The shape was thick, bulky, and very unprofessional. The polish was outside the nail lines, and the overall work looked rushed and poorly done. What made the experience even worse was that I was cut and burned multiple times during the service. When I expressed my concerns, I expected at the very least that they would try to fix the nails, offer a solution, or apologize. Unfortunately, none of that happened. Instead of showing concern, the technician became upset. They then started speaking among themselves in their own language while I was sitting there. I don't know what they were saying, but it felt extremely disrespectful given the situation. For $75, I expected a professional, safe, and quality service. At 10:31 a.m., the door was still locked, so I remained patient while the employee finished preparing the salon. When the door was finally unlocked, there was no greeting, welcome, or acknowledgment as a potential customer. As soon as I walked inside, I was abruptly told, "I'm only taking appointments today." While I understand businesses may operate by appointment only, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service was disappointing. A simple greeting, apology for the inconvenience, or explanation of the appointment policy would have made a significant difference. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome.
