I always get a acrylic overlay and style and this time I did a soak off considering I was at a new location. Although the nail tech was cute as a button and sweet as can be as soon as I logged on to work this morning and started typing my nails started chipping at the corners. The vibe of this location is one that I will definitely return but next time I will be making an appt with one of the girls that caught my eye while I was there. She had some skills with the designs. I will say I was afraid that my natural nails would be broken during the service (most techs are not good with natural nails) but they weren't. The reason for the 4 stars is not only the chipping of my nails but also the fact I was there for 3 hrs for a soak off and acrylic overlay. I didn't even get my nails painted, nor design. I simply had her put a gel coat on top where I could leave. My wait time to be seated was only about 10 mins.

Over time the quality as gone down- idk if it's old acrylic, old colors or simply the application. The first time I overlooked it but this is the second time I've come in for a set and ended up with chopped polish , broken acrylic within 3 days or less. I got my nails done Friday - by Sunday they had gone to hell and by Monday I knew I needed to get my nails completely redone. I called the shop and naturally because it didn't happen I 24 hours it's considered regular wear and tear. If you come her DEMAND an extra top coat on your gel polish don't let them charge you extra - tell them the polish always chips. It could be bc I try abnormal colors that aren't continuously cycled but nobody deserves old polish. I can say they are pretty good with designs and inspo pictures; but other than desperation I won't be coming back anymore .

I decided to get a pedicure and a full set. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. I was satisfied with my pedicure. My nails, on the other hand, not so much, but I am not a complainer. The acrylic lay was too thick and uneven on some nails. I loved the paint job. I paid $143 and left a tip after I was done. This was on March 30th. On April 8th, 2 nails had already lifted, and I had to remove them. Today, I had to remove a 3rd nail. My friends told me to go back and have them fixed, but I just decided to take my business elsewhere.
