I had a terrible experience. I went for SNS Nails and the nail tech did not do a good job shaping or filing. When applying the base, she applied it to the skin on my fingers and had to pull the skin from the nail to file. On the third finger she pulled away my skin and began to file it when she broke my skin and I was bleeding. She did not offer Neosporin, only a sorry. Once she was done filing she pulled out a gel polish and the UV Light. I asked for the top coat polish for SNS and she said it wasn't smooth and offered regular clear polish. I immediately got up and walked to the front since they did not have the necessary products to finish my nails. I was also advised to pay full price even though their nail tech caused my finger to bleed and swell. Do not visit this establishment. read more

I found this salon on the way home from Southlake mall one day. I decided to stop in and look at their prices one day. I even came back the following day and brought my friend to get a pedicure to cheer her up. She enjoyed her pedicure!! They tried to charged me $5 for sitting in the water. I was going to get a pedicure but nobody came to me the entire time my friend was getting hers done so when she was done, I was ready to go. I've been three times in my own and today was the first time I called and made an appointment for 3 o'clock. I got here about 5 minutes before and they say be right away. Well, the lady I made an appointment with was doing someone else's pedicure and I sat with my feet like prunes for over 30 minutes. I wasn't happy about this and wasn't offered any type of discount whatsoever but that was ok. Moving forward, I'll just come in abs key whoever is available do my pedicure negate WHAT'S THE POINT IN MAKING AN APPT IF YOU DON'T HONOR IT?? I'm still giving them 4 stars because every last pedicure I've gotten has been amazing and came out great. They just need to work on their appointments and schedule or not make them. I'll keep coming here and will keep my review updated. read more

I've only visited this establishment twice and have been satisfied each time. The professionals are attentive, engaging and good at what they do. I'd recommend making an appointment as they do stay busy and may not be able to get you in as quick if you just walk in. If you want an awesome pedi, ask for Penny and if you want a great mani, ask for KK. read more

My Nail experience was very bad the lady Had a nasty attitude, cut down my own nails without even asking if I wanted them cut down. I keep asking her the price she Couldn't think of one . she put the fake nail on starting cutting stopped in the middle told me $65 Dollars and then plus another $5 for each because I wanted Glow in the dark over a regular polish. I had just got my nails done and one of my nails came off and I called them to let them know. And they lady on the phone told me that we encourage our customers to get a full set because I got a fill-in why would I get a full set if I already had nails on it was just time for a fill in it's just giving they just care about money and not their customers so I won't be returning. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I used to weigh 500lbs and have had severe weight loss. When I was heavier, my legs suffered from poor circulation. That caused my veins to be damaged and skin discoloration. I am very insecure about the damage that was done to my body when I was unhealthy. The woman proceeded to call me dirty and was very rude. I tried to explain to her that my legs were discolored from previous vein damage and asked her to sympathize since I had almost lost my legs and my mobility. She continued to insult me and tell me to wash my legs with sea salt. I walked out and hope nobody has to suffer this terrible customer service. God bless y'all. Update: The owner called and was very apologetic. She expressed that the employee does not reflect her company's values and that she has reprimanded her. I don't know that I'll be going back again, as it was a very humiliating situation, but I very much appreciated the apology. read more

I literally got here at 2:45pm and it was only one person in front of me. The owners wife was suppose to do my nails. At 4:15pm she tells me that it'll be another hour and 30 minutes wait. Never again, why start my pedi and finish and take my nails off and say that. Of course I left and I love DA who does my feet, but I won't be back! Spend your money elsewhere loves. The nail salon just recently opened. The staff are all very nice. Sometimes it's a longer wait time due to it being short staffed. Best days to visit for less wait time would be Tues, Weds, and Thurs. However Fri through Mon are the busiest days. I appreciate how sanitary they are. They line the pedicure tubs and files and buffers are disposed after each use, not like other salons where they reuse the pumice stone etc. I would highly recommend them. read more

I tried this neighborhood nail shop twice in the last 2 months. The customer service is poor. My first experience there was with a very rude, negative woman who was very snappy. Yes, I gave the shop another try. I went in on Wednesday with my own polish. A very nice man assisted me but after I handed him the polish he dropped one of the bottles. Being glass, the bottle broke and the polish wasn't salvageable. I asked and expected the manager to deduct the cost of the polish from my bill. She wouldn't. I'm done with nail shops in my area. Very poor customer service. It's obvious that the customer isn't always right even when the right customer thing would have been to pay for a replacement bottle of freaking polish. Smh. read more

I go here every so often.. it's a hit or miss depending on who you get. Not on here to talk about the quality of they're work. Simply would like to let any potential clients know that they overcharge. I got a full set. The price board says $40 with gel. I sit in the chair and the girl starts on my nails. She asks me how long I want my nails. Never not once did she mention an up charge for length or shape. After she was done, I asked the total because I did add a design which she said would be and extra $5. I'm not sure about everybody else's math skills but 40 plus 5 equal 45. Why this lady had the nerve to hand me a ticket that totals up to 60$. Then when asking her why it cost 60, she then starts telling me she told me from the start 55 because I got coffin long. Y'all I promise you I'd of got my happy black ass up and went down the street and just waited if I knew they were all of a sudden starting to to tax for shape and length. And yes I'm upset and mad as the freak because girl you just tried to tax me for a set that came out ugly. And let's note they all kinda suck at shaping read more

I don't even think they deserve a star the place is nice it's supposed to be brand new shop. Supposed to be some thing new I went with my sister I did not like the long wait I did not like when they start rushing they did not do a good job on my Pedicure nor with my other two sister. They need to find better people to do pedicures and nails is so thick and ugly my nails look so thick, the rhinestone was ugly was not shiny so much glue was put on there. I'm thinking some of them don't even have a license or even went to school for nails. I had a guy who did my nails and he was not good at all, he did not listen and he wanted to do it his way. I expect to go there and get what I paid for not have someone tell me this is what you're going to get and this is what you're going to leave with this is the reason why I don't like changes I should have just stayed at my regular nail salon. read more
