Over time the quality as gone down- idk if it's old acrylic, old colors or simply the application. The first time I overlooked it but this is the second time I've come in for a set and ended up with chopped polish , broken acrylic within 3 days or less. I got my nails done Friday - by Sunday they had gone to hell and by Monday I knew I needed to get my nails completely redone. I called the shop and naturally because it didn't happen I 24 hours it's considered regular wear and tear. If you come her DEMAND an extra top coat on your gel polish don't let them charge you extra - tell them the polish always chips. It could be bc I try abnormal colors that aren't continuously cycled but nobody deserves old polish. I can say they are pretty good with designs and inspo pictures; but other than desperation I won't be coming back anymore .

The same tech did all three of my services, which was nice. I'm pretty protective of my nail beds so I only do regular polish ever, but wanted to consider doing a rubber based gel. The staff was very kind in talking me through the options and helping me decide to stick with regular polish. The results was a beautifully shaped manicure, a pedicure to match, and perfectly shaped eyebrows. The interior is nicely decorated, and this is one of those nail shops that serves beverages with a service, so I had a hot ginger tea it was absolutely exactly what I needed and delicious. My only complaint, is that I was not given the advertised Bday discount. The website says there is a 10% birthday discount that never expires. When I asked about a discount at checkout, my nail tech was unaware and very kindly went to inquire. One of her colleagues came over and input a five dollar discount, which was definitely less than 10% of my bill. Overall, the service was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the wait was short. She complained about my nails and cuticles, even though that's part of the service I was paying for. She then told me she couldn't do the short almond shape I've been getting for months. When I asked if she could recreate the design, she said she'd try her best, which wasn't reassuring so I politely requested another technician. She got upset, and refused to finish cutting and shaping my nails. The manager told me I need to wait for someone else to become available with no apology or attempt to make the situation right. Thankfully, Kim took over and was kind, professional, and even offered me a complimentary wax for my birthday. She's the only reason I stayed and left a tip. As I was leaving, the first technician and the manager gave me dirty looks. To make matters worse, less than a week later my polish is already peeling. This experience was unacceptable.
