When applying the base, she applied it to the skin on my fingers and had to pull the skin from the nail to file. On the third finger she pulled away my skin and began to file it when she broke my skin and I was bleeding. She did not offer Neosporin, only a sorry. Once she was done filing she pulled out a gel polish and the UV Light. I asked for the top coat polish for SNS and she said it wasn't smooth and offered regular clear polish. I immediately got up and walked to the front since they did not have the necessary products to finish my nails. I was also advised to pay full price even though their nail tech caused my finger to bleed and swell. Do not visit this establishment.

Appointments are easy to make via online where you select what you want, but I'm not sure if you can book two services in one appointment. You might have to make two separate appointments because I originally wanted to do a manipedi but there was no combo or deal with them together. Upon entering, they ask you to check in, and there's several waiting chairs. The staff is very kind. I had a hard time picking what I wanted, but Ivy was so helpful and supportive. I found out she speaks 3 languages: English, Viet, and Cantonese. I told them how I wanted nails done to match my formal dress, and they were so helpful in picking a sparkly acrylic color for me. They prepped and filed my nails, but didn't cut my cuticles. Surprisingly, the entire process took less than an hour! Usually, when I get acrylics done for my nails, it takes an hour just for prep. It isn't too thick, and they charge $55 for just doing acrylic, one color/no designs, and nail shape. The nail salon is spacious, with plenty of space at each table and pedicure station. It's definitely big, clean, and modern. Restrooms are at the back, and there is a sink in the center for the room for cleaning. There's a free parking lot right at the front. Upon leaving, they gave me a stamp card where if you collect 10, you get 10% off.

However, when it takes 2-3 hours for a full set, and you are spending money, you definitely have every right to want your nails to look nice every time. My designs have been great, I almost always get complimented on my nails after getting them done. I am very particular about my shape as well but Tony, Danny and others have 99% made sure they were on point! The issue is not only the time it takes (this is common at many nail salons), but the quality... multiple times my gel polish has chipped the same day/next day after getting them done. I've had to go back multiple times for a touch up right after getting them done. I was also cut twice and bleeding the last time I went and the owner did my nails. I mentioned it to him and his response wasn't anything more than acknowledging that he knows. I was disappointed that he didn't offer to takin money off or anything, yet I still left a tip because I loved my design and knew I wouldn't be coming back. I walked out knowingI had to give them up. I hate that I have to find a new salon, again, but I'm really wasting time and money here. The biggest issue that happens almost every time I get my nails done is that they seem to lift up after 2 weeks. I've been getting my nails done for many years and have never had this issue. But my nails have started to break in very painful ways due to the acrylic not lasting. I've recommended this nail salon to friends and they've also had issues. So unfortunately I have to move on. I don't get my nails done often but when I do I always go here and I usually have an experience that I can forget about the next day; nothing life changing but also nothing dramatic or upsetting. Today changed that. The woman who did my nails was very rude, judgmental, awful at customer service, and seemed uninterested in making the experience remotely comfortable for me. She just seemed irritated for no reason right off the bat. She spoke to me so disrespectfully and accused me of messing up my nails. Mind you this was while she was in a stage where the flaw was easily correctable and she said "you messed your nail up" with a attitude as if I'd purposely ruined my nails during the transition from the pedicure chair to the manicure bench. I don't care WHO messed up the nail, at the end of the day it's her job to fix it as I am a paying customer regardless. I responded with a shrug "I don't know." And she snaps at me "No I'm telling you that YOU messed it up". Just incredibly rude and nasty and unprovoked. I am a very calm and unconfrontational person. I never expressed an ounce of discontent at the flaw because I KNEW it could be fixed. She should not have been so upset over such a small thing. I was genuinely baffled at her attitude towards me. Later on she proceeds to look at me and go "You don't get your nails done very often do you?...I can tell". Disrespectful. I got a blue cats eye and she never even asked me what shade of blue I wanted, just went in with whatever shade of blue she picked out before I could even stop her. And the nails came out very crooked. See attached...ridiculous. Overall my experience with most the workers here in the past was neutral to positive. She was clearly the problem. If you go here, don't let the black woman near your nails unless you're okay being talked to crazy or you're getting a style too basic for her to mess up. I came in today and got a pedicure. It's the second time I've been here. I arrived about 15 minutes…read moreafter they opened, and it's Saturday morning. I waited about 5 minutes which was pretty much the time it took for me to pick out a color. They have a huge selection of gel and everything else. I have never had my nails done here, but there were several people getting manicures. I chose the second most expensive pedicure option which is their collagen pedicure for $60. It comes with all of the usual pedicure steps plus a salt scrub and hot stones. The products have collagen in them and you get a "gift" to take home. The gift is collagen products from the set of stuff used to do the pedicure (see pics). The most expensive option is $75, it uses the same collagen products, but it comes with a paraffin wax treatment in addition to the stones, scrub and other steps. I'm really surprised that I'm the first Yelp review. It seems like they've been open for at least a year, and there were probably 12 other customers here while I was getting my pedicure. This place looks like it can accommodate about 30 people if there were just as many technicians as customers. I did not take foot pic, but my feet feel and look great. I'll be back!

There's also a bigger lot on the same side as Kroger (not sure if it costs or not). I was promptly greeted and told to pick out a color. You have to write down the brand and number of the color you choose. There's a whole board with instructions lol. The board also said that there's only a 70% color match. Idk how I felt about all that, but I went with it lol. A man ( gel mani) and woman (reg pedi) came over promptly and started right away. They were so quick and precise. I walked in at 1:30 and was all done by 2:10. No games were being played! I was really satisfied with the exception of one big glob of polish on my big toe, but I can fix it and it wasn't the biggest deal. The shop was clean, other customers seemed calm and happy, and most of all, my total before tip was $75, which is pretty good for the area. I would definitely come again and see if the consistency holds up!

So I ask the guy if he does a good job and if he likes to do pedicures. He rolled his eyes and said no. So I was like are you serious or being silly. He immediately had an attitude. So he being talking to the female who was doing a service on my friend. She replied "thats rude to ask someone if they do a good job." I replied "not if I want to know and not if I am paying for it!' He got up and a nice female named Mo came and completed my service. She was sweet and nice. However the ambiance and the environment there was off and they are rude. As I friend and I sat there everyone just looked at us and kept talking. Mo is the exception to this place and I wish they had more people like her.
