The other woman who did my pedi did such a horrible job with the nail itself. The acrylic wasn't filed or buffed down properly and as a result I had very noticeable lumps on my nails. I went back yesterday for a fill in and the girl said they weren't on good enough so she took them all off and charged me for a new set plus the fee for removing the old set that obviously wasn't put on very well at this same place. The technician cut into my real nail so far that I jumped and she did too. It is still sore today. She cut DOWN into nail, not across. This place is huge and you never know who you will get. This was my 3rd and absolute last time at this place. The first visit about 2 and a half months ago was really good. I had a great pedicure. The second time the girl left all my toes ragged but it was an easy fix. Today was just awful. The nail tech hurt me to the point of causing 2 toes (one on each foot) to bleed while she was doing my cuticles. She literally laughed off my wince of pain blotted the blood and kept rolling. She left all my toes uneven, sharp on the edges and basically ripped off 90% of the nail on my right foot. She did not understand any English so trying to explain to her that my toes looked/felt awful was pointless. Once we got through that ordeal it took her over an hour to paint my toes. And she did a crap job! At check out I very firmly told the manager of the salon I would not be tipping she did not ask why nor did she even look at me to thank me for my business or anything. Tomorrow I will have to go to a different salon and pay to have someone fix it. I will not step foot in that place again. read more

I have to update this review to let everyone know that I think this place does not sanitize their instruments? I wouldn't even be surprised if this were the case. I have gotten acrylics before in the past with no issues. But to my shock, when I was getting acrylics removed at another nail salon, I had green nails. That is DISGUSTING. I never had this issue so I was worried and my doctor said it happens to nails that are exposed to water or any bacteria under the nail. Or from unsanitary tools used. Like I stated I have never had this issue in the past, never did anything different, like going to the beach or pool, etc. I connected this incident back to this salon. This salon is one of the best ones that I've been to so far! I came as a walk in and was sitting immediately I showed them the design from Pinterest and they replicated it almost exactly. I've been returning every month for my pedicures and acrylic fill. I have yet to have an issue with this salon. If you don't like something, say so before paying and leaving, and they'll fix it. First time at this location and I have to say everything was nice. I got the deluxe pedicure for $28. That came with an additional foot scrub, heel softener, lotion, hot towels, and massage! My nail tech did not cut any corners except around my cuticles lol She took her time and for that I was very appreciative. As people came in no one had a long wait! Don't waste your money!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service. Every experience I had there is always an issue. They are more concerned with getting done quickly than providing a good service. I've had a really rough tech that told me she is just "heavy handed" that was on facetime cursing her boyfriend out the entire time she was doing my pedicure and did not provide all services in my deluxe pedicure that I paid for (paraffin or massage). I've had my nails chip , break and already need a fill within a 1-3 days after getting them done here. They have cut my skin with the drill on numerous occasions and are very inconsistent with the quality of work, I've given them a lot of chances due to the convenient location but they really do not deserve the business especially when there is nail salon on every block. They advertise their fill-in for $15 but everytime I go here I always end up paying WAY MORE for my fill-in than I do for my fullest. There has been multiple times where the person doing my nails had to ask the owner how much to charge. And I get the same thing everytime and get charged differently. I asked the owner recently why were my SHORT nails $50 and she said because i got gel. I responded to see her price list and gel was only $15 extra so my total should've been $35 and not $50.
