It's hard to find a nail spa that does it all so when you do find one, it's hard to go anywhere else. I've been coming to this nail spa for almost 7 years now. I've never had an issue. If something breaks or chips or gets damaged they will typically fix without an issue. I loved it before their temporary closure for remodeling and now that they've reopened it's even better than ever. The spa always smells amazing, the new facade, chairs and even the materials used everywhere is certainly the pinnacle of luxury. I just can't say enough good things about this nail spa. I've patronized this nail shop off and on for the past few years since it's been open. They have a rewards program and they used to have specials as well. I recently got SNS and a polish change for my toes. I've always liked that it is fairly easy to walk-in. The staff is friendly and some will spark a conversation too. They've loosened their Covid protocols since my last visit--they used to require hand washing and a waiver upon entering but my last visit they didn't. I was content with my nails though I thought the shaping was a bit off. A week later, I had a couple of nails chip. I got a pedicure here a few weeks ago for the first time. The nail technician made my left toenail bleed when she was trimming my cuticles. I didn't want to make her feel bad, so I kept quiet and wondered if she would say anything. She then moved onto my other foot and DID THE SAME THING to my other toe. At this point, I noticed her subtly shake her head at herself for making the same mistake twice. When she saw thing I noticed, she asked if I was okay. That's when I pointed out that my other toe was in pain. It burned when I put my foot into the wate That night, when I was in bed, I felt pain any time my toes rubbed against my comforter. But the skin on the balls of my feet were still hard with dead skin and he never paid any attention to that area at all. Tried this place out due to convenience as my boyfriend was getting his hair cut next door and i was in a hurry to get my nails done. I wanted a chrome color and the first thing i see when i walk in is a fan of chrome, ombré, and print SNS options. I enjoyed my experience very much. I started to like this place, I had come maybe two times and had normal experiences. But the last two times I came... were pretty bad. Honestly the nail tech's skills at this facility are questionable. It's all about small details... So extremely thick gel polish, dents in the polish, lumpy polish, unevenly filed nails are all things I noticed while getting my nails done today. I tried to nicely tell the nail tech what I want before they continue but they just shushed me and told me that it's going to look fine even though I could see it looked bad. Just look at the photos. Again, I don't expect perfection so I'm not mad about that, but I am upset that nobody listened to me when I tried to say that I didn't like the direction my nails and toes were going in. Chemical burn all over my fingers. Skin is burning and peeling. I came back next day politely to show them and ask what might have caused this so I could treat it properly and also warn them that they might have mixed their chemicals up. They told me it must be an allergic reaction and they do not make mistakes. I've been coming here for four years and they have not changed product. They asked me to come back the following day to update them so I did. It was awful and I had to sleep in rubber gloves filled with aloe Vera the night before to soothe the burning. When I came back I asked for a full refund. Because my hands burned and were peeling and looked awful. I believe they soaked my fingers in callus remover instead of cuticle softener. The chemical burns are consistent with salicylic acid. A different tech worked on my feet with their own set of supplies and my feet are just fine. They told me it was my own fault as refused to give me a full refund. I'm saddened and disappointed. All I wanted was an apology and a refund, but they blamed me. Told me it's my fault. They said my nails look good so no full refund. I'm scared that my nails are damaged beyond repair under the nail polish. It sucks. I've been loyal for so long and they treated me like shit. read more

I went yesterday for the first time and definitely won't be back. The massage in the pedicure was about 30 seconds, and the nail polish seemed as if it was watered down with acetone. Most of all though, I found this nail salon to be extremely strange. There's a very large JESUS IS LORD sign that was the first thing I saw upon walking in. It made me pretty uncomfortable. A Jesus sign is something I'd expect to see in a church, not my local nail salon. They're obviously free to do what they want, but I'll definitely never be back. I don't need to see anyone's religion hoisted upon me when I go to get a manicure. Also, there's an extensive list of rules on the wall that includes no noisy conversations. This is my first time getting my nails done. I was in a hurry and decided to stop by here since it's rated pretty okay for the area I was in. I got ombré coffin nails with tips. I originally wanted tips with it but they kept telling me otherwise on how my nails doesn't need it. I get that they were giving their opinion but they kept saying it that I felt pressured. I ended up not getting tips as long as it still look last pretty but the tech I had does not know how to do a coffin shape. Some of my nails are rounded coffin, some are a pointy coffin. He also does not know how to shape it because I have some unevenness that are obvious. The coloring looks pretty but my nail shape is wacky. They didn't even ask if my service was good. And I really don't appreciate the workers constantly talking about me. They didn't know I was Vietnamese because I don't look like it so they took that as their chance to talk about me. It's a good thing that they didn't talk bad about me but it makes me wonder what they say about everyone else. This is just a fair warning to everybody. We arrived shortly after they opened that morning. It seemed that most of the staff was late, but we didn't mind too much because I was getting a mani/pedi and my daughter just wanted a mani. My daughter was even pleased with the nail tech she had, as well. I tipped them well and pledged to be back. For that experience, I gave this place 5 stars. Fast forward to this morning. My S/O and I visited this place after a nice visit to church and breakfast. We arrived shortly after they opened and requested pedis only. They were already busy, but we got to sit and soak for a few minutes. Honestly, the nail technician I had today was not that great. She was good, but her technique was definitely lacking. I was feeling cheated. My S/O was not happy either. He says that his technician didn't hardly pay any attention to his feet and he was definitely not satisfied. I felt so bad because I had been raving about this place since my first visit and was completely disappointed. For today's experience, I will give it a 2. I really like to find a place and stick to it, but that's proving to be difficult. I will probably go one more time on a Saturday morning, like I did before. A wise person once said that if a nail salon overcharges and doesn't get it right the first time, they're not of good quality. First of all, don't let them fool you. There's a BIG language barrier and an overall communication problem here. When I walked in, I specifically showed them my nails. They all had tips with the exception of two of them. I looked the manager in the eye and said "two of the tips broke off. I want a new set with gel." They rushed through the process and as a result, I didn't get a full set. Instead, they just gave me gel using my natural nails. I was so upset. The manager offered for me to come in the next day to get a full set with SNS for a reduced price. I agreed. When I arrived, the nail tech clearly didn't want to do it. She kept asking if I wanted someone else to do my nails because of the reduced price. Then she made sure to turn the sign around that said "Tips in Cash Are Greatly Appreciated". She rushed through the process and although I ended up with what I initially asked for (minus the SNS which was offered as an upgrade) it was clear that the nail tech didn't want to work on my nails. She was very rude. I now heed the advice that if nail salons can't get it right the FIRST TIME it's not of good quality. Lastly, I will be making a report to the health department on this place. You know how they're suppose to open up a fresh pack of utensils? Well guess what? This nail tech used a shortcut that I would've never thought of. That so-called fresh pack of utensils isn't so fresh. I guess I should be glad that she was rushing, otherwise I would've never caught it. It was a slick move but unsanitary to say the least. For the sake of your own health, watch these nail techs carefully!!! All in all, I will never be back at this place and after my experience, I do not recommend it!!! read more
