride moment and saw a smudge on my ring finger. I came in 3 weeks before to do a trial run - I highly recommend doing so if getting married :) The salon is very clean and other staff is very friendly. Julie has created a warm and friendly place for anyone to come relax and feel pampered. Highly recommend!
I usually don't write reviews but I was so impressed with my nails I just had to let everyone know how great Ricky is! So originally I had my full set done somewhere else but came here because it was close to me and I needed a fill in. Ricky took great care of me he constantly asked me if I was ok with my nails, he's very detailed orientated, and explained his technique. My nails when I came in were really thick, uneven, and poorly shaped but Ricky managed to fix and correct them. I can't stop staring at my nails I'm so in love with them! I'm definitely coming back and requesting Ricky.
I've been going here for two years. It's very clean! Julie the owner usually does my nails but Lucy did them today! They are very quick and willing to fix anything if there is a problem!

I really wanted to like this salon, but this was one of the worst nail salon experiences I've had. I paid $85 for a regular pedicure, and my toes looked terrible. The polish was uneven, thick, and sloppy. I called the salon, and they asked me to come back so they could fix them. Unfortunately, the second attempt still looked bad. When I told the manager I still wasn't satisfied, she shrugged her shoulders and dismissed my concerns. I even went outside to look at my toes in natural light, took another photo, and came back in to show her. Instead of trying to make it right, she became rude and only offered me $10 back. She also told me, "Your feet look fine. They only look bad when you put a camera on them." The most shocking part was that other customers spoke up for me. Two customers told the manager my toes looked unacceptable and that they would be upset too if they had paid for that work. One customer was so bothered by how I was being treated that she personally gave me back the money I had spent. I repeatedly told her she didn't have to do that, but she insisted. I will never forget her kindness. While this was happening, I also watched three customers leave because of the way the staff was handling the situation and how I was being treated. This review isn't just about a bad pedicure--mistakes happen. It's about the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I gave them an opportunity to fix the problem, and instead I was dismissed, treated disrespectfully, and left paying for work that was unacceptable. I've included photos of the original pedicure and the "fixed" version so others can judge for themselves. read more

Do not go here! They are a scam and a rip off! I paid 110.00 for two basic ass pedicures and a manicure! They did nothing special! Extra 45 for using the gel polish! And they didn't even do a good job at polishing. They didn't put anything in the water, nothing on my cuticles. And then she didn't even tell me my total! She just swiped my sh No my pedicure was rushed, half done and there was nothing special! It should have been explained that it was an extra 15 on top of the service! Any other nail salon I've been to advises there customers of this! I'm new to Atlanta and this left a bad taste in my mouth! I have no issue paying however I will not be cheated! You were joy nice, when I told your worker my baby had two moms she made a face and said,"two moms?!" Was not offered an drinks was rushed to get my color. So spare me! Your employees were upset I didn't get the higher priced pedicure but you all found another way to charge me! My polish already chipped! I've gotten full sets and pedicures and never paid this much! I have never dealt with this type of terrible service, smh. And of course you don't care you fit your money right! Just swiped my card and wasn't even going to tell me the total! Who does that?! read more

This is a nice, spacious facility. But I was not at all impressed with my pedicure. The guy servicing me did a lot of rubbing on my feet but no scrubbing at all. Once he was done polishing my toenails I asked him did he scrub my feet and he said yes but he never did. So he took out a tool and began to scrub the heels of my feet. But the skin on the balls of my feet were still hard with dead skin and he never paid any attention to that area at all. And then to top it off I took a closer look at the polish job that he did and realized that he did not completely cover all my nails with polish. So when I said something, the another guy came over to clean up the job that he did not finish properly. Needless to say, I will not return to this place. read more

Tried this place out due to convenience as my boyfriend was getting his hair cut next door and i was in a hurry to get my nails done. I wanted a chrome color and the first thing i see when i walk in is a fan of chrome, ombré, and print SNS options. I enjoyed my experience very much. The nail tech was nice and helpful and didn't mind continuing to file my nails (i kept wanting them a tad shorter). The white rose gold chrome i got looks AMAZING. As with any salon, chrome costs a little bit more but i was lucky enough to catch their promo and receive 10% off. I would definitely come back here and have already recommended it to some friends! read more

Went here a few days ago to get my nails done, since my tech was out of town. The quality of the work www horrible and they really don't know what they are doing. My 3 week old nails look better than the full set I received here, abs here I am 2 days later with broken nail already! The polish looks horrible. I can tell John didn't know what he was doing but I coped because I really needed my nails done. They really need to just hang it up read more

I started to like this place, I had come maybe two times and had normal experiences. But the last two times I came... were pretty bad. Honestly the nail tech's skills at this facility are questionable. It's all about small details... So extremely thick gel polish, dents in the polish, lumpy polish, unevenly filed nails are all things I noticed while getting my nails done today. I tried to nicely tell the nail tech what I want before they continue but they just shushed me and told me that it's going to look fine even though I could see it looked bad. Just look at the photos. Again, I don't expect perfection so I'm not mad about that, but I am upset that nobody listened to me when I tried to say that I didn't like the direction my nails and toes were going in. I wish I didn't pay and I won't be returning. read more

Chemical burn all over my fingers. Skin is burning and peeling. I came back next day politely to show them and ask what might have caused this so I could treat it properly and also warn them that they might have mixed their chemicals up. They told me it must be an allergic reaction and they do not make mistakes. I've been coming here for four years and they have not changed product. They asked me to come back the following day to update them so I did. It was awful and I had to sleep in rubber gloves filled with aloe Vera the night before to soothe the burning. When I came back I asked for a full refund. Because my hands burned and were peeling and looked awful. I believe they soaked my fingers in callus remover instead of cuticle softener. The chemical burns are consistent with salicylic acid. A different tech worked on my feet with their own set of supplies and my feet are just fine. They told me it was my own fault as refused to give me a full refund. I'm saddened and disappointed. All I wanted was an apology and a refund, but they blamed me. Told me it's my fault. They said my nails look good so no full refund. I'm scared that my nails are damaged beyond repair under the nail polish. It sucks. I've been loyal for so long and they treated me like shit. read more

I went yesterday for the first time and definitely won't be back. The massage in the pedicure was about 30 seconds, and the nail polish seemed as if it was watered down with acetone. Most of all though, I found this nail salon to be extremely strange. There's a very large JESUS IS LORD sign that was the first thing I saw upon walking in. It made me pretty uncomfortable. A Jesus sign is something I'd expect to see in a church, not my local nail salon. They're obviously free to do what they want, but I'll definitely never be back. I don't need to see anyone's religion hoisted upon me when I go to get a manicure. Also, there's an extensive list of rules on the wall that includes no noisy conversations. Very strange place and quality of the work is pretty low. read more
