I came on Monday and had the same amazing service as I have always had with them. They have completely revamped the space and made it beautiful! I have been seeing the same family that owns this shop for over 2 years and they do incredible work that LASTS! I never have any broken nails, they never chip, my only issue is with the wait. They are sooo popular for their amazing work, I'm rarely able to get in and out without waiting a while, but their work speaks for itself.

When applying the base, she applied it to the skin on my fingers and had to pull the skin from the nail to file. On the third finger she pulled away my skin and began to file it when she broke my skin and I was bleeding. She did not offer Neosporin, only a sorry. Once she was done filing she pulled out a gel polish and the UV Light. I asked for the top coat polish for SNS and she said it wasn't smooth and offered regular clear polish. I immediately got up and walked to the front since they did not have the necessary products to finish my nails. I was also advised to pay full price even though their nail tech caused my finger to bleed and swell. Do not visit this establishment.

I waited about 15 minutes and began a pedicure shortly after. The massage chair a 10. I hit the mind/body twice. Felt amazing. I got the #5 pedicure. And whoever this pedicure tech. Lord bless her. She melted my heart. Such a great experience on my pedicure. I told the guy I wanted to save my natural nails but wanted a tip. After my pedicure. I began soaking. They were customers coming in but out because of the long wait times with only 3 workers. No one wanted to wait. But for me. It was well worth the wait. I pay well over $100 each time for my fill-in & pedicure From the moment I walked in the door I told the young lady I'm not in a rush. I want to relax that I just got off of work. I sit in the chair instead of her, letting me enjoy my massage getting my toes done. She started doing my nails. I said fine I asked for square square I still got square round I asked them could I pay for a massage at the end I wanted a massage ... I did not realize at the beginning of the service rendered that they even did the massages where you could pay for 10 minutes or more if you wanted I mean it was like I was begging her to pay her to do a massage for me and she still did not want to do it nor did anyone in their establishment? She asked everybody there. One woman was just watching something on her phone she looked irritated, fanned her off and said she had a client coming forget about the client that was standing in front of them. They just paid over $100 as long as I was standing in there talking trying to get someone to. Do a massage for 10 minutes. It's not like I was going to get it for free. I'm paying for a service that they offer just like I have paid over $100 for my toes and nails and was treated poorly because the young lady that did my nails ignored when I asked her a question and just continue to do what she wants to do they treated me as if they were doing something for me for free or doing me a favor when I am paying for their services. I couldn't believe it. They certainly don't have to worry about me. I will not be back. They were rude at the end of the service and I believe she was the owner just simply just didn't want to assist me... a customer with a service they offer continuously telling me just let us know next time ahead of time The crazy thing is there were plenty enough of help there that someone could've assisted me and they just chose not to. I am getting them temporary for a wedding that I'm participating in an wedding. Immediately after telling her I would like regular polish she started frowning and talking in her language which I felt was very disrespectful. She had been silent the whole time and the minute I refused Gel nails she had a lot to say in her language. One lady did my nails and the other lady did my pedicure. I didn't receive the manicure i asked for and then she asked me how many coats of clear pink polish did I want. I've never been asked that before normally they just polish my nails with about 4 to 5 coats of polish in to top gloss coats which is clear polish. I don't know what she did to my cuticles and my pedicure she literally chopped my toenails up didn't scrub the bottom of my feet and was done in less than 20 minutes. I asked for the $35 service. I have NEVER complained or write a bad review in my 43 years. This place does not deserve our hard earn MONEY. Immediately after finishing my nails and toenail she asked me to move out the chair to another chair to a drying station. I was OK with it but I wasn't OK with moving with my purse & shoes with wet nails, I asked her if I could sit for a couple more minutes to give my nails some time to harden and she said PAY ME & went and LOCK the door, as if I would run out without paying. At this point I was so confused, embarrassed, and MAD. When I moved to the drying station my nails were still wet and ruined. When I asked her to come look she came with polish remover to fix them. At this point I'm ready to pay and leave. I asked her how much and she said $65. I said SIXTY FIVE for a 20 minute pedicure and 3 coats of clear pink polish. I am a male and I only get my nails done once or twice a year. I have been to this business once…read morebefore and received really good service. But today I went there and the person who worked on me (who was an older Asian woman) was not very personable. She never introduced herself but just gave me the price list and didn't say anything. I told her what I wanted (manicure and pedicure) and that's what she did. She never said anything until she accidentally stuck me in my big toe and asked if it hurt. You never know what people are going through so I didn't say anything. Once she finished she did say "thank you" with a smile, which made me feel like that was for the tip. Overall it was not a good experience and I would not go back there again. Plus when I got home I where I could really see, I realized that the mani and pedi were not that good.
