Found them on Google, called ahead, and was told to come in at 3 for SNS. I arrived at 3:10 on a Sunday to a nearly empty salon, which was surprising for a weekend. The front desk lady asked what I wanted and called across the salon to a young man who was working on nail decals solo. He visibly did not want to stop what he was doing. With only two people in the shop, someone had to help me, and that fell on him. While he finished up, the front desk lady was actually sweet about the service. She brought over colors and even suggested a fun option: a clear SNS base with gel polish on top for a jelly color effect. I loved the idea and agreed. When he was ready, he held his hands out without a word and got to work. No greeting, no conversation. He soaked my nails in what I can only describe as boiling water before filing everything off, which was genuinely painful. When I mentioned the jelly color technique the lady suggested, he said it wasn't possible, started doing my nails anyway, and never explained further. The paint job was rough. It looked like I did it myself with my non dominant hand. The whole service felt rushed despite the salon being practically empty, which made it more frustrating given that I called ahead specifically to be considerate of their time. Five days later my nails are destroyed. The SNS has cracked on most fingers and taken chunks of my actual nails with it. The gel polish is flaking off. Press ons would have held up better. Would not recommend for walk ins. If you go, make sure you have a dedicated nail tech you trust.

She immediately pulled out nail tips to prepare to rip my nails off. I told her NOT to yank my nails off and she went back & forth with me about it before finally getting a bowl of acetone. It is also worth noting that every tool used was REUSABLE. A health code violation that I WILL be addressing. Remember when I said I told her explicitly to not take my nails off? She slickly tried to do it while I wasn't looking and almost ripped off my nail bed, causing immediate blood and bruising (pictured). She apologized halfheartedly and continued to use the drill at LEVEL 11 On the spot. I told her it burnt and she continued doing what she had been doing. I finally snatched my hand away. She then switched to a regular (reusable) nail file. At the end of the "service", she tried to charge me $20 LMFAOOO I immediately said no, not only have I never paid over $10 for a soak off but you literally caused trauma to my nails. I ended up paying $15. Don't waste your time. The workers here are rude, terrible, don't want to take their time, & take advantage of customers. 0 stars if I could.

It didn't seem like there were a ton of nail techs with speciality and my polish only had two coats but they cleaned up my nails nicely and they look great. The Nail Tech is new to the location and he was excellent! He did a cleanup for me and was super patient and I absolutely love how my nails look. Because of his great job and service I will be back. I also had to ask to sign up for their membership program. I informed the person that the desk that I had to ask for what seems to be standard for the business. She apologized.

My bill was way more than I expected to pay because they charge so many additional fees for services that are typically included in the overall charge upfront. One thing that was pretty annoying is that I was recommended a cat eye color, which I figured would cost more as well, but when Hannah was done with my nails it didn't look like a cat eye design at all, rather just shimmery polish and I was charged $15 additional for something that looked so basic. I also recommend they do a better job of describing their services on the website. I couldn't really tell what the differences were in the level of service provided for each pedicure. Overall, what I thought would cost me about $90 based on the pricing on the website, I actually ended up paying $130 for. I would give them another chance because the salon is walking distance from my apartment, so it's convenient for me, but I will be asking how much every single thing they do costs before I say yes and making sure I like what they're doing before I let them continue the service.
